Abstract
在卫生间中使用的传感器组件是用来检测卫生间设备附近是否有使用者出现。本传感器组件有一个本体,由本体向外延伸出一个中空的螺杆。本体上有一个平台,由平台向上延伸出围壁并形成空腔。红外发射器及相邻的红外接收器位于空腔之中并安装在印刷电路板上。电缆连接到安装板上并通过螺杆而伸出。罩盖盖在发射器和接收器上,并有一对相邻的开孔对准发射器和接收器上。围壁上有红外透明窗口与罩盖上的发射器及接收器开孔对准。外罩盖住围壁、空腔和窗口并装在平台上。外罩有与窗口对准的开口,使得发射器发射和接收器接收的红外信号顺利通过外罩的开口及透明窗口,以便用来检测传感器组件附近使用者的出现。
Description
本发明涉及公共卫生间或商用卫生间中使用的红外传感器,它用来检测卫生间设备附近是否有人,这些卫生间设备可以是小便池、抽水便器、给皂水器、干手器、水龙头,或者任何在这种环境中使用的其他设备。目前,最通常的惯例是把传感器和卫生间设备直接联在一起。例如,这种传感器可以安装在小便池的正上方并和冲洗阀联在一起以冲洗小便地。传感器也可以安置在水龙头出水口的下方,这样,当使用者把手放到水龙头出水口的下方时,水就流出。类似的传感器还用于干手器和给皂水器。将传感器直接装在这种卫生间设备壳体内部的办法所遇到的问题是,每一种传感器都有不同的外部构造,因而对每一种卫生间设备都有不同类型的传感器外壳及相关的安装部件。本发明提供一种单独放置的、独立的传感器,它可以用于任何类型的卫生间设备。它可以位于小便池、冲水便器的附近,或者水龙头、干手器、给皂水器的附近。在上述每一种用途中,所用的传感器都是同样的。这种传感器使用同样的部件,具有同样的外壳,并以同一方式工作。
由现有技术已经知道所描述的这种单独的、与卫生间设备分开的传感器、本发明对这类传感器进行了独特的改进,这些改进涉及防止破坏、保证装置的可靠性、便于调整有效范围及易于维修等方面。
本发明涉及用于卫生间环境的传感器组件,特别是使用可靠、结构紧凑、易于调整和维修的传感器组件。
本发明的首要目的是提供一种传感器组件,与现有技术生产的传感器相比,他的部件数目减少,并且具有一个和传感器本体一体化的红外透明窗口。
另一个目的是提供一种传感器组件,它的电子控制线路的主要部分从传感器本体移到了一个单独的外壳。
再一个目的是提供一种传感器组件,它可提供所有类型的卫生间设备使用。
又一个目的是提供一种传感器组件,它具有特殊的结构,以防止破坏,也防止传感器窗口和传感器的红外发射器及接收器对不准。
另一个目的是提供一种传感器组件,它具有改进的连接件,可在卫生间设备附近安装传感器组件。
其他一些目的将在下面的说明书、附图及权利要求书中谈及。

在公共卫生间和商用卫生间中经常使用传感器,特别是红外传感器,来保证小便池冲洗阀、抽水便器的冲洗阀、水龙头、干手器、给皂水器等卫生间设备的正常运行。目前,市场上有两类这样的传感器。第一类,也是最广泛使用的一类,是传感器为特定的卫生间设备而设计,亦即,传感器和冲水阀或传感器和水龙头的联结专门适用于该产品。第二类的传感器则对所有类型的卫生间设备都是一样的,本发明即专门面向这一类用于卫生间的传感装置。
从附图中可以看出,传感器组件包括一个用10表示的本体,它有一个平台12和一个向下延伸的螺杆14。螺杆14是中空的,因而提供了一个通道17使电缆16通过,而电缆16则把安装在平台12上的红外发射器和接收器与外部电子控制线路相连接。电缆16可以是如图所示的铠装电缆,也可以是没有外部屏蔽的电缆。在现有技术的传感器中,基本上全部电子控制系统均位于传感器组件的内部。在本发明中,电子控制线路的最主要部分被移入一个由电缆16连接的单独的外壳中。这样,既容易维修,也便于对传感器有效范围等量的调节,因而容易实现一个操作更为可靠的传感器。
从平台12向上伸出的是具有不规则形状的围壁18,围壁18形成一个空腔20,其中安装了印刷电路板22,该印刷电路板上装有一个红外发射器24和一个红外接收器26。通常,这些装置和印刷电路板被封装在适当的封装化合物中,这样就可以防止对电线接头、发射器和接收器的损伤,发射器、接收器也经常被称作发送器和探测器。
在发射器24和接收器26的正前方有一个罩盖28,它可以用合适的塑料很方便地制成,并直接装到印刷电路板22上。罩盖28有一对开孔30和32,它们对准所说的发射器和接收器。指出下面一点是重要的,即开孔30和32是用罩盖的一部分34分开的,其效果是保证发射的红外信号和接收的信号分开,因而防止了由发射器到接收器的所射信号的直接反馈。罩盖实际上是把接收器即探测器从发射器发送器处屏蔽开来或密封起来。
