Abstract
The invention relates to the field of building construction, and discloses a project management system for engineering construction, which is used for systematically managing construction of construction projects so as to improve the working efficiency of related personnel. The system comprises an acquisition module, a progress module, a personnel management module, an equipment management module, a material management module, a fund management module and a storage module; personnel, equipment and materials in project implementation are managed in a unified mode through the personnel management module, the equipment management module and the material management module, and task planning is carried out on the project through progress, so that the working efficiency of related personnel is improved. The invention is suitable for engineering construction project management.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a project management system for engineering construction.
Background
In the engineering project implementation process of China at present, most enterprises still adopt the traditional project management mode of personnel real-time investigation and manual analysis and recording, the time and the labor are consumed, the management is complicated, the arrangement of personnel and the equipment movement are prone to error, and therefore the work efficiency of related personnel is reduced.

the progress module is in information interconnection with the storage module, formulates construction period numbers based on construction project information, divides the construction period numbers into a plurality of task targets, sets implementation starting time for each group of task targets, and predicts completion time and latest completion time;
the personnel management module is interconnected with the storage module and the progress module, distributes task responsible persons and constructors based on each group of task targets, and records personnel information and authority distributed by each group of task targets;
the equipment management module is in information interconnection with the storage module and the progress module, and distributes construction equipment according to the specific construction tasks of each group of task targets, wherein each group of construction equipment is provided with a service life and is distributed with specific equipment responsible persons;
the material management module is in information interconnection with the storage module and the progress module, counts materials required by construction based on construction project information budget, and distributes the quantity of the materials required by construction of the task targets according to each group of task targets;
and the fund management module is respectively in information interconnection with the storage module, the progress module, the personnel management module, the equipment management module and the material management module and is used for total fund budget of project construction, settlement of wages of personnel, equipment renting and purchasing funds, settlement of quantity of construction materials, unit price and total price of the construction materials, wherein each group of task targets are located.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate supervision of project construction safety, the system also comprises a safety supervision module which is interconnected with the progress module information and used by a safety supervision unit.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the control of the authority owned by the responsible person and the constructor of the task target, the invention also comprises an authority module which is in information interconnection with the personnel management module, wherein the authority comprises login authority for the system login of the responsible person and the constructor, internal data acquisition authority required by project construction and conference information push authority of the corresponding task target.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a project management system for engineering construction, which is used for uniformly managing personnel, equipment and materials in project implementation and carrying out task planning on projects so as to improve the working efficiency of related personnel. Referring to fig. 1-2, a project management system for engineering construction includes a supervisor platform, an acquisition module, a progress module, a personnel management module, an equipment management module, a material management module, a fund management module and a storage module, wherein the supervisor platform is used by a general engineering management department, is a management core of the project management system, and is connected with the acquisition module, the progress module, the personnel management module, the equipment management module, the material management module, the fund management module and the storage module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring construction engineering information, and the construction engineering information comprises construction project information, construction equipment information, construction fund information and constructor information. The construction project information comprises construction design files, material tables, examination and approval notices and various data, and the construction equipment information comprises equipment names, equipment models and equipment quantity; the construction fund information comprises a docking bank account, fund expenditure account information, a financial responsible person and responsible person right information; the constructor information comprises constructor name, certificate number, position of the task target and the authority of the position.
The storage module is used for recording the construction engineering information acquired by the acquisition module;
the progress module is in information interconnection with the storage module, formulates construction period numbers based on construction project information, and divides the construction period numbers into a plurality of task targets, wherein each group of task targets is provided with implementation starting time, predicted completion time and latest completion time;
the personnel management module is interconnected with the storage module and the progress module, distributes task responsible persons and constructors based on each group of task targets, and records personnel information and authority distributed by each group of task targets;
the equipment management module is in information interconnection with the storage module and the progress module, and distributes construction equipment according to the specific construction tasks of each group of task targets, wherein each group of construction equipment is provided with a service life and is distributed with specific equipment responsible persons;

