The working principle of the plastic film roll packaging bag supporting device is as follows: firstly, the suction cup cylinder 32 drives the upper suction cup 34 to adsorb the upper surface of the packaging bag; the lower sucker 5 adsorbs the lower surface of the packaging bag; the axial supporting cylinder 6 drives the left supporting plate 4 and the right supporting plate 4 to move forwards, then the left supporting plate 4 and the right supporting plate 4 are mutually folded under the driving of the radial supporting cylinder 8, then the axial supporting cylinder 6 drives the left supporting plate 4 and the right supporting plate 4 to move backwards again until being inserted into a packaging bag, and finally the radial supporting cylinder 8 drives the left supporting plate 4 and the right supporting plate 4 to be separated towards two sides, so that the opening of the packaging bag is opened from the upper surface, the lower surface, the left surface and the right surface.
In the present embodiment, the axial pushing device for the plastic film roll comprises two pushing rodless cylinders 2, a pushing linear cylinder 37, a radial connecting plate 38 and an axial connecting plate 39; the two push rodless cylinders 2 are fixed on the left bagging machine mounting plate 1 through hexagon screws, and the two push rodless cylinders 2 are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the left bagging machine mounting plate 1;
a radial connecting plate 38 is erected between the two push rodless cylinders 2; the axial connection plate 39 is fixed to the radial connection plate 38; the thrust linear cylinder 37 is fixed to an axial connection plate 39.
In this embodiment, the shaft pushing the linear cylinder 37 is a hollow shaft, and high-pressure gas is introduced into the hollow shaft to reduce the resistance applied to the plastic film roll in the axial movement process;
the end of the piston rod of the pushing linear cylinder 37 is connected with a pushing plate 36.
The working principle of the axial pushing device for the plastic film roll is as follows: after the opening of the packaging bag is opened, the linear air cylinder 37 is pushed to push the plastic film roll on the mounting plate 1 of the left bagging machine to move to the packaging bag in a radial direction through the push plate 36 until the plastic film roll is pushed into the packaging bag; the two push rodless cylinders 2 can adjust the positions of the push linear cylinders 37 in a conceivable way, so that plastic film rolls with different specifications can be arranged on the left bagging machine mounting plate 1.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the auxiliary pressing device 3 for the plastic film roll packaging bag comprises a pressing block 3-1, a pressing block mounting rack 3-2, a pressing block connecting rod 3-3, an intermediate connecting rod 3-4, an intermediate connecting rod mounting rack 3-5, a pressing rod connecting plate 3-6 and a pressing plate 3-7;
the pressing block mounting rack 3-2 and the middle connecting rod mounting rack 3-5 are fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the left bagging machine mounting rack 1, and the head end of the pressing block 3-1 is movably connected with the pressing block mounting rack 3-2 through a pin shaft; the tail end of the pressing block 3-1 is movably connected with one end of the pressing block connecting rod 3-3 through a pin shaft; the other end of the briquetting connecting rod 3-3 is movably connected with one end of the middle connecting rod 3-4 through a pin shaft; the middle section of the middle connecting rod 3-4 is movably connected with the middle connecting rod mounting rack 3-5 through a pin shaft; the other end of the middle connecting rod 3-4 is movably connected with one side of the compression bar connecting plate 3-6 through a pin shaft; the other side of the compression bar connecting plate 3-6 is movably connected with the compression plate 3-7 through a pin shaft;
the pressing block 3-1 is arranged on the upper surface of the mounting plate 1 of the left bagging machine, and the pressing block 3-1 is an inclined plane with a low head end and a high tail end.
The working principle of the auxiliary pressing device 3 for the plastic film roll packaging bag is as follows: when the plastic film reel reaches the position of the pressing block 3-1 under the pushing action of the pushing linear cylinder 37, the pressing block 3-1 moves downwards, and the pressing plate 3-7 originally positioned below the left bagging machine mounting plate 1 moves upwards by utilizing the lever principle and extends out of the surface of the left bagging machine mounting plate 1; then, the plastic film roll continuously moves forwards until the plastic film roll moves to the position of a pressing plate 3-7, the pressing plate 3-7 is turned outwards by taking a pin shaft connected with a pressure rod connecting plate 3-6 as a folding point under the pushing action of the plastic film roll, and at the moment, the pressing plate 3-7 presses the lower end of the opening of the packaging bag, so that the lower opening of the packaging bag is prevented from being turned up due to friction between the plastic film roll and the lower opening of the packaging bag, and the pressing of the plastic film roll is influenced; finally, the plastic film reel is completely pushed into the packaging bag along the pressing plates 3-7 under the pushing action of the pushing linear cylinder 37, and the packaging process is completed.

