selecting a clean dispersion tank meeting the standard, sequentially adding purified water, styrene-acrylic emulsion, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, a film-forming auxiliary agent, a sterilization preservative and a multifunctional amine regulator, starting a dispersion machine, and stirring at a low speed of 600r/min) for 5-10 minutes;
adding heavy calcium carbonate and quartz sand under medium-speed stirring (800r/min), shoveling the edge of a cylinder to ensure that the powder is not covered and agglomerated, then dispersing at high speed (1500r/min) for 10min, adding a defoaming agent and a thickening agent, and continuously stirring for 15-20 min until the powder is uniform and free of agglomeration (the balance of a 40-mesh sieve is 0);

the detection method comprises the following steps: the performance index refers to JC/T907-. According to the comparison result and the performance test, the moisture-proof, anti-falling and rust-free interface agent is a product which can be used after being opened, is quick to construct, has high adhesion, prevents nail holes from rusting and saves working hours, and meanwhile, all performance indexes of the product meet the national standard.
The above examples describe in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the details of the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art may make various equivalent substitutions or simple modifications within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention, and fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The moisture-proof anti-falling rust-free interfacial agent is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight:
hydroxyethyl cellulose: 0.1 to 0.3 part by weight,
multifunctional amine modifiers: 0.1 to 0.3 part by weight,
styrene-acrylic emulsion: 20 to 30 parts of (a) a water-soluble polymer,
wetting agent: 0.2 to 0.4 part by weight,
dispersing agent: 0.2 to 0.4 part by weight,
film-forming auxiliary agent: 0.8 to 1.5 parts of,
defoaming agent: 0.3 to 0.5 part by weight,
heavy calcium carbonate: 30 to 50 parts of (a) a water-soluble polymer,
quartz sand: 10-20 parts of (A) a water-soluble polymer,
thickening agent: 0.4 to 0.8 part by weight,
and (3) sterilization preservative: 0.3 to 0.6 part by weight,
black paste: 0.1 to 0.2 part by weight,
flash rust preventive: 0.1 to 0.5 part by weight,
water: 10-20 parts.
2. The moisture, drip and rust resistant interfacial agent according to claim 1, wherein said styrene-acrylic emulsion comprises at least one of basf 7530 and basf 7536.
3. The moisture and rust resistant interfacial agent according to claim 1, wherein said wetting agent comprises at least one of sannopraceae SN996 and clariant 407.
4. The moisture, fall and rust resistant interfacial agent according to claim 1, wherein said dispersant is at least one of dow CA-2500 and 5040.
5. The moisture, drip and rust resistant interfacial agent of claim 1, wherein said film forming aid is a dodecanol ester.
6. The moisture, drip and rust resistant interfacial agent according to claim 1, wherein said antimicrobial preservative is at least one of trojan PW40 and dime 103S.
7. The preparation method of the moisture-proof, drop-proof and spot-rust-free interfacial agent according to claim 1, which comprises the following steps:
s1: under the condition of a first stirring speed, sequentially adding water, hydroxyethyl cellulose and a multifunctional amine regulator into a dispersion cylinder, and continuously stirring for at least 10 min;
s2: adding the styrene-acrylic emulsion, the wetting agent, the dispersing agent, the film-forming assistant and the sterilizing preservative into the dispersion cylinder of the step S1 in sequence, and continuously stirring for at least 10 min;
s3: adjusting the stirring speed to be a second stirring speed, sequentially adding heavy calcium carbonate and quartz sand, adjusting the stirring speed to be a third stirring speed, continuously stirring for at least 10min, sequentially adding a defoaming agent and a thickening agent, and continuously stirring for 15-20 min;
s4: adding black paste and the anti-flash rust agent, and stirring uniformly at a third stirring speed to obtain the moisture-proof, anti-falling and anti-spot rust interface agent.
8. The preparation method of the moisture-proof, falling-proof and spot-rust-free interfacial agent according to claim 7, wherein the first stirring speed is 550-650 rpm.
9. The preparation method of the moisture-proof, falling-proof and spot rust-free interfacial agent according to claim 7, wherein the second stirring speed is 750-850 rpm.
10. The preparation method of the moisture-proof, falling-proof and spot rust-free interfacial agent according to claim 7, wherein the third stirring speed is 1400-1600 rpm.
