Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a work order processing method, including the following steps:
step 101, acquiring work order data sent by a user;
102, generating a work order according to the work order data;
and 103, sending the work order to the mobile terminal of the execution object corresponding to the work order.
As shown in fig. 1, the method obtains the work order data sent by the user, generates the work order according to the work order data, and sends the work order to the mobile terminal of the execution object corresponding to the work order. And subsequently, the execution object executes the content in the work order according to the work order received by the mobile terminal, thereby meeting the requirements of various chemical orders of different users.
Correspondingly, based on the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the customized development of the work order system does not need to be carried out aiming at different users, the development cost of the work order system can be reduced, and the development efficiency of the work order system can be improved.
Specifically, the work order data specifically refers to data required by a simple maintenance or manufacturing plan composed of one or more jobs, and includes, but is not limited to, fields and contents corresponding to the fields, where the fields may be a work order number, an applicant, a mobile phone number, an acceptor, an emergency degree, a mobile terminal address of the acceptor, a start time, a time for creating the work order, an end time, work order job contents, a work order type, material information, and the like, and specifically needs to be determined in combination with the job contents, where the work order type includes, but is not limited to: the method includes the steps of presenting, repairing, suggesting, reporting, complaints, business consultation, opinions, maintenance, test cases or risk points, and the like, and certainly, the method can also obtain the work order data of other work order types according to the actual requirements, and the method is not limited to the method. The user specifically refers to an object that initiates a work order, typically a worker in an enterprise. The execution object specifically refers to an executor who executes a work order. The mobile terminal specifically refers to a computer device that can be used in mobile, including but not limited to a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet computer, a vehicle-mounted computer, and the like. The work order specifically refers to displaying the work order data in a certain representation form, wherein the representation form may be a table, and the table generally includes a table header, a field name in the table header, and a field content corresponding to the field name. In one possible implementation, the work order system includes, but is not limited to, a work order template or work order drawing method, a work order layout, a work order field name, etc., such that the work order system can generate a work order from the work order data. Of course, the work order data may also include the work order template or the work order drawing method, the work order layout, the work order field name, etc. to generate the relevant information of the work order, so that the work order system generates the work order required by the user according to the work order data.
It should be noted that when the pronouns exist in the work order data, in order to facilitate the execution object to know the physical meaning of the pronouns, the pronouns are generally required to be converted into names of materials with subjective forms, so that the execution object can know the content of the work order, for example, the work order data includes PVs referring to photovoltaics, and then the PVs can be converted into photovoltaics.
Referring to fig. 2, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step 201, checking whether the authority of the user meets a preset condition, and if so, executing step 102.
In this implementation, the permission of the user satisfying the preset condition includes: whether the user is a staff member in the enterprise corresponding to the work order data.
Considering that the work order system can only execute step 102 when the user has the right to initiate the work order, so as to meet the user requirements and ensure the correctness of the generated work order. For example, the staff of enterprise a requests to execute the repair order of enterprise a, and the staff has the authority to start the repair order of enterprise a, at this time, step 102 is executed. However, if the staff of the enterprise B requests to execute the repair work order of the enterprise a, the step 201 will not be executed considering that the enterprise B does not have the authority to request the work order system to execute the repair work order of the enterprise a.
Referring to fig. 3, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step 301, receiving work order execution data sent by the mobile terminal;
and step 302, monitoring a work order execution flow according to the work order execution data.
In the embodiment, the work order execution data sent by the mobile terminal is received, and the work order execution flow is monitored according to the work order execution data, so that the work order execution process is monitored.
Specifically, a user configures a work order execution flow in a work order system in a self-defined manner, different work order execution flows can be configured for different types of work orders, or a general work order execution flow can be configured, and then the work order system receives the work order execution data sent by the mobile terminal, and executes the work order execution flow preset by the user according to the work order execution data, that is, displays the progress of the work order execution flow, thereby monitoring the work order execution process.
It should be noted that, for one work order, the work order execution flows in the work order system and the mobile terminal of the execution object should be the same or substantially the same, and the meaning of substantially the same means that only the difference of the expression forms is present, and there is no difference in the contents. The work order system can also send the work order execution flow and the work order to the mobile terminal of the execution object. Or the mobile terminal of the execution object is configured with the work order execution flow in advance.
Specifically, the work order execution data includes a work order execution state, which is mainly a step of work order execution; the work order execution data may further include an operation record, where the operation record may be configured in the work order data in advance, and the operation record specifically refers to a behavior record of the execution object in the process of executing the work order, so as to facilitate understanding of a solution and an actual problem encountered by the execution object in the process of executing the work order.
Referring to fig. 4, based on the same concept as the method embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a work order processing apparatus, including:
an obtaining module 401, configured to obtain work order data sent by a user;
a generating module 402, configured to generate a work order according to the work order data;
a sending module 403, configured to send the work order to a mobile terminal of an execution object corresponding to the work order.
Referring to fig. 5, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further includes: a verification module 501; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the checking module 501 is configured to check whether the authority of the user meets a preset condition, and if so, trigger the generating module 402.
Referring to fig. 6, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further includes: a receiving module 601 and a monitoring module 602; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the receiving module 601 is configured to receive the work order execution data sent by the mobile terminal;
the monitoring module 602 is configured to monitor a work order execution process according to the work order execution data.
In one embodiment of the invention, the work order execution data comprises a work order execution state and/or an operation record.
