Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of door seal production, and discloses an automatic distribution line of door seals, which comprises the following components: at least one first wire body; the flow direction of the starting point of the at least one second line body is opposite to that of the starting point of the at least one first line body, and the flow direction of the ending point of the at least one second line body is the same as that of the ending point of the at least one first line body; the distribution device is used for clamping at least two door seals and distributing the door seals to at least one first line body and at least one second line body. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of door seal production, in particular to an automatic distribution line of door seals.
Background
The refrigerator door seal is a refrigerator accessory used between a refrigerator door body and a refrigerator body for sealing. It is composed of two parts, one part is soft polyvinyl chloride (SPVC) coat, the other part is magnetic adhesive tape, namely magnetic stripe. After the refrigerator door seal is extruded and molded, the refrigerator door seal is cut to a preset length by a cutting device and then is put into subsequent production. In order to facilitate the subsequent door seal welding, a cutter of the cutting device cuts at a 45-degree cutting angle, and when four door seals are welded and formed, the cutting angles of two opposite door seals are opposite in direction. Because the existing automatic production line of the refrigerator door seal is in a single flow direction, a steering machine is needed to rotate one of two adjacent door seals (namely two opposite door seals in subsequent welding) by 180 degrees, so that the welding can be completed smoothly. However, the use of the diverter affects the overall tact time and reduces the production efficiency of the door seal.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problem that the production efficiency of door seals is reduced by using a steering machine in the existing automatic production line of the refrigerator door seals in the prior art, and provides an automatic distribution line of the door seals, which comprises at least one first line body and at least one second line body, wherein at least one first line body and at least one second line body are respectively placed in two adjacent door seals, the flow directions of the starting points of the at least one first line body and the at least one second line body are opposite, and the flow directions of the ending points of the at least one first line body and the at least one second line body are the same, namely, the flow direction of one of the at least one first line body and the at least one second line body has 180-degree turning, so that 180-degree rotation of one of the two adjacent door seals is realized through the ingenious design, the use of the steering machine is replaced, and the production efficiency of the door seals is improved.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic dispensing line for door seals, including:
at least one first wire body;
at least one second wire body, the flow direction at the starting point of the at least one second wire body is opposite to the flow direction at the starting point of the at least one first wire body, and the flow direction at the end point of the at least one second wire body is the same as the flow direction at the end point of the at least one first wire body;

Preferably, the automatic distribution line of the door seals further comprises a material detection unit, and the material detection unit is used for detecting and feeding back the length of the door seals placed on the conveying belt.

