In an embodiment of the present invention, the first pusher 110 and the second pusher 120 of the automatic door seal transferring and distributing line may be a timing belt linear module or a lead screw linear module.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an auxiliary magnetic penetration device of an automatic door seal transfer and distribution production line provided by an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2A, 2B and 6, the automatic door seal transferring and distributing production line may further include a fixedly disposed auxiliary magnetism penetrating device 13, and the auxiliary magnetism penetrating device 13 may include a top block 100 for fixing the door seal and a fourth cylinder 101 for driving the top block 100. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the auxiliary magnetism threading device 13 is disposed at a position to be magnetically threaded, where the door seal is pushed by the first pushing device 11 or the second pushing device 12. In the process that the magnetic strip penetrates into the cavity of the door seal, the door seal can move due to the impact of the penetration of the magnetic strip, so that the magnetic strip cannot reach the position or even fails to penetrate. In view of the above technical problems, the automatic door seal transferring and distributing production line provided by the embodiment of the present invention is provided with the auxiliary magnetic penetration device 13, and before the magnetic penetration process, the fourth cylinder 101 of the auxiliary magnetic penetration device 13 can drive the top block 100 to move so as to apply a certain pressure to the door seal, thereby fixing the door seal so that the door seal cannot move in the magnetic penetration process, and ensuring that the magnetic penetration process is completed smoothly.
Fig. 7A illustrates a top view of a first wire and a second wire of a door seal automatic transfer and distribution production line provided according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7B illustrates a perspective view of the first wire and the second wire of the door seal automatic transfer and distribution production line provided according to an embodiment of the present invention. An embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic door seal transfer and distribution line, as shown in fig. 7A and 7B, which may include:
at least one first thread 4;
at least one second wire body 5, the flow direction at the starting point of the at least one second wire body 5 is opposite to the flow direction at the starting point of the at least one first wire body 4, and the flow direction at the end point of the at least one second wire body 5 is the same as the flow direction at the end point of the at least one first wire body 4;
a distribution device 6, the distribution device 6 being usable for gripping at least two door seals from the storage location 3 and distributing them to at least one first wire 4 and at least one second wire 5.
The automatic door seal transferring and distributing production line provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises at least one first line body 4 and at least one second line body 5, wherein two adjacent door seals are respectively placed into the at least one first line body 4 and the at least one second line body 5, the flow directions of the at least one first line body 4 and the at least one second line body 5 at the starting point are opposite, and the flow directions at the end points are the same, namely, the flow direction of one of the at least one first line body 4 and the at least one second line body 5 has 180-degree turning, and through the ingenious design, 180-degree rotation of one of the two adjacent door seals is realized, so that the use of a steering machine is replaced, and the production efficiency of the door seals is improved.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a dispensing device of an automatic door seal transfer and dispensing production line according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the dispensing device 6 of the automatic doorseal transferring and dispensing line may include at least one conveyor belt 60 and at least one driving motor 61 for driving the at least one conveyor belt 60. Also, as shown in fig. 7A and 7B, the at least one conveyor belt 60 of the dispensing device 6 may be located between the start point of the at least one first thread 4 and the at least one second thread 5, and both ends thereof may correspond to the start point of the at least one first thread 4 and the start point of the at least one second thread 5, respectively.
As shown in fig. 7A, 7B and 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the at least one first wire 4 of the automatic door seal transferring and distributing line may include two first wires 4, the at least one second wire 5 may include two second wires 5, the at least one conveyor 60 of the distributing device 6 may include two conveyor belts 60, and the at least one driving motor 61 may include two driving motors 61. Specifically, two conveyor belts 60 of the distribution device 6 may be respectively put into one door seal at the same time, and the two driving motors 61 are respectively turned on to drive the two conveyor belts 60 to rotate, so that the two door seals respectively enter one of the two first lines 4 and one of the two second lines 5.
As shown in fig. 7A and 7B, in one embodiment of the present invention, the gate seal tape is automatically transferred and distributed on the production line such that the end point of one of the two first threads 4 is adjacent to and aligned with the end point of one of the two second threads 5, and the end point of the other of the two first threads 4 is adjacent to and aligned with the end point of the other of the two second threads 5. By such a design, the two door seals respectively entering the two first wire bodies 4 and the two second wire bodies 5 are in adjacent and aligned positions at the end point of arrival, so as to facilitate the handling of the subsequent production.
