S5、降温到40度把溶解好的氢化蓖麻油、乳酸薄荷酯、蔷薇（ROSA SPP）花油加入容器中，以400r/min搅拌5min搅匀；
S6、降温到38度检测合格后方可出料。
S4中的1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺、乙酰壳糖胺和二甲基砜使用时需加水分散溶解至无颗粒。
容器顶部安装搅拌杆和抽空管。

一种抑制黑色素回流透皮吸收平衡微生态的面膜，配方重量配比为：
水：91.827%；甘油：3.0%；1-3丁二醇：4.0%；尿囊素：0.15%；对羟基苯乙酮：0.2%；透明质酸钠：0.08%；小核菌胶：0.1%；羟乙基纤维素：0.6%；卡波姆：0.12%；三乙醇胺：0.12%；PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物：2.0%；4-丁基间苯二酚：0.5%；薜荔（FICUS PUMILA）提取物、合欢（ALBIZIA JULIBRISSIN）树皮提取物、蒲公英（TARAXACUM MONGOLICUM）提取物：0.5%；辛酰羟肟酸、1，2-戊二醇、甘油辛酸酯：0.4%；乙酰壳糖胺：1.0%；谷胱甘肽、鞣花酸、硫辛酸、牛磺酸：3.0%：酵母菌/锌发酵产物、酵母菌/铜发酵产物、酵母菌/镁发酵产物、酵母菌/铁发酵产物，酵母菌/硅发酵产物、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液：2.0%；1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺：1.0%；二甲基砜：1.0%；蔷薇（ROSA SPP）花油：0.003%；氢化蓖麻油：0.065%；乳酸薄荷酯：0.05%。
一种抑制黑色素回流透皮吸收平衡微生态的面膜的生产工艺，包括以下步骤：
S1、将水加热到90℃，1-3丁二醇和4-丁基间苯二酚加热到50度，将小核菌胶和羟乙基纤维素放入均质机，使之均质完全分散；
S2、将水、甘油、卡波姆、小核菌胶、1-3丁二醇、透明质酸钠、羟乙基纤维素、尿囊素、羟基苯乙酮和EDTA-2NA放入容器中，密封容器，将其抽至真空，再将容器内部温度加热至90℃，保温30min；
S3、容器内部降温到60度加入三乙醇胺，以600r/min转动10min，真空脱泡；
S4、容器内壁降温到50度加入1-3丁二醇、4-丁基间苯二酚、PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物、辛酰羟肟酸、1-2-戊二醇、甘油辛酸酯、薜荔（FICUS PUMILA）提取物、合欢（ALBIZIAJULIBRISSIN）树皮提取物、蒲公英（TARAXACUM MONGOLICUM）提取物、谷胱甘肽、鞣花酸、硫辛酸、牛磺酸、酵母菌/锌发酵产物、酵母菌/铜发酵产物、酵母菌/镁发酵产物、酵母菌/铁发酵产物、酵母菌/硅发酵产物、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液、1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺、乙酰壳糖胺、二甲基砜；
S5、降温到40度把溶解好的氢化蓖麻油、乳酸薄荷酯、蔷薇（ROSA SPP）花油加入容器中，以400r/min搅拌10min搅匀；
S6、降温到38度检测合格后方可出料。

1.一种抑制黑色素回流透皮吸收平衡微生态的面膜，其特征在于，配方重量配比为：
水：91.827%；
甘油：3.0%；
1-3丁二醇：4.0%；
尿囊素：0.15%；
对羟基苯乙酮：0.2%；
EDTA-2NA：0.04%；
透明质酸钠：0.08%；
小核菌胶：0.1%；
羟乙基纤维素：0.6%；
卡波姆：0.12%；
三乙醇胺：0.12%；
PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物：2.0%；
4-丁基间苯二酚：0.5%；
薜荔提取物、合欢树皮提取物、蒲公英提取物：0.5%；
辛酰羟肟酸、1，2-戊二醇、甘油辛酸酯：0.4%；
乙酰壳糖胺：1.0%；
谷胱甘肽、鞣花酸、硫辛酸、牛磺酸：3.0%：
酵母菌/锌发酵产物、酵母菌/铜发酵产物、酵母菌/镁发酵产物、酵母菌/ 铁发酵产物，酵母菌/硅发酵产物、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液：2.0%；
1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺：1.0%；
二甲基砜：1.0%；
蔷薇花油：0.003%；
氢化蓖麻油：0.065%；
乳酸薄荷酯：0.05%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑制黑色素回流透皮吸收平衡微生态的面膜的生产工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1、将水加热到90℃，1-3丁二醇和4-丁基间苯二酚加热到50度，将小核菌胶和羟乙基纤维素放入均质机，使之均质完全分散；
S2、将水、甘油、卡波姆、小核菌胶、1-3丁二醇、透明质酸钠、羟乙基纤维素、尿囊素、羟基苯乙酮和EDTA-2NA放入容器中，密封容器，将其抽至真空，再将容器内部温度加热至90℃，保温30min；
S3、容器内部降温到60度加入三乙醇胺，抽真空脱泡；
S4、容器内壁降温到50度加入1-3丁二醇、4-丁基间苯二酚、PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物、辛酰羟肟酸、1-2-戊二醇、甘油辛酸酯、薜荔提取物、合欢树皮提取物、蒲公英提取物、谷胱甘肽、鞣花酸、硫辛酸、牛磺酸、酵母菌/锌发酵产物、酵母菌/铜发酵产物、酵母菌/镁发酵产物、酵母菌/铁发酵产物、酵母菌/硅发酵产物、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液、1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺、乙酰壳糖胺、二甲基砜；
S5、降温到40度把溶解好的氢化蓖麻油、乳酸薄荷酯、蔷薇花油加入容器中搅拌均匀；
S6、降温到38度检测合格后方可出料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抑制黑色素回流透皮吸收平衡微生态的面膜的生产工艺，其特征在于：所述S4中的1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺、乙酰壳糖胺和二甲基砜使用时需加水分散溶解至无颗粒。