Preferably, the dispensing device further comprises a pusher, a first cylinder connected to the pusher, and a clamping jaw connected to the first cylinder, the clamping jaw being configured to grip at least two door seals.
Preferably, the dispensing device further comprises a second air cylinder for driving the at least one conveyor belt to reciprocate.
Preferably, the distribution device further comprises a guide rail, the at least one conveyor belt being arranged on the guide rail.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1A illustrates a top view and fig. 1B illustrates a perspective view of an automatic dispensing line of a door seal provided according to an embodiment of the present invention. An embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic door seal dispensing line, which may include, as shown in fig. 1A and 1B:
at least one first thread 1;
at least one second wire body 2, the flow direction at the starting point of the at least one second wire body 2 is opposite to the flow direction at the starting point of the at least one first wire body 1, and the flow direction at the ending point of the at least one second wire body 2 is the same as the flow direction at the ending point of the at least one first wire body 1;
a distribution device 3, the distribution device 3 being operable to grip at least two door seals and distribute to at least one first wire 1 and at least one second wire 2.
The automatic distribution line of the door seals provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises at least one first line body 1 and at least one second line body 2, wherein two adjacent door seals are respectively placed into the at least one first line body 1 and the at least one second line body 2, the flow directions of the at least one first line body 1 and the at least one second line body 2 at the starting point are opposite, and the flow directions at the end point are the same, namely, the flow direction of one of the at least one first line body 1 and the at least one second line body 2 has 180-degree turning, and through the ingenious design, 180-degree rotation of one of the two adjacent door seals is realized, so that the use of a steering machine is replaced, and the production efficiency of the door seals is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a structure of a dispensing apparatus of an automatic dispensing line of door seals according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the dispensing device 3 of the automatic dispensing line of the door seal may include at least one conveyor belt 30 and at least one driving motor 31 for driving the at least one conveyor belt 30. Also, as shown in fig. 1A and 1B, the at least one conveyor belt 30 of the distribution device 3 may be located between the start point of the at least one first wire body 1 and the at least one second wire body 2, and both ends thereof may correspond to the start point of the at least one first wire body 1 and the start point of the at least one second wire body 2, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1A, 1B and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, at least one first wire body 1 of the automatic distribution line of the door seal may include two first wire bodies 1, at least one second wire body 2 may include two second wire bodies 2, at least one conveyor belt 30 of the distribution device 3 may include two conveyor belts 30, and at least one driving motor 31 may include two driving motors 31. Specifically, two conveyor belts 30 of the distribution device 3 may be respectively put into one door seal at the same time, and the two driving motors 31 are respectively turned on to drive the two conveyor belts 30 to rotate, so that the two door seals respectively enter one of the two first lines 1 and one of the two second lines 2.
As shown in fig. 1A, 1B, in one embodiment of the present invention, the terminal point of one of the two first wire bodies 1 of the automatic distribution line of the door seal is adjacent to and aligned with the terminal point of one of the two second wire bodies 2, and the terminal point of the other of the two first wire bodies 1 is adjacent to and aligned with the terminal point of the other of the two second wire bodies 2. By such design, the two door seals respectively entering the two first wire bodies 1 and the two second wire bodies 2 are in adjacent and aligned positions at the end point of arrival, so as to facilitate the handling of the subsequent production.
Fig. 3 is a partial exploded view of an automatic dispensing line for a door seal according to an embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment of the present invention, the automatic gate seal distribution line may further include a material detection unit 4, and the material detection unit 4 is used for detecting and feeding back the length of the gate seal placed on the conveyor belt 30. As shown in fig. 3, the material sensing unit 4 of the automatic dispensing line of the door seal may include a first sensor 40 and a second sensor 41 disposed along the length direction of the door seal. The door seal can be automatically or manually fed by a transfer mechanism of the front-end process to the position below the material detection unit 4, and the distribution device 3 can move to the feeding position of the door seal so as to be placed on the distribution device 3.
Further, the automatic door seal dispensing line may further include a processor connected to the dispensing device 3 and the material detection unit 4, and the processor may be configured to:
under the condition that the first sensor 40 and the second sensor 41 of the material detection unit 4 both detect the door seals, the two driving motors 31 of the distribution device 3 are controlled to rotate forwards (or reversely) so that the door seals on the two conveying belts 30 respectively enter one of the two first lines 1 and one of the two second lines 2;
in the case where the door seals are detected by the first sensor 40 and not detected by the second sensor 41 of the material detecting unit 4, the two driving motors 31 of the distributing device 3 are controlled to rotate in reverse (or in forward) to make the door seals on the two conveyor belts 30 enter the other of the two first threads 1 and the other of the two second threads 2, respectively.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that four door seals, typically two long and two short, need to be welded together in the subsequent production of the door seal, and that longer door seals need to be distinguished from shorter door seals in order to avoid confusion and error in subsequent welding. When the first sensor 40 and the second sensor 41 of the material detection unit 4 of the automatic distribution line of the door seals detect the door seals, the processor judges that the door seals are longer, and the processor controls the two driving motors 31 of the distribution device 3 to rotate forwards (or reversely) so that the door seals on the two conveying belts 30 respectively enter one of the two first line bodies 1 and one of the two second line bodies 2; when the first sensor 40 detects a door seal and the second sensor 41 does not detect a door seal, the processor determines that the door seal is shorter, and the processor controls the two driving motors 31 of the distribution device 3 to rotate in the reverse direction (or rotate in the forward direction) so that the door seals on the two conveying belts 30 enter the other of the two first threads 1 and the other of the two second threads 2, respectively. By the mode, two longer door seals can fixedly enter one of the two first lines 1 and one of the two second lines 2, and two shorter door seals can fixedly enter the other one of the two first lines 1 and the other one of the two second lines 2, so that the length of the door seals can be distinguished, and subsequent welding work is prevented from being disordered and mistaken.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dispensing apparatus 3 of the automatic dispensing line for door seals may further include a pusher 32, a first cylinder 33 connected to the pusher 32, and a clamping jaw 34 connected to the first cylinder 33, and the clamping jaw 34 may be used to clamp at least two door seals. The door seal is located between the jaws 34 at its end when the door seal is in place. After the material detecting unit 4 completes the length detection, the first air cylinder 33 of the distributing device 3 drives the clamping jaw 34 to clamp two door seals, and then the pusher 32 drives the first air cylinder 33, the clamping jaw 34 and the two door seals to move, so that the two door seals clamped by the clamping jaw 34 are put on the two conveyer belts 30.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the pusher 32 of the door seal transfer mechanism may be a synchronous belt linear module or a lead screw linear module.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dispensing device 3 of the automatic dispensing line for door seals may further include a second cylinder 35 for driving the two conveyor belts 30 to reciprocate. Specifically, the second cylinder 35 of the distribution device 3 of the automatic door seal distribution line can drive the two conveyor belts 30 to move to the loading positions of the two door seals, so that the pusher 32 drives the two door seals clamped by the clamping jaws 34 to be placed on the two conveyor belts 30; thereafter, the second cylinder 35 may drive the two conveyor belts 30 to move to between the two first lines 1 and the two second lines 2 and correspond to the starting points of the two first lines 1 and the two second lines 2, so that the two driving motors 31 are respectively turned on to drive the two conveyor belts 30 to rotate, so that the two door seals respectively enter one of the two first lines 1 and one of the two second lines 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the distribution device 3 of the automatic distribution line of the door seal may further include a guide rail 36, and the two conveyor belts 30 may be disposed on the guide rail 36. The presence of the guide rail 36 allows the second cylinder 35 to drive the two conveyor belts 30 to reciprocate more smoothly and smoothly along the field.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, numerous simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of the individual specific technical features in any suitable way. 1. An automatic door seal dispensing line, comprising:
at least one first wire body (1);
at least one second wire body (2), wherein the flow direction at the starting point of the at least one second wire body (2) is opposite to the flow direction at the starting point of the at least one first wire body (1), and the flow direction at the end point of the at least one second wire body (2) is the same as the flow direction at the end point of the at least one first wire body (1);
a distribution device (3), the distribution device (3) being configured to grip at least two door seals and distribute them to the at least one first wire (1) and the at least one second wire (2).
2. The automatic door seal distribution line according to claim 1, wherein the distribution device (3) comprises at least one conveyor belt (30) and at least one driving motor (31) for driving the at least one conveyor belt (30) to rotate, and two ends of the at least one conveyor belt (30) correspond to a starting point of the at least one first wire body (1) and a starting point of the at least one second wire body (2), respectively.

