The dosage form of the Houjiling preparation is effervescent tablets, and further the Houjiling effervescent tablets are prepared by adopting the following method:
(1) weighing the components according to the using amount of the components;
(2) grinding Borneolum Syntheticum, and mixing with artificial calculus bovis and Margarita powder to obtain fine powder;
(3) pulverizing fructus Chebulae into fine powder;
(4) decocting radix Platycodi, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis, radix Isatidis, radix Sophorae Tonkinensis, Trichosanthis radix, fructus forsythiae, radix Stephaniae Japonicae and Indian Stringbush in water twice, 1.5 hr for the first time and 2.5 hr for the second time, filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating into soft extract with relative density of 1.24 at 50 deg.C, cooling, adding 2 times of ethanol, stirring, standing overnight, sucking supernatant, washing residue with 75% ethanol, mixing the washing solution and supernatant, recovering ethanol, and concentrating into soft extract with relative density of 1.28 at 50 deg.C;

The preparation form of the Houjiling preparation is orally disintegrating tablets, and further the Houjiling orally disintegrating tablets are prepared by adopting the following method:
(1) weighing the components according to the using amount of the components;
(2) grinding Borneolum Syntheticum, and mixing with artificial calculus bovis and Margarita powder to obtain fine powder;
(3) pulverizing fructus Chebulae into fine powder;
(4) decocting radix Platycodi, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis, radix Isatidis, radix Sophorae Tonkinensis, Trichosanthis radix, fructus forsythiae, radix Stephaniae Japonicae and Indian Stringbush in water twice, 2 hr for the first time and 2.5 hr for the second time, filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating into soft extract with relative density of 1.28 at 54 deg.C, cooling, adding 2 times of ethanol, stirring, standing overnight, sucking supernatant, washing the residue with 75% ethanol, mixing the washing solution and supernatant, recovering ethanol, and concentrating into soft extract with relative density of 1.33 at 54 deg.C;
(5) adding the fine powder in the step (3) into the thick paste in the step (4), uniformly mixing, drying and crushing into fine powder;
(6) and (3) uniformly mixing the fine powder in the step (2) and the fine powder in the step (5), granulating with sodium carboxymethyl starch by using 75% ethanol, drying, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone and magnesium stearate, uniformly mixing, and pressing into tablets.
Example 5
The embodiment provides application of a houjiling preparation in preparing a medicament for treating pharyngitis and herpangina, wherein the houjiling preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.5 part of artificial bezoar, 15.5 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 1.5 parts of fructus gleditsiae, 15.5 parts of rhizoma isatidis, 0.7 part of borneol, 26 parts of subprostrate sophora, 12 parts of myrobalan, 2 parts of trichosanthes root, 12 parts of fructus forsythiae, 14.5 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 0.9 part of pearl layer powder and 27 parts of wikstroemia indica.
The dosage form of the Houjiling preparation is a dripping pill, and further the Houjiling dripping pill is prepared by adopting the following method:
(1) weighing the components according to the using amount of the components;
(2) grinding Borneolum Syntheticum, and mixing with artificial calculus bovis and Margarita powder to obtain fine powder;
(3) pulverizing fructus Chebulae into fine powder;
(4) decocting radix Platycodi, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis, radix Isatidis, radix Sophorae Tonkinensis, Trichosanthis radix, fructus forsythiae, radix Stephaniae Japonicae and Indian Stringbush in water twice (2 hr for the first time and 2.5 hr for the second time), filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating into soft extract with relative density of 1.24 at 52 deg.C, cooling, adding 2 times of ethanol, stirring, standing overnight, sucking supernatant, washing the residue with 75% ethanol, mixing the washing solution and supernatant, recovering ethanol, and concentrating into soft extract with relative density of 1.32 at 52 deg.C;
(5) adding the fine powder in the step (3) into the thick paste in the step (4), uniformly mixing, drying and crushing into fine powder;
(6) mixing the fine powder of step (2) and the fine powder of step (5), adding the fine powder into molten polyethylene glycol 4000, stirring, keeping the temperature at 45 deg.C, pouring into a dripping pill device, dripping into liquid paraffin of 6 deg.C at a dripping speed of 30d/min, and making into dripping pill.