A plastic film roll bagging machine is characterized by comprising a plastic film roll axial pushing device, a plastic film roll packaging bag supporting device, a plastic film roll packaging bag auxiliary compressing device (3), a plastic film roll packaging bag cutting device, a packaging bag roll supporting device, a plastic film roll packaging bag feeding device, a left bagging machine mounting plate (1) and a right bagging machine mounting plate (12);
the plastic film roll axial pushing device, the plastic film roll packaging bag auxiliary pressing device (3) and the plastic film roll packaging bag supporting device are sequentially erected on the left bagging machine mounting plate (1) from left to right;
the right section of the left bagging machine mounting plate (1) and the left section of the right bagging machine mounting plate (12) are obliquely connected with each other through a middle support plate (10); the plastic film roll packaging bag cutting device and the packaging bag roll supporting device are sequentially erected on the right bagging machine mounting plate (12) from left to right;
one end of the plastic film roll packaging bag feeding device is erected on the left bagging machine mounting plate (1), the other end of the plastic film roll packaging bag feeding device is erected on the right bagging machine mounting plate (12), and one end of the plastic film roll packaging bag feeding device is arranged close to the plastic film roll packaging bag supporting device; the other end of the plastic film roll packaging bag feeding device is arranged close to the packaging bag roll supporting device;
the axial pushing device for the plastic film roll comprises two pushing rodless cylinders (2), a pushing linear cylinder (37), a radial connecting plate (38) and an axial connecting plate (39); the two pushing rodless cylinders (2) are fixed on the left bagging machine mounting plate (1) through hexagon screws, and the two pushing rodless cylinders (2) are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the left bagging machine mounting plate (1);
the radial connecting plate (38) is erected between the two push rodless cylinders (2); the axial connecting plate (39) is fixed on the radial connecting plate (38); the pushing linear cylinder (37) is fixed on the axial connecting plate (39);
the shaft of the pushing linear cylinder (37) is a hollow shaft, and high-pressure gas is introduced into the hollow shaft so as to reduce the resistance borne by the plastic film roll in the axial moving process;
the end of the piston rod of the pushing linear cylinder (37) is connected with a push plate (36);
the plastic film roll packaging bag supporting device comprises two radial supporting cylinders (8), two axial supporting cylinders (6), two supporting plates (4), an upper sucker (34), a lower sucker (5), a sucker cylinder (32), a sucker cylinder bracket (9) and a sucker cylinder mounting plate (33);
one end of the sucker cylinder support (9) is fixed on the left bagging machine mounting plate (1), and the other end of the sucker cylinder support (9) is fixed with the sucker cylinder mounting plate (33); the sucker cylinder (32) is fixed on the sucker cylinder mounting plate (33) through a bolt, and the end of a piston rod of the sucker cylinder (32) is fixed with the upper sucker (34) through a thread; the lower sucker (5) is fixedly arranged on the left bagging machine mounting plate (1) through a screw, and the upper sucker (34) and the lower sucker (5) are oppositely arranged;
the axial supporting cylinder (6) is fixed on the left bagging machine mounting plate (1) through a screw; the radial support cylinder (8) is movably connected with a transmission shaft of the axial support cylinder (6) through a radial support cylinder mounting plate (7), and the support plate (4) is fixed at the end of a piston rod of the radial support cylinder (8) to form a group of lateral support assemblies;
the two groups of lateral supporting assemblies are oppositely arranged on the left bagging machine mounting plate (1), and are arranged in an axisymmetric manner by taking the sucker cylinder (32) as an axis;
the auxiliary pressing device (3) for the plastic film roll packaging bag comprises a pressing block (3-1), a pressing block mounting frame (3-2), a pressing block connecting rod (3-3), an intermediate connecting rod (3-4), an intermediate connecting rod mounting frame (3-5), a pressing rod connecting plate (3-6) and a pressing plate (3-7);
the pressing block mounting rack (3-2) and the middle connecting rod mounting rack (3-5) are fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the left bagging machine mounting rack (1), and the head end of the pressing block (3-1) is movably connected with the pressing block mounting rack (3-2) through a pin shaft; the tail end of the pressing block (3-1) is movably connected with one end of the pressing block connecting rod (3-3) through a pin shaft; the other end of the briquetting connecting rod (3-3) is movably connected with one end of the middle connecting rod (3-4) through a pin shaft; the middle section of the middle connecting rod (3-4) is movably connected with the middle connecting rod mounting rack (3-5) through a pin shaft; the other end of the middle connecting rod (3-4) is movably connected with one side of the compression bar connecting plate (3-6) through a pin shaft; the other side of the compression bar connecting plate (3-6) is movably connected with the compression plate (3-7) through a pin shaft;
the pressing block (3-1) is arranged on the upper surface of the left bagging machine mounting plate (1), and the pressing block (3-1) is an inclined plane with a low head end and a high tail end;
the cutting device for the plastic film roll packaging bag comprises a cutting knife (11), a cutting device bracket (15), a knife rest cylinder mounting plate (23), a knife rest cylinder (24), a cutting feed cylinder mounting plate (27) and a cutting feed cylinder (28);
the cutting device support (15) is fixed on the right bagging machine mounting plate (12), the knife rest air cylinder mounting plate (23) is fixedly connected with the cutting device support (15), the knife rest air cylinder (24) is mounted on the knife rest air cylinder mounting plate (23), the end of a piston rod of the knife rest air cylinder (24) is fixedly connected with the cutting feed air cylinder mounting plate (27), and the cutting feed air cylinder mounting plate (27) is positioned right below the knife rest air cylinder mounting plate (23); the cutting feed cylinder (28) is mounted on the cutting feed cylinder mounting plate (27); the cutting-off tool (11) is movably connected to a transmission rail of the cutting-off feeding cylinder (28) through a sliding block;
a through hole is preset in the surface of the tool rest cylinder mounting plate (23), a sliding sleeve (21) is sleeved on the through hole, the surface of the cutting and feeding cylinder mounting plate (27) is fixedly connected with one end of a guide shaft (22), and the other end of the guide shaft (22) is inserted into the sliding sleeve (21);
