Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有充电桩的路灯,包括设有照明灯的灯座和支撑灯座的灯杆,灯杆上设有用于车辆充电的充电桩,充电桩包括安装在灯杆上的充电箱、用于连接车辆的接头以及连接接头与充电箱的充电线,充电箱内设置有缠绕充电线的卷线器,卷线器包括卷绕充电线的卷线轴和设于卷线轴端部的卷线齿轮,充电箱的侧壁上设有滑动孔和与滑动孔滑动连接的滑块,滑块上设有与卷线齿轮啮合的卷线齿条,充电线通过充电箱上设置的穿线孔穿出充电箱。本发明通过在充电箱内设置卷线器,将充电箱外的充电线收纳到充电箱内部,防止充电线因长时间日晒发生老化,也防止充电线在雨雪天气被浸湿而损坏,延长充电线的使用寿命。

一种具有充电桩的路灯
技术领域
本发明属于电力设备领域,具体涉及一种具有充电桩的路灯。
背景技术
目前,部分路灯上为了新能源车充电方便而设置了充电桩,但是,因为充电桩上的充电线长时间暴露在充电桩外面,受到日晒雨淋,容易发生老化和受潮,大大降低充电桩的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种收纳充电线的具有充电桩的路灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种具有充电桩的路灯,包括设有照明灯的灯座和支撑灯座的灯杆,灯杆上设有用于车辆充电的充电桩,充电桩包括安装在灯杆上的充电箱、用于连接车辆的接头以及连接接头与充电箱的充电线,充电箱内设置有缠绕充电线的卷线器,卷线器包括卷绕充电线的卷线轴和设于卷线轴端部的卷线齿轮,充电箱的侧壁上设有滑动孔和与滑动孔滑动连接的滑块,滑块上设有与卷线齿轮啮合的卷线齿条,充电线通过充电箱上设置的穿线孔穿出充电箱。
进一步的,滑块上设有位于充电箱内的挡水条,挡水条随滑块滑动以遮挡滑动孔。
进一步的,滑块朝向充电箱的外侧设有操作槽。
进一步的,充电箱的外壁上设有挡水盒,挡水盒位于穿线孔上方,挡水盒和充电箱之间形成遮挡接头的挡水槽。
进一步的,挡水盒的底部设有取放接头的开口。
进一步的,挡水盒的顶板为弧形的导水板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过在充电箱内设置卷线器,将充电箱外的充电线收纳到充电箱内部,防止充电线因长时间日晒发生老化,也防止充电线在雨雪天气被浸湿而损坏,延长充电线的使用寿命,通过滑块和随滑块滑动的卷线齿条对于卷线器进行驱动,使得用户仅通过手动滑动滑块即可调节充电线伸出充电箱的长度,且因为滑块在滑动孔内对卷线器进行驱动,减小充电箱的占用空间,也可保持充电箱外立面的美观。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3对本发明一种具有充电桩的路灯的实施例做进一步说明。
实施例一:
一种具有充电桩3的路灯,包括设有照明灯的灯座1和支撑灯座1的灯杆2,灯杆2上设有用于车辆充电的充电桩3,充电桩3包括安装在灯杆2上的充电箱31、用于连接车辆的接头32以及连接接头32与充电箱31的充电线33,充电箱31内设置有缠绕充电线33的卷线器4,卷线器4包括卷绕充电线33的卷线轴41和设于卷线轴41端部的卷线齿轮42,充电箱31的侧壁上设有滑动孔311和与滑动孔311滑动连接的滑块312,滑块312上设有与卷线齿轮42啮合的卷线齿条313,充电线33通过充电箱31上设置的穿线孔314穿出充电箱31。
本实施中的滑块312上设有位于充电箱31内的挡水条315,挡水条315随滑块312滑动以遮挡滑动孔311,使得未被滑块312遮挡的滑动孔311会被挡水条315遮挡住,防止外界的雨水等通过滑动孔311进入充电箱31内部,保持充电箱31内部以及位于充电箱31内部的充电线33的干燥。
为了便于操作滑块312,可在滑块312朝向充电箱31的外侧设置操作槽3121,用户推动滑块312时,将手指放入操作槽3121中即可轻松推动滑块312,更加省力。
本实施例中,充电线33被收纳到充电箱31内部的时候,接头32位于充电箱31的外部,为了防止雨水浸湿接头32,在充电箱31的外壁上设置了挡水盒5,挡水盒5位于穿线孔314上方,挡水盒5和充电箱31之间形成遮挡接头32的挡水槽,以对接头32进行挡水。优选的是,挡水盒5的底部设有取放接头32的开口,随着充电线33收回到充电箱31内,接头32自动通过开口进入挡水槽中,使用更加方便。为了防止挡水盒5顶部积水,挡水盒5的顶板为弧形的导水板。
需要对车辆进行充电时,先按住滑块312上的操作槽3121,将滑块312由滑动孔311的一端向另一端推动,滑块312在滑动孔311内滑动的同时,滑块312上的卷线齿条313随滑块312共同发生滑动,随着卷线齿条313的滑动,与卷线齿条313啮合的卷线齿轮42发生转动,带动卷线轴41共同发生转动,以将缠绕在卷线轴41上的充电线33松开,然后拉动接头32,将充电线33从充电箱31抽出即可,可根据所需充电线33的长度推动滑块312到滑动孔311的不同位置,使用更加方便。充电完成后,将接头32从车辆上拔下,重新滑动滑块312至滑动孔311的另一端,随着滑块312的滑动,卷线器4重新将充电线33缠绕在卷线轴41上,并拉动接头32,将接口收进挡水槽内,实现充电线33的收纳。
本发明通过在充电箱31内设置卷线器4,将充电箱31外的充电线33收纳到充电箱31内部,防止充电线33因长时间日晒发生老化,也防止充电线33在雨雪天气被浸湿而损坏,延长充电线33的使用寿命,通过滑块312和随滑块312滑动的卷线齿条313对于卷线器4进行驱动,使得用户仅通过手动滑动滑块312即可调节充电线33伸出充电箱31的长度,且因为滑块312在滑动孔311内对卷线器4进行驱动,减小充电箱31的占用空间,也可保持充电箱31外立面的美观。

1.一种具有充电桩的路灯,包括设有照明灯的灯座和支撑灯座的灯杆,其特征在于:所述灯杆上设有用于车辆充电的充电桩,所述充电桩包括安装在灯杆上的充电箱、用于连接车辆的接头以及连接接头与充电箱的充电线,所述充电箱内设置有缠绕充电线的卷线器,所述卷线器包括卷绕充电线的卷线轴和设于卷线轴端部的卷线齿轮,所述充电箱的侧壁上设有滑动孔和与滑动孔滑动连接的滑块,所述滑块上设有与卷线齿轮啮合的卷线齿条,所述充电线通过充电箱上设置的穿线孔穿出充电箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有充电桩的路灯,其特征在于:所述滑块上设有位于充电箱内的挡水条,所述挡水条随滑块滑动以遮挡滑动孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有充电桩的路灯,其特征在于:所述滑块朝向充电箱的外侧设有操作槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有充电桩的路灯,其特征在于:所述充电箱的外壁上设有挡水盒,挡水盒位于穿线孔上方,所述挡水盒和所述充电箱之间形成遮挡接头的挡水槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有充电桩的路灯,其特征在于:所述挡水盒的底部设有取放接头的开口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有充电桩的路灯,其特征在于:所述挡水盒的顶板为弧形的导水板。