Example 6
The embodiment provides application of a houjiling preparation in preparing a medicament for treating pharyngitis and herpangina, wherein the houjiling preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight:
2 parts of artificial bezoar, 17.5 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 3.5 parts of fructus gleditsiae, 17.5 parts of rhizoma isatidis, 1.3 parts of borneol, 29 parts of subprostrate sophora, 14 parts of myrobalan, 4 parts of trichosanthes root, 14 parts of fructus forsythiae, 17.5 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 1.8 parts of pearl layer powder and 31 parts of wikstroemia indica.
The dosage form of the houjiling preparation is a dispersible tablet, and further, the houjiling dispersible tablet is prepared by adopting the following method:
(1) weighing the components according to the using amount of the components;
(2) grinding Borneolum Syntheticum, and mixing with artificial calculus bovis and Margarita powder to obtain fine powder;
(3) pulverizing fructus Chebulae into fine powder;
(4) decocting radix Platycodi, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis, radix Isatidis, radix Sophorae Tonkinensis, Trichosanthis radix, fructus forsythiae, radix Stephaniae Japonicae and Indian Stringbush in water twice, 2 hr for the first time and 2.5 hr for the second time, filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating into soft extract with relative density of 1.28 at 54 deg.C, cooling, adding 2 times of ethanol, stirring, standing overnight, sucking supernatant, washing the residue with 75% ethanol, mixing the washing solution and supernatant, recovering ethanol, and concentrating into soft extract with relative density of 1.33 at 54 deg.C;
(5) adding the fine powder in the step (3) into the thick paste in the step (4), uniformly mixing, drying and crushing into fine powder;
(6) and (3) uniformly mixing the fine powder obtained in the step (2) and the fine powder obtained in the step (5), adding cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl starch, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose and microcrystalline cellulose, uniformly mixing, preparing into granules, adding starch and magnesium stearate, pressing into dispersible tablets, and coating films.
Example 7
The embodiment provides application of a houjiling preparation in preparing a medicament for treating pharyngitis and herpangina, wherein the houjiling preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1.0 part of artificial bezoar, 16.5 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 2.75 parts of fructus gleditsiae, 16.5 parts of radix isatidis, 1.0 part of borneol, 27.5 parts of subprostrate sophora, 13.8 parts of myrobalan, 2.75 parts of radix trichosanthis, 13.8 parts of fructus forsythiae, 16.5 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae from Guangdong, 1.0 part of pearl layer powder and 27.5 parts of Indian stringbush root.
The preparation form of the Houjiling preparation is tablets, and further the Houjiling tablets are prepared by adopting the following method:
(1) weighing the components according to the using amount of the components;
(2) grinding Borneolum Syntheticum, and mixing with artificial calculus bovis and Margarita powder to obtain fine powder;
(3) pulverizing fructus Chebulae into fine powder;
(4) decocting radix Platycodi, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis, radix Isatidis, radix Sophorae Tonkinensis, Trichosanthis radix, fructus forsythiae, radix Stephaniae Japonicae and Indian Stringbush in water twice, 2 hr for the first time and 2.5 hr for the second time, filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating into soft extract with relative density of 1.25 at 50 deg.C, cooling, adding 2 times of ethanol, stirring, standing overnight, sucking supernatant, washing the residue with 75% ethanol, mixing the washing solution and supernatant, recovering ethanol, and concentrating into soft extract with relative density of 1.30 at 50 deg.C;
(5) adding the fine powder in the step (3) into the thick paste in the step (4), uniformly mixing, drying and crushing into fine powder;
(6) and (3) uniformly mixing the fine powder in the step (2) and the fine powder in the step (5), sieving, adding starch and dextrin to prepare granules, drying the granules, adding magnesium stearate, pressing the granules into tablets, and coating sugar coat or film coat.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example is different from example 7 only in the raw material components, and the raw material components of the comparative example do not include platycodon grandiflorum, subprostrate sophora root, and radix isatidis, and the others are the same as example 7.
