Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a message reminding method according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, where the present embodiment is applicable to a situation where important information is determined and displayed, the method may be executed by a message reminding apparatus, the apparatus may be implemented in a form of software and/or hardware, and optionally, the method may be implemented by an electronic device, and the electronic device may be a mobile terminal, a PC terminal, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the method of this embodiment includes:
s110, processing each message based on a pre-trained message sorting model, and determining the message type to which the message belongs and the corresponding importance level under the message type.
It should be noted that, for example, the technical solution of the present embodiment is clearly described, which may be described by taking a house-watching application as an example, and whether the house-watching application is in an operating state or in an exiting state, the importance of the message may be determined by using the solution of the present embodiment, so that the more important message in each message is preferentially displayed. Of course, the solution of the present embodiment is not limited to the house-viewing application.
Wherein, the message sorting model is obtained by pre-training. The message sorting model can analyze and process each message, determine the message type of each message and the corresponding importance level under the message type. In this embodiment, a house-viewing application can be taken as an example for description.
Optionally, the message types include: instant messages and non-instant messages; the instant message and the non-instant message include at least two importance levels.
The instant message can be understood as a message with timeliness, that is, a message valid within a preset time, or a message that a user is expected to view immediately, and optionally, a message sent by a room-viewing user is taken as an instant message. The non-instant message is a message valid for a long time, and optionally, a notification-type message, etc. Optionally, the instant message includes chat information between the house-watching user and the broker, a notification-type message for reminding house-watching, and a latest policy message about the house source; non-instant messages include house-sourced push messages, as well as recommended articles about various types of habitus.
In order to further determine the importance level of each message, the importance levels of the messages in different message types may be set according to preset rules. For example, the message type is an instant message, each message importance in the instant message is divided into at least three types, optionally, one type, two types, three types, and the like, the importance levels corresponding to different types are different, the importance level corresponding to one type may be set as a, the importance level corresponding to the second type may be set as B, and the importance level corresponding to the three types may be set as C, where the importance level of a is higher than B, and the importance level of B is higher than C. Optionally, the importance level of the chat information between the house-watching user and the broker and the latest state information of the house source is set as a type a, and the importance level of the room-watching reminding notification message is set as a type B. It should be noted that the above is only to explain the importance level of the message, and is not limited to the above setting manner, and the user may set the importance level of different messages according to actual needs, or set which messages have higher importance levels according to experience.
Correspondingly, the importance degree of the non-instant message can be preset, that is, the importance degree of each message can be determined according to a preset division rule.
In this embodiment, the importance level of the different message types is divided into the following benefits: the message can be preferentially displayed on the display interface according to the message type and the importance level of the message so as to facilitate the user to preview, thereby improving the efficiency of the user for browsing the message and avoiding the situation of missing important information.
Specifically, which messages are instant messages and the importance level in the instant messages can be determined based on a pre-trained message sorting model; which messages are non-instant messages, and the importance level in the non-instant messages.
And S120, reminding the message on the user terminal according to a preset reminding strategy according to the message type and the importance level.
It should be noted that, when the user is reminded according to the message type and the importance level, the message type and the importance level of the message may be determined first. Wherein determining the message type of the message may be determined by a message sorting model. I.e. when a client receives a message, the message may be entered into a message sorting model in order to determine the type and importance level of the message.
The preset reminding strategies comprise at least one type, namely the reminding strategies corresponding to different importance levels under different types of messages are different.
Specifically, the client inputs the received message into the message sorting model, and the message sorting model can determine whether the message is an instant message, a non-instant message, an importance level in the instant message, or an importance level corresponding to the non-instant message, and remind the user on the terminal according to a reminding strategy corresponding to the message type and the importance level.
Illustratively, if the importance level of the instant message is a type of message, the reminder policy is displayed in a large window. When the message sorting model determines that the message type is an instant message and the importance level is a category, the message can be displayed in a large window, or a plurality of instant messages with the importance level being a category can be simultaneously displayed in one large window.
For different message types and different importance levels, different ways to remind the user may be: when the message type of the message is determined to be an instant message and the importance level is higher than a first preset threshold value, popping the message on a display interface in a first preset size to remind a user; when the message type of the message is an instant message and the importance level is lower than a first preset threshold value, marking the message as a read message and not displaying the read message; and when the message is a non-instant message and the importance level is higher than a second preset threshold, popping up the message on a display interface in a second preset size to remind a user, wherein the first preset size is larger than the second preset size.
Wherein, the importance level in the instant message can be set as A type, B type, C type and D type; the importance levels in the non-instant message are set to one, two, three, and four. Correspondingly, the first preset threshold may be information with an importance level of B and above; the second preset threshold may be messages with an importance level of two or more types. Whether non-instant messages or instant messages may be displayed on the display interface in the form of a pop-up window. The pop-up window with the first preset size is larger than the pop-up window with the second preset size.