不规则形状的回壁18具有凹槽36,其上装有红外透明窗口38,该窗口位于开孔30和32的正前方并和它们对准,这些开孔30和32将为发射出来的和被接收的红外信号提供通道。
在不规则形状围壁18的外面,有一个周边支承40,它在平台12的外侧向上延伸并为传感器外罩42提供了内支承。外罩42装在平台上,而支承壁40将它定位。
在支承壁40的正下方有周边沟槽44,其中安放了一个密封圈或称O形圈46,它能使外罩在本体上对准轴心,并在外罩正确安放时保证外罩的滑动配合。如果组装正确,外罩将套在O形圈46上。为了保证外罩42上的开口48和红外透明窗口38对准,外罩上有定位孔50,支承壁40上有相似的孔52。当外罩在本体10上的位置正确时,定位销54穿过已对准的两个孔,从而保证外罩开口48和窗口38对准,使得红外发射器和接收器均能无障碍地作用于传感器前面的区域。外罩开口48的周边具有这样的形状,使得在外罩正确装在本体上时,外罩开口能锁定在窗口38上。
当传感器安装在一个卫生间设备的邻近区域,例如它安装在邻近水龙头的洗手池上板处,那里会有一个铭牌或装饰板,它们适于安装在传感器组件下面,并固定在洗手池上板上。为了保证传感器保持正确方向而不被转动,平台12有小凸台56,其上有孔58,它可以容纳防转销钉60。防转销钉穿过装饰板进入传感器本体,从而防止传感器的任何转动。这就保证了传感器总是会定向于检测该卫生间设备使用者的出现。
本体10和所述的与它一体化的围壁及支承件全部可由一种合适的塑料制成。外罩42则最好用金属制作并具有装饰性的外表。用环氧树脂封装印刷电路板及板与发射器和接收器的接头。整个组件结构紧凑,工作可靠,并能防止任何形式的破坏,这些破坏有可能改变本装置在检测卫生间设备附近使用者的出现方面的可靠性。防转销钉使传感器组件不会转动偏离视野,而在外罩和本体上的定位孔则保证了红外信号的路径不受阻挡。
虽然这里描述并图示了本发明的推荐方案,但是还应认识到,还可以有许多变化,替换和改动。
Claims (6)
1.一种传感器组件,用来在卫生间中检测卫生间设备附近使用者的出现,所述组件包括:
本体,它具有一个向外延伸的中空的螺杆,并包括一个平台,在所述平台上有向上延伸的围壁,该围壁形成一空腔;
红外发射器和相邻的红外接收器,二者均位于所述空腔之中;
安装板,位于所述空腔之中,所述发射器及接收器安装在该板上;
电缆,连接所述安装板并穿过所述螺纹杆而伸出;
罩盖,盖住所述发射器和接收器,并有一对相邻的开孔与所述发射器和接收器对准,所述围壁还装有红外透明窗口,它与所述罩盖上的发射器和接收器开孔对准;
外罩,盖住所述围壁、空腔和窗口并装在平台上,所述外罩有开口并对准所述窗口,因而由所述发射器发出和到达所述接收器的红外信号可以通过所述外罩开口及透明窗口,以便用来检测附近区域内人的出现。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传感器组件,其特征在于:周边支承由所述平台向上延伸,并在所述围壁的外面与其隔开;所述周边支承上有一个锁定孔,所述外罩上也有一个锁定孔,当所述外罩上的发射器与接收器开口与所述窗口对准时,这两个锁定孔也对准;锁定销钉插入所述的已对准的支承锁定孔及外罩锁定孔之中,以便将所述外罩安装在所述本体之上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的传感器组件,其特征在于:所述外罩的发射器和接收器开口与所述窗口的尺寸,在使得所述窗口,在所述外罩安装到所述平台上时,能装配在所述外罩的发射器和接收器开口之内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的传感器组件,其特征在于:它还包括有防转销钉,该销钉从所述平台的下方向上插入所述本体,以防止所述本体与下面的支承物之间的相对转动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的传感器组件,其特征在于:所述围壁具有不规则的形状,并在所述周边支承的内侧且与其隔开。
6.根据权利要求1所述的传感器组件,其特征在于:在所述周边支承上紧靠着所述平台,有向外的周边沟槽,柔性环装在所述沟槽内以使所述外罩相对所述本体对中。