The comparison of the sore throat relieving and cough stopping effects of the Houjiling preparations obtained in examples 1-5 and comparative example 1 is as follows.
1. Test subjects: ICR mice.
2. The test process comprises the following steps: taking 70 healthy ICR mice, dividing the mice into 7 groups, and 10 mice in each group; one group is blank group, and the others are experimental group; the Houjiling preparation obtained in examples 1-5 and comparative example 1 was used in an aerosol inhalation manner in the experimental group, and the administration dose was 8 g/kg; the blank group is administered twice a day for five days by using purified water with the same amount in an atomization inhalation manner; 1 hour after the last administration, each group of mice was stimulated with ammonia water, and the cough latency and the number of coughs within 3 minutes were recorded for each experimental group of mice, and the results were recorded.
3. Test results
As can be seen from Table 1, the mice of the groups of examples 1-5 had significantly longer cough latency times after ammonia challenge than the groups of comparative example 1 and the blank; the cough frequency of the mice in the groups of examples 1 to 5 in 3 minutes is obviously less than that of the mice in the group of comparative example 1 and the blank group, which shows that the Houjiling preparation obtained in the groups of examples 1 to 5 can obviously prolong the incubation period of cough of the mice induced by ammonia water and reduce the cough frequency, and further shows that the Houjiling preparation has obvious effects of relieving sore throat and relieving cough; it is further shown that the group of comparative example 1 has the effects of relieving sore throat and cough, but cannot exert the maximum curative effect, and the curative effect is not ideal.
The beneficial effects of the Houjiling preparation of the present invention are further illustrated by clinical cases.
Selecting 180 cases of patients with pharyngitis and herpangina as test objects, randomly dividing the test objects into 6 groups, wherein each group contains 30 patients, and 1-5 test groups respectively adopt the Houjiling effervescent tablet, the Houjiling orally disintegrating tablet, the Houjiling soft drop pill, the Houjiling dispersible tablet and the Houjiling tablet which are prepared in the embodiments 3-7, wherein the Houjiling drop pill is taken with warm water 3 times a day, 10-15 pills each time; the rest of the tablets are taken 3 times a day, 4 tablets each time, with warm water, 1 course of treatment for 14 days after continuous administration, and 4 courses of treatment for 14 days after double-diagnosis. The control group is orally administered with QINGKAILING granule 3-6g (1-2 bags) once, three times per day, 14 days as 1 course of treatment, and observation time as 4 courses of treatment.
The standard of curative effect is drawn up according to the standard of curative effect of diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome by the State administration of traditional Chinese medicine:
1. and (3) curing: clinical symptoms disappear, and no recurrence occurs after half a year of follow-up visit;
2. the effect is shown: the clinical symptoms and physical signs are obviously relieved;
3. the method has the following advantages: the clinical symptoms and physical signs are reduced, the attack frequency is reduced, and the attack duration is shorter;
4. and (4) invalidation: those with no improvement or aggravation of symptoms and signs.
The efficacy of the test groups 1-5 was compared with that of the control group 1, and is shown in Table 2.
It can be seen from table 2 that the effective rate of the test group 1-5 is more than 85%, and is greatly superior to the control group 1 when compared with the control group 1, thus the throat disease preparation of the invention has obvious curative effect on the pharyngitis and the herpangina, and has good popularization value.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express the embodiments of the present invention, and the description is more specific and detailed, but not understood as the limitation of the patent scope of the present invention, but all the technical solutions obtained by using the equivalent substitution or the equivalent transformation should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The application of the Houjiling preparation in preparing the medicine for treating pharyngitis and herpangina is characterized in that the Houjiling preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-2 parts of artificial bezoar, 15-18 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 1-4 parts of fructus gleditsiae, 15-18 parts of rhizoma isatidis, 0.5-1.5 parts of borneol, 25-30 parts of subprostrate sophora, 10-15 parts of myrobalan, 1-4 parts of radix trichosanthis, 11-15 parts of fructus forsythiae, 13-19 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 0.5-2 parts of pearl layer powder and 25-32 parts of wikstroemia indica.
