Abstract
拔钗加工模具,属于拔钗加工模具技术领域,用于对拉伸试样进行加工。其技术方案是:试样加工模具主体为长方形平板,上部有试样固定挡板,下部有长方形定位块,两个试样夹紧螺栓分别穿在试样加工模具主体两端的圆孔中,两个试样夹紧压板为长方形,中部开有圆孔,分别套装在两个试样夹紧螺栓的螺杆上,两个试样夹紧支撑块为圆柱形,分别位于两个试样夹紧压板与试样加工模具主体板面之间。本发明一次可以加工个试样,试样的形状公差和尺寸公差完全统一,大大提高了产品质量;同时由于可以在普通铣床上一次性加工多件拉伸试样,缩短了加工时间,提高效率7‑8倍,大大提高了劳动生产率和降低了生产成本,具有显著的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在拔钗加工模具拉伸试样环节中所使用的专用加工模具,属于拔钗加工模具技术领域。
背景技术
板材的拉伸试样需要进行开肩加工,所有试样的尺寸、精度、公差应完全符合国标关于金属材料室温拉伸方法的要求。目前,现有的铣床在加工型材拉伸试样时,每次只能加工一个试样,无法满足大量试验需要,且无法保证试样形状尺寸的统一,使得试样尺寸精度、形状公差难以控制,劳动效率低。
基于以上原因,研发一种既可以提高工作效率,又使用方便的高精度拔钗加工模具是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种拔钗加工模具,这种加工模具可以一次可以加工多根试样,同时保证加工后的试样的形状公差和尺寸公差完全统一,符合标准要求,并能够有效地提高工作效率。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:
一种拔钗加工模具,它由试样加工模具主体、试样夹紧螺栓、试样夹紧压板和试样夹紧支撑块组成,试样加工模具主体为长方形平板,上部有试样固定挡板,下部有长方形定位块,试样加工模具主体两端开有垂直于板面的圆孔,两个试样夹紧螺栓分别穿在试样加工模具主体两端的圆孔中,两个试样夹紧压板为长方形,中部开有圆孔,分别套装在两个试样夹紧螺栓的螺杆上,两个试样夹紧支撑块为圆柱形,分别位于两个试样夹紧压板与试样加工模具主体板面之间。
上述拔钗加工模具,所述试样加工模具主体下部的长方形定位块的宽度与铣床工作台的“T”型槽宽度相匹配,试样夹紧螺栓下部的螺帽与铣床工作台的“T”型槽相连接。
上述拔钗加工模具,所述试样固定挡板有四块,每两块为一组,分别位于试样加工模具主体长度方向的两侧,每一组的两块试样固定挡板在试样加工模具主体宽度方向上相对,两组试样固定挡板之间的间隙中放置被加工的试样。
上述拔钗加工模具,所述试样加工模具主体、试样固定挡板、长方形定位块为车床整体加工成型的一体结构。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明固定在铣床工作台上,多根试样叠放在两个试样固定挡板之间的槽形空间中,通过试样夹紧螺栓、试验夹紧压板和试样夹紧支撑块之间的杠杆作用将试样压紧,然后由铣床进行加工。本发明一次可以加工多个试样,并且由于试样是在规范的模具内同时加工,从而使得试样的形状公差和尺寸公差完全统一,加工公差可以控制在±0.2mm之间,大大提高了产品质量;同时由于可以在普通铣床上一次性加工多件拉伸试样,缩短了加工时间,提高效率7-8倍,大大提高了劳动生产率和降低了生产成本,具有显著的经济效益。

1.拔钗加工模具,其特征在于:它由试样加工模具主体(1)、试样夹紧螺栓(4)、试样夹紧压板(5)和试样夹紧支撑块(6)组成,试样加工模具主体(1)为长方形平板,上部有试样固定挡板(2),下部有长方形定位块(3),试样加工模具主体(1)两端开有垂直于板面的圆孔,两个试样夹紧螺栓(4)分别穿在试样加工模具主体(1)两端的圆孔中,两个试样夹紧压板(5)为长方形,中部开有圆孔,分别套装在两个试样夹紧螺栓4()的螺杆上,两个试样夹紧支撑块(6)为圆柱形,分别位于两个试样夹紧压板(5)与试样加工模具主体(1)板面之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拔钗加工模具,其特征在于:所述试样加工模具主体(1)下部的长方形定位块(3)的宽度与铣床工作台的“T”型槽宽度相匹配,试样夹紧螺栓(4)下部的螺帽与铣床工作台的“T”型槽相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的拔钗加工模具,其特征在于:所述试样固定挡板(2)有四块,每两块为一组,分别位于试样加工模具主体(1)长度方向的两侧,每一组的两块试样固定挡板(2)在试样加工模具主体(1)宽度方向上相对,两组试样固定挡板(2)之间的间隙中放置被加工的试样(7)。