In order to improve the visual effect of the user, when the user is using the application program, the message can be displayed in a popup window with a transparent background, and in the process of displaying the message, the user can still slide the content on the current page, namely the popup window does not influence the sliding operation of the user, so that the user experience is improved.
Specifically, when the client receives the message and the message sorting model processes the message, the type of the obtained message is an instant message, and the importance level is in a class B or above, a preset number of messages can be displayed on the display interface in a large window, and optionally, five messages are displayed each time. And after the message sorting model processes all the received messages, determining that the message type is a non-instant message, determining whether the message grade is of a second type or higher, and displaying the message popup on the display interface in a second size.
On the basis of the technical scheme, if the application program is in a running state, namely, the user is currently using the client. If the message received by the client is an instant message and the importance level is lower than a first preset threshold, the message can be directly displayed on a display interface; if the application program is in a non-running state, the message received by the client is an instant message, optionally, the effective time is 5min, and when the user does not trigger the application program within 5min, the instant message can be marked as read and is not displayed any more, and even if the user triggers the application program five minutes later, the message is not displayed any more.
On the basis of the above technical solution, it should be further noted that, when the messages received by the client include an instant message and a non-instant message, the instant message higher than the first preset threshold is preferentially displayed on the display interface in a first preset size; and after the instant display higher than the first preset threshold is finished, displaying the non-instant messages higher than the second preset threshold on the display interface in a second size.
Specifically, when the number of messages received by the client is large, the message sorting model may analyze and process each message, and determine the type and importance level of the message. Optionally, the received message includes a message type that is an instant message and has an importance level of more than B, and a message type that is a non-instant message and has an importance level of more than two, and then the instant message and the non-instant message may be displayed first.
For example, the client receives 100 messages, and the message sorting model may process 100 messages to obtain 65 messages as instant messages and 35 messages as non-instant messages. Wherein, 65 pieces of instant messages include: the importance level of 10 messages is A type, the level of 20 messages is B type, the level of 15 messages is C type, and the level of 20 messages is D type; the 35 non-instant messages include: 5 messages of the first type, 10 messages of the second type, 5 messages of the third type and 15 messages of the fourth type. The method can display the instant messages with the importance level of A in the instant messages firstly, and then display the instant messages with the importance level of B; after the instant message is displayed, 5 messages of the first type and 10 messages of the second type in the non-instant message can be displayed. In order to remind the user of the importance of the currently displayed message, the message with high importance level can be displayed in a large window, and correspondingly, the message with low importance level can be prompted in a small window, so that the user can know the importance degree of each message.
If the messages higher than the first preset threshold and the messages higher than the second preset threshold are actually finished and the preset time of the instant messages is not exceeded, the instant messages lower than the first preset threshold may be displayed on the display interface, and the non-instant messages lower than the second preset threshold may also be displayed on the display interface after the display is finished, but it needs to be noted that the instant messages higher than the first preset threshold are preferentially displayed.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, each message is processed based on a pre-trained message sorting model, the message type of the message is determined, the corresponding importance level under the message type is determined, the message is reminded on the user terminal according to the message type and the importance level and the preset reminding strategy, so that the problems that in the prior art, when a user receives more messages, the messages are generally and sequentially displayed on a display interface according to the sequence of the received messages, most of messages browsed by the user are non-important messages, the user considers all the messages to be non-important messages, all the non-read messages are marked as read, the important messages in the non-read messages are ignored, the important messages in the non-read messages are omitted, the technical problem that the user omits the important messages due to unreasonable display of the messages is solved, the timeliness and the importance of the pre-determined messages are realized, and the important message is preferentially pushed, so that the situation that the important message is missed in the process of reading the message is avoided, and the technical effect of user experience is further improved.
Example two

On the basis of the above technical solutions, the message type includes: instant messages, and non-instant messages; the instant message and the non-instant message respectively comprise at least two importance levels.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the message level determining module is further configured to:
and determining the importance level corresponding to the message belonging to the instant message or the importance level corresponding to the message belonging to the non-instant message based on the message sorting model.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the message reminding module is further configured to:

and after the instant messages higher than the first preset threshold are displayed, displaying the non-instant messages higher than the second preset threshold on a display interface in a second preset size.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, determining the message sorting model includes:
obtaining a plurality of training sample data, and training the sample data to obtain a message sorting model;
wherein the message sorting model is used for determining the message type of each message and the importance level under the message type.
On the basis of the technical schemes, the instant messages comprise chat information between house-watching users and brokers, notification type messages for reminding house-watching and latest policy messages about house sources; the non-instant messages include house-sourced push messages, and recommended articles about various types of tenants.