2. The use of the Houjiling preparation as claimed in claim 1 for preparing a medicament for treating pharyngitis and herpangina, wherein the Houjiling preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.9-1.8 parts of artificial bezoar, 15.5-17.5 parts of balloonflower root, 1.5-3.5 parts of fructus gleditsiae, 15.5-17.5 parts of rhizoma et radix baphicacanthis cusiae, 0.7-1.3 parts of borneol, 26-29 parts of radix sophorae tonkinensis, 12-14 parts of myrobalan, 1.5-3.5 parts of radix trichosanthis, 12-14 parts of fructus forsythiae, 14.5-17.5 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 0.9-1.8 parts of pearl layer powder and 27-31 parts of wikstroemia indica.
3. The use of the Houjiling preparation as claimed in claim 1 for preparing a medicament for treating pharyngitis and herpangina, wherein the Houjiling preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 part of artificial bezoar, 15.5 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 1.5 parts of fructus gleditsiae, 15.5 parts of rhizoma isatidis, 0.7 part of borneol, 26 parts of subprostrate sophora, 12 parts of myrobalan, 2 parts of trichosanthes root, 12 parts of fructus forsythiae, 14.5 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 0.9 part of pearl layer powder and 27 parts of wikstroemia indica.

The use of the Houjiling preparation as claimed in claim 1 for preparing a medicament for treating pharyngitis and herpangina, wherein the Houjiling preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of artificial bezoar, 17.5 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 3.5 parts of fructus gleditsiae, 17.5 parts of rhizoma isatidis, 1.3 parts of borneol, 29 parts of subprostrate sophora, 14 parts of myrobalan, 4 parts of trichosanthes root, 14 parts of fructus forsythiae, 17.5 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 1.8 parts of pearl layer powder and 31 parts of wikstroemia indica.

The use of the Houjiling preparation as claimed in claim 1 for preparing a medicament for treating pharyngitis and herpangina, wherein the Houjiling preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.0 part of artificial bezoar, 16.5 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 2.75 parts of fructus gleditsiae, 16.5 parts of radix isatidis, 1.0 part of borneol, 27.5 parts of subprostrate sophora, 13.8 parts of myrobalan, 2.75 parts of radix trichosanthis, 13.8 parts of fructus forsythiae, 16.5 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae from Guangdong, 1.0 part of pearl layer powder and 27.5 parts of Indian stringbush root.
6. The use of the Houjiling preparation according to claim 1 for the preparation of a medicament for treating pharyngitis and herpangina, wherein said medicament is an orally administrable preparation.
7. The use of the Houjiling preparation as claimed in claim 6, wherein the medicament is in the form of capsule, soft capsule, tablet, dispersible tablet, orally disintegrating tablet, effervescent tablet or drop pill.
8. The use of the Houjiling preparation as claimed in claim 1 for the preparation of a medicament for treating pharyngitis and herpangina, wherein the Houjiling preparation is prepared by the following method:
(1) weighing the components according to the using amount of the components;
(2) grinding Borneolum Syntheticum, and mixing with artificial calculus bovis and Margarita powder to obtain fine powder;
(3) pulverizing fructus Chebulae into fine powder;
(4) decocting radix Platycodi, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis, radix Isatidis, radix Sophorae Tonkinensis, Trichosanthis radix, fructus forsythiae, radix Stephaniae Japonicae and Indian Stringbush in water twice, 1-3 hr for the first time and 2-3 hr for the second time, filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating to obtain soft extract with relative density of 1.20-1.30 at 45-55 deg.C, cooling, adding 2 times of ethanol, stirring, standing overnight, collecting supernatant, washing residue with 75% ethanol, mixing the washing solution and supernatant, recovering ethanol, and concentrating to obtain soft extract with relative density of 1.25-1.35 at 45-55 deg.C;
(5) adding the fine powder in the step (3) into the thick paste in the step (4), uniformly mixing, drying and crushing into fine powder;
(6) and (3) uniformly mixing the fine powder in the step (2) and the fine powder in the step (5), and preparing a clinically acceptable oral administration preparation form directly or by adding pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials through a conventional process.
