本发明涉及环保设备污泥处理设备领域,具体是一种污泥疏通环保泵。
背景技术
污泥疏通环保泵是指环保措施中清理污泥使用的专用污泥泵,污水处理厂后期设备,用于污泥转移。在环保工程里占据重要地位,现在城市化速度快,城市排污每天都要进行,但是污泥处理现场总是发生污泥泵故障的现象,追究其原因有二:一是污泥泵内部受损,已经完全报废;二是污泥泵传送污泥时被堵塞;污泥泵的损坏和故障非常耽误排污流程的有序进行,降低了排污效率,并且报废的排污泵难以回收,十分浪费。现有的污泥泵使用寿命短、易堵塞,给污泥的处理增加了困扰,是需要解决的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种污泥疏通环保泵,以解决现有技术中的污泥泵易堵塞、使用寿命短的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种污泥疏通环保泵,包括吸入腔、排出腔、主电机、粉碎分离机和支撑架,所述支撑架最左端设有排出腔,所述排出腔右方安装有吸入腔,所述吸入腔上方安装有粉碎分离机,所述支撑架最右端设置有主电机,所述主电机上安装有传动轴,所述传动轴上安装有密封腔,所述传动轴通过轴承座安装在密封腔上,所述密封腔左端口内侧安装有轴密封圈,所述传动轴左侧安装有中间轴,所述中间轴两端分别安装有左万向节和右万向节,所述左万向节上安装有转子,所述转子上安装有定子,所述粉碎分离机的上部安装有次电机,所述次电机上安装有转鼓,所述转鼓左侧设置有进泥口,所述转鼓右侧设置有出杂口,所述转鼓下方安装有碎石辊。
优选的,所述密封腔与吸入腔之间设有密封圈。
优选的,所述中间轴、定子、转子、左万向节和右万向节上刷有防腐耐磨漆。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明污泥疏通环保泵,吸入腔上方安装有粉碎分离机,将污泥中的大块砖瓦等物质利用离心力分离出去,污泥中的小石块等坚硬物质利用碎石辊碾碎,减少了坚硬物质对转子和定子的磨损,并且有效的避免了堵塞,增加了污泥泵的使用寿命。中间轴、定子、转子、左万向节和右万向节上刷有防腐耐磨漆,有效地减少了污泥中的酸碱物质对污泥泵内部的腐蚀,延长了污泥泵的使用寿命。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种污泥疏通环保泵,包括吸入腔10、排出腔13、主电机101、粉碎分离机17和支撑架14,支撑架14最左端设有排出腔13,用于将污泥排出,排出腔13右方安装有吸入腔10,用于吸入污泥,吸入腔10上方安装有粉碎分离机14,用于处理污泥中的大块硬质物体,支撑架14最右端设置有主电机101,用于输出转矩,主电机101上安装有传动轴2,用于传输转矩,传动轴2上安装有密封腔18,防止吸入腔10里的污泥进入密封腔18,阻塞传动轴2传动,传动轴2通过轴承座3安装在密封腔18上,传动轴2位置被固定,密封腔18左端口内侧安装有轴密封圈4,用于将密封腔18密封,传动轴2左侧安装有中间轴15,用于间接传动转子11,中间轴15两端分别安装有左万向节52和右万向节51,用于传动转矩并改变传动方向,左万向节52上安装有转子11,转子11上安装有定子12,转子11与定子12的配合转动起传送污泥的作用,粉碎分离机17的上部安装有次电机102,用于驱动转鼓7旋转,次电机102上安装有转鼓7,转鼓7左侧设置有进泥口8,转鼓7右侧设置有出杂口6,进泥口8用于输进污泥,出杂口6将经过离心分离的大块坚硬物质排出,转鼓7下方安装有碎石辊9,用于将污泥中的小块坚硬物质粉碎。
密封腔18与吸入腔10之间设有密封圈16,用于进一步封闭密封腔18,中间轴15、定子12、转子11、左万向节52和右万向节51上刷有防腐耐磨漆,防止污泥中附带的强酸碱性或者坚硬的物质腐蚀和磨损中间轴15、定子12、转子11、左万向节52和右万向节51。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明工作中,使用者可将污泥泵通电,再将进泥口8引进污泥,次电机102工作,带动转鼓7转动,转鼓7在转动时,由于离心力的作用,重量大的物块脱离转鼓7,从出杂口6排出,污泥携带者小的坚硬物块进入碎石辊9中,碎石辊9将小的坚硬物块打碎后,排入至吸入腔10,主电机101带动传动轴2转动,中间轴15间接传动,左万向节52和右万向节51传动转矩并转动方向,使得转子11和定子12上下配合,从而传送污泥至排出腔13。