The automatic distribution line of door seals according to claim 2, characterized in that said at least one first wire (1) comprises two first wires (1), said at least one second wire (2) comprises two second wires (2), said at least one conveyor belt (30) comprises two conveyor belts (30), said at least one drive motor (31) comprises two drive motors (31).

7. The automatic door seal distribution line according to claim 6, further comprising a processor connected to the distribution device (3), the material detection unit (4), the processor being configured to:
under the condition that the first sensor (40) and the second sensor (41) detect door seals, controlling the two driving motors (31) to rotate so that the door seals on the two conveying belts (30) respectively enter one of the two first wire bodies (1) and one of the two second wire bodies (2);
in the case that the first sensor (40) detects a door seal and the second sensor (41) does not detect a door seal, the two driving motors (31) are controlled to rotate so that the door seals on the two conveyor belts (30) enter the other one of the two first wire bodies (1) and the other one of the two second wire bodies (2), respectively.

The automatic door seal dispensing line according to claim 1, wherein the dispensing device (3) further comprises a pusher (32), a first cylinder (33) connected to the pusher (32), and a gripping jaw (34) connected to the first cylinder (33), the gripping jaw (34) being adapted to grip at least two door seals.
9. The automatic door seal dispensing line according to claim 2, wherein the dispensing device (3) further comprises a second cylinder (35) for driving the at least one conveyor belt (30) in a reciprocating motion.
10. The automatic door seal dispensing line according to claim 9, wherein the dispensing device (3) further comprises a guide rail (36), the at least one conveyor belt (30) being arranged on the guide rail (36).