The system also comprises a permission module which is in information interconnection with the personnel management module and is used for controlling the authorities owned by the responsible persons and the constructors of the task targets, wherein the authorities comprise login authorities for system login of the responsible persons and the constructors, internal data acquisition authorities required by project construction and conference information push authorities of the corresponding task targets.
The construction quality inspection system also comprises a quality supervision module which is interconnected with the progress module information and used by a quality inspection unit for the construction quality inspection after each group of task targets are completed, the construction quality information is recorded and stored, then the construction quality information is pushed to a main platform, and the main platform checks and determines whether to carry out the construction of the next task target.
The invention also comprises a display module which is interconnected with the progress module information and is used for displaying the completion degree of the construction period number and simultaneously displaying the name of the construction project, the completed task target, the task target carried out at the current stage, the responsible person and constructor of the task target at the current stage, the predicted completion time of the task target at the current stage, the predicted task target to be carried out at the next stage and the predicted start time.
The system of the invention can be carried out in the following way:
1. before the engineering project is implemented, firstly, acquiring construction project information, construction equipment information, construction fund information and constructor information through an acquisition module, and recording and storing all the collected information into a storage module; the construction project information comprises construction design files, material tables, approval notices and various data, the construction equipment information comprises equipment names, equipment models and equipment quantity, the construction fund information comprises a docking bank account, fund expenditure account information, financial responsible persons and responsible person authority information, and the constructor information comprises constructor names, certificate numbers, positions serving as task targets and authorities owned by the positions.
2. The progress module extracts construction project information through the storage module, formulates a project construction scheme and construction period number, divides the construction period number into a plurality of task targets, and achieves the overall implementation completion of the engineering project by gradually finishing the task targets.
3. And the personnel management module and the equipment management module call all constructor information and all construction equipment information through the storage module, allocate implementing personnel and implementing equipment according to each group of task targets, and simultaneously perform system management on the implementing personnel and the implementing equipment.
4. And distributing the construction materials required by the task target under construction at the current stage through a material management module, and simultaneously carrying out systematic management on the construction materials.
5. And carrying out fund flow management on manpower, equipment and materials implemented by the project through a fund management module.
6. And the construction of the supervision project is safe through the safety supervision module.
7. The authority module controls authorities owned by a responsible person and a constructor of the task target, wherein the authorities include login authorities for system login of the responsible person and the constructor, internal data acquisition authorities required by project construction, and conference information push authorities of the corresponding task target.

And the quality supervision module is used for checking the construction quality of each group of task targets after the task targets are completed, recording and storing the construction quality information, then pushing the construction quality information to the main platform, and the main platform checks and determines whether to carry out construction of the next task target.

The completion degree of the construction period number is displayed through the display module, and meanwhile, the name of a construction project, the completed task target, the task target performed at the current stage, the responsible persons and constructors of the task target at the current stage, the predicted completion time of the task target at the current stage, the predicted task target to be performed at the next stage and the predicted start time are displayed.

1. A project management system for construction of a project, comprising:
the construction system comprises an acquisition module, a construction management module and a construction management module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring construction engineering information, and the construction engineering information comprises construction project information, construction equipment information, construction fund information and constructor information;
the storage module is used for recording the construction engineering information acquired by the acquisition module;
the progress module is interconnected with the storage module in information, and formulates construction period numbers based on the construction project information, the construction period numbers are divided into a plurality of task targets, and each group of task targets are provided with implementation starting time, predicted completion time and latest completion time;
the personnel management module is interconnected with the storage module and the progress module, distributes task responsible persons and constructors based on each group of task targets, and records personnel information and authority distributed by each group of task targets;
the equipment management module is in information interconnection with the storage module and the progress module, and distributes construction equipment according to the specific construction tasks of each group of task targets, wherein each group of construction equipment is provided with a service life and is distributed with specific equipment responsible persons;
the material management module is in information interconnection with the storage module and the progress module, counts materials required by construction based on construction project information budget, and distributes the quantity of the materials required by construction of the task targets according to each group of task targets;
and the fund management module is respectively in information interconnection with the storage module, the progress module, the personnel management module, the equipment management module and the material management module and is used for total fund budget of project construction, settlement of wages of personnel, equipment renting and purchasing funds, settlement of quantity of construction materials and unit price and total price of the materials of each group of task targets.
