Alternative embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A first embodiment, an embodiment of a method of entering email messages, is provided for the present disclosure.
The following describes an embodiment of the present disclosure in detail with reference to fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for inputting email information provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Step S101, receiving preset character information and first contact information in a text field of an electronic mail.
Email is a communication method for providing information exchange by electronic means, and is the most widely used service of the internet. Through the network's email system, users can contact network users in any corner of the world in a very inexpensive, very quick manner.
The area for inputting the specific content of the email in the email body column, namely the email writing time.
The preset character information is information for triggering and displaying the email address of the interactive contact person. The preset character information may use special characters that are not frequently used. For example, the preset character information is an "@" character.
The first contact information includes a first contact email address or a first username.
The first contact information may be contact local information that the editor wants to enter into the body bar of the email. For example, if the entire information for the first contact email address is "hexiang @126.com," when local information such as "h" or "he" or "hex" and so on is received, then the disclosed embodiments both begin searching for interactive contact email addresses; the first username is "hexiang" for all information, and when local information such as "h" or "he" or "hex" and so on is received, the disclosed embodiments begin searching for the interactive contact email address. The first contact information may also be contact integrity information.
And step S102, based on the triggering of the preset character information, acquiring an interactive contact email address from the associated contact information of the email by using the first contact information.
The associated contact information of the e-mail is all contact information that can be obtained by the e-mail. The email of the disclosed embodiments is interworked with social platform (e.g., gmail, wechat, QQ) information. The associated contact information comprises contact information stored in the social platform.
For this step, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide two application scenarios.
The application scene one: the first contact information is a first contact email address.
The associated contact information comprises: one or more first e-mail addresses in the e-mail recipient column, and/or one or more second e-mail addresses in the e-mail transcriber column, and/or one or more third e-mail addresses in the first e-mail group corresponding to the first e-mail address, and/or one or more fourth e-mail addresses in the second e-mail group corresponding to the second e-mail address, and/or one or more fifth e-mail addresses in a social platform address book associated with the e-mail.
The electronic mail group includes a large amount of panelist information. The email address in the group of email is the email address of each group member. Such as a common contact group. Creating an e-mail group can save the trouble of having to remember or enter an e-mail address. For example, if a group member of an electronic mail group wishes to send an electronic mail or reply to an electronic mail to other group members in the electronic mail group, all group members in the electronic mail group may receive the electronic mail as long as the address of the electronic mail group is keyed in the addressee field. This facilitates communication between the members of the electronic mail group.
The email address in the recipient column is the email address of the sending object. And after the e-mail is sent, the receiver acquires the e-mail through the e-mail box corresponding to the e-mail address in the receiver column. When the email address is not included in the recipient column, the email will not be sent. The email address in the recipient column may be one or a plurality of different email addresses.
The email address in the carbon copy bar notifies the email address of the object. For informing the notification object of the contents of the e-mail. When the e-mail address is not included in the carbon copy bar, the e-mail is not affected. The e-mail address in the carbon copy bar may be one or a plurality of different e-mail addresses.
Application scenario two: the first contact information is a first username.
The method for acquiring the email address of the interactive contact from the social platform address book associated with the email by using the first username comprises the following steps:
and S102-11, acquiring a matched second user name from the address book of the social platform by using the first user name.
Step S102-12, acquiring corresponding second user contact information based on the second user name; wherein the second user contact information comprises a second user email address as the interactive contact email address.
For example, when a work social platform of the company is used, in which an email is used as a part of an office application, and when a member in the company needs to be contacted by an email, but only the name of the user and not the email address are known, the email address of the user can be obtained through the social platform by merely inputting the user name. Therefore, the information exchange inside the company can be facilitated, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
Optionally, the second user contact information further includes a second user social account and/or a second user mobile phone number.
The method further comprises the steps of:
and after the E-mail is sent, sending a prompt message to the second user contact information.