Fig. 9 is a partial schematic view of an automatic door seal transfer and distribution production line according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic door seal transferring and distributing production line may further include a material detecting unit 14, and the material detecting unit 14 is configured to detect and feed back the length of the door seal placed on the conveyor belt 60. As shown in fig. 9, the material inspecting unit 14 of the automatic doorseal transferring and dispensing line may include a first sensor 140 and a second sensor 141 disposed along the length direction of the doorseal. The door seal can be conveyed to the lower part of the material detection unit 14 by the transfer aluminum rail 2 of the front end process, and the distribution device 6 can move to the corresponding storage position 3 on the transfer aluminum rail 2 so as to be put on the distribution device 6.
Further, the automatic door seal transferring and distributing production line may further include a processor connected to the distributing device 6 and the material detecting unit 14, and the processor may be configured to:
in the case where the first sensor 140 and the second sensor 141 of the material detecting unit 14 both detect the door seals, the two driving motors 61 of the distributing device 6 are controlled to rotate forward (or reversely) so that the door seals on the two conveying belts 60 enter one of the two first lines 4 and one of the two second lines 5, respectively;
in the case where the door seal is detected by the first sensor 140 of the material detecting unit 14 and the door seal is not detected by the second sensor 141, the two driving motors 61 of the distributing device 6 are controlled to rotate in the reverse direction (or rotate in the forward direction) so that the door seals on the two conveyor belts 60 enter the other of the two first threads 4 and the other of the two second threads 5, respectively.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that four door seals, typically two long and two short, need to be welded together in the subsequent production of the door seal, and that longer door seals need to be distinguished from shorter door seals in order to avoid confusion and error in subsequent welding. When the first sensor 140 and the second sensor 141 of the material detection unit 14 of the automatic door seal transfer and distribution production line both detect door seals, the processor judges that the door seals are longer, and the processor controls the two driving motors 61 of the distribution device 6 to rotate forwards (or reversely) so that the door seals on the two conveying belts 60 respectively enter one of the two first lines 4 and one of the two second lines 5; when the first sensor 140 detects a door seal and the second sensor 141 does not detect a door seal, the processor determines that the door seal is shorter, and the processor controls the two driving motors 61 of the distribution device 6 to rotate in the reverse direction (or rotate in the forward direction) so that the door seals on the two conveying belts 60 enter the other of the two first threads 4 and the other of the two second threads 5, respectively. In such a way, two longer door seals can fixedly enter one of the two first lines 4 and one of the two second lines 5, and two shorter door seals can fixedly enter the other one of the two first lines 4 and the other one of the two second lines 5, so that the length of the door seals can be distinguished, and subsequent welding work is prevented from being disordered and mistaken.
As shown in fig. 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dispensing device 6 of the automatic door seal transfer and distribution line may further include a third pusher 62, a fifth cylinder 63 connected to the third pusher 62, and a second clamping jaw 64 connected to the fifth cylinder 63, where the second clamping jaw 64 may be used for clamping at least two door seals. After the door seal is transported into position by the aluminum transfer rail 2, its end projects beyond the storage location 3 and is located between the second clamping jaws 64. After the length detection of the material detection unit 14 is completed, the fifth cylinder 63 of the distribution device 6 drives the second clamping jaw 64 to clamp two door seals, and then the third pusher 62 drives the fifth cylinder 63, the second clamping jaw 64 and the two door seals to move, so that the two door seals clamped by the second clamping jaw 64 are placed on the two conveyor belts 60.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the third pusher 62 of the automatic door seal transferring and distributing line may be a synchronous belt linear module or a lead screw linear module.
As shown in fig. 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dispensing device 6 of the automatic door seal transferring and dispensing line may further include a sixth cylinder 65 for driving the two conveyor belts 60 to reciprocate. Specifically, the sixth air cylinder 65 of the dispensing device 6 of the automatic door seal transferring and dispensing production line can drive the two conveyor belts 60 to move to the storage position 3 where the two door seals are placed, so that the third pusher 62 drives the two door seals clamped by the second clamping jaw 64 to be placed on the two conveyor belts 60; thereafter, the sixth air cylinder 65 may drive the two conveying belts 60 to move to between the two first lines 4 and the two second lines 5 and correspond to the starting points of the two first lines 4 and the two second lines 5, so that the two driving motors 61 are respectively turned on to drive the two conveying belts 60 to rotate, so that the two door seals respectively enter one of the two first lines 4 and one of the two second lines 5.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the distributing device 6 of the automatic door seal transferring and distributing line may further include a guide rail 66, and two conveyor belts 60 may be disposed on the guide rail 66. The presence of the guide rail 66 allows the sixth cylinder 65 to drive the two conveyor belts 60 to reciprocate more smoothly and smoothly.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, numerous simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of the individual specific technical features in any suitable way. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.

Claims (12)

at least one second wire body (5), wherein the flow direction at the starting point of the at least one second wire body (5) is opposite to the flow direction at the starting point of the at least one first wire body (4), and the flow direction at the end point of the at least one second wire body (5) is the same as the flow direction at the end point of the at least one first wire body (4);
-a distribution device (6), said distribution device (6) being adapted to grip at least two door seals from said storage location (3) and distribute them to said at least one first wire (4) and said at least one second wire (5).
2. The automatic door seal transfer and distribution line according to claim 1, further comprising a gripping device (7), wherein the gripping device (7) comprises:
a first cylinder (70);
the first clamping jaw (71), the first clamping jaw (71) with first cylinder (70) is connected, first cylinder (70) is used for driving first clamping jaw (71) presss from both sides and gets a door seal.
3. The automatic door seal transfer and distribution production line according to claim 2, further comprising a feeding device (8), wherein the feeding device (8) is connected with the clamping device (7), and the feeding device (8) is used for conveying the door seals clamped by the clamping device (7) to the storage position (3).
4. The automatic door seal transfer and distribution line according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a positioning device (9), said positioning device (9) comprising:
a fixed bracket (90);
the elastic positioning piece (91) is connected to the fixed support (90) and extends into the storage position (3).

The automatic door seal transferring and distributing production line according to claim 4, further comprising a material sensor (10), wherein the material sensor (10) is used for detecting a door seal and feeding back the length of the door seal, the automatic door seal transferring and distributing production line further comprises a first material pushing device (11) and a second material pushing device (12) arranged above the transferring aluminum rail (2), the first material pushing device (11) comprises a first pusher (110), a second cylinder (111) connected with the first pusher (110), and a first material pushing plate (112) connected with the second cylinder (111), the second material pushing device (12) comprises a second pusher (120), a third cylinder (121) connected with the second pusher (120), and a second material pushing plate (122) connected with the third cylinder (121), the automatic door seal transferring and distributing production line further comprises a processor connected with the material sensor (10), the first material pushing device (11) and the second material pushing device (12), and the processor is used for:
under the condition that the material sensor (10) detects a door seal, controlling the second air cylinder (111) to drive the first material pushing plate (112) to move and controlling the first propeller (110) to drive the second air cylinder (111) and the first material pushing plate (112) to move;
and under the condition that the material sensor (10) does not detect a door seal, controlling the third air cylinder (121) to drive the second material pushing plate (122) to move and controlling the second pusher (120) to drive the third air cylinder (121) and the second material pushing plate (122) to move.

The automatic door seal transfer and distribution production line according to claim 5, further comprising a fixedly arranged auxiliary magnet penetrating device (13), wherein the auxiliary magnet penetrating device (13) comprises a top block (130) for fixing the door seal and a fourth air cylinder (131) for driving the top block (130).

The automatic door seal transfer and distribution production line according to claim 1, wherein the distribution device (6) comprises at least one conveyor belt (60) and at least one driving motor (61) for driving the at least one conveyor belt (60) to rotate, and two ends of the at least one conveyor belt (60) respectively correspond to a starting point of the at least one first wire body (4) and a starting point of the at least one second wire body (5).

The automatic door seal transfer and distribution line according to claim 7, wherein said at least one first wire (4) comprises two first wires (4), said at least one second wire (5) comprises two second wires (5), said at least one conveyor belt (60) comprises two conveyor belts (60), and said at least one drive motor (61) comprises two drive motors (61).

Door seal automatic transfer, distribution line according to claim 8, characterized in that the end point of one of said two first lines (4) is adjacent and aligned with the end point of one of said two second lines (5), the end point of the other of said two first lines (4) is adjacent and aligned with the end point of the other of said two second lines (5).

The automatic door seal transfer and distribution production line according to claim 7, further comprising a material detection unit (14), wherein the material detection unit (14) is used for detecting and feeding back the length of the door seal placed on the conveyor belt (60), the material detection unit (14) comprises a first sensor (140) and a second sensor (141) arranged along the length direction of the door seal, the automatic door seal transfer and distribution production line further comprises a processor connected with the distribution device (6) and the material detection unit (14), and the processor is used for:
under the condition that the first sensor (140) and the second sensor (141) detect door seals, controlling the two driving motors (61) to rotate so that the door seals on the two conveying belts (60) respectively enter one of the two first wire bodies (4) and one of the two second wire bodies (5);
in the case that the first sensor (140) detects a door seal and the second sensor (141) does not detect a door seal, the two driving motors (61) are controlled to rotate so that the door seals on the two conveyor belts (60) enter the other one of the two first wire bodies (4) and the other one of the two second wire bodies (5), respectively.

The automatic door seal transfer and distribution line according to claim 7, wherein the distribution device (6) further comprises a third pusher (62), a fifth cylinder (63) connected to the third pusher (62), and a second clamping jaw (64) connected to the fifth cylinder (63), the second clamping jaw (64) being used for clamping at least two door seals.

The automatic door seal transfer and distribution line according to claim 7, wherein the distribution device (6) further comprises a sixth cylinder (63) for driving the at least one conveyor belt (60) to reciprocate and a guide rail (66), the at least one conveyor belt (60) being disposed on the guide rail (66).