This step is used to alert the second user that an e-mail is being sent that is associated with the second user. For example, if the second user contact information is a second user social account, after the email is sent, a notification is sent to a conversation bar of the second user social account, and an email associated with the notification is sent; and/or the second user contact information is the second user mobile phone number, after the email is sent, a short message notification is sent to the second user mobile phone number, and an email associated with the short message notification is sent out.
The two application scenes meet the requirement of inputting the email address when the user edits the email text to the maximum extent. Meanwhile, the arrangement sequence of the email addresses stored in the email address list is more in line with the use habit of the user, and compared with the prior art, the efficiency of inputting the email addresses is improved.
And step S103, displaying a list of the interactive contact person email addresses in the association area of the preset characters according to a preset display rule.
The display rule comprises:
in the list, the arrangement sequence of the first electronic mail group corresponding to the third electronic mail address is the same as the arrangement sequence of the first electronic mail address in the addressee column;
in the list, the arrangement order of the second electronic mail group corresponding to the fourth electronic mail address is the same as the arrangement order of the second electronic mail address in the carbon copy column.
For example, "zhao @126.com is arranged in the recipient column in order; qaan @126. com; sun @126. com; "three email addresses, the first email group refers to the common contact group, and these three email addresses are stored in the common contact group respectively: zhao group, qian group and sun group; the order in which the groups of email addresses are displayed in the list is: first, all email addresses in the zhao group are displayed, next to the zhao group, all email addresses in the qian group are displayed, and finally, next to the qian group, all email addresses in the sun group are displayed.
Similarly, the order is the same in the copy column.
In order to improve the user experience, the arrangement sequence of the email addresses stored in the email address list is more in line with the use habit of the user. Optionally, the method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes the following steps:
step S103-11, after adjusting the arrangement order of the first email addresses in the recipient column, in the list, adjusting the third email addresses in the corresponding first email group to the positions corresponding to the arrangement order.
And/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
step S103-21, after the arrangement sequence of the second e-mail address in the transcription bar is adjusted, in the e-mail address list, adjusting a fourth e-mail address in the corresponding second e-mail group to a position corresponding to the arrangement sequence.
For example, continuing the above example, the order of the e-mails in the recipient column is adjusted to "sun @126. com; zhao @126. com; qaan @126. com; ", the order of displaying the groups of email addresses in the list is: first, all email addresses in the sun group are displayed, next to the sun group, all email addresses in the zhao group are displayed, and finally, next to the zhao group, all email addresses in the qian group are displayed.
Similarly, the order is the same in the copy column. In order to conform to the usage habits of the user. Optionally, after the interactive contact email address is acquired from the associated contact information of the email by using the first contact information, the method further includes the following steps:
and S103-31, hiding the list when the interactive contact person email address does not exist.
The unnecessary calculation amount can be reduced through the steps, and therefore the system resource consumption is saved.
Redundancy may occur for email addresses added to a list of email addresses, as there may be the same email address held in different groups of email. To improve user experience, the efficiency of entering email addresses is improved. Optionally, before the displaying the list of the email addresses of the interactive contacts, the method further includes the following steps:
and S103-41, filtering repeated e-mail addresses of the interactive contacts.
Too many email addresses in the list not only consume system resources, but may also inconvenience the user. Optionally, before the displaying the list of the email addresses of the interactive contacts, the method further includes the following steps:
and S103-51, determining a preset number of email addresses in the email addresses of the interactive contacts.
For example, the preset number is 20, that is, the number of email addresses in the email address list is limited to less than or equal to 20 email addresses.
And step S104, determining at least one interactive contact email address in the list, and adding the interactive contact email address to a text field of the email.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a method for acquiring the email address list from the email editing information, which meets the requirement of inputting email addresses when a user edits the email text to the maximum extent. The arrangement sequence of the email addresses stored in the email address list is more in line with the use habit of the user, and compared with the prior art, the efficiency of inputting the email addresses is improved.
