Furthermore, the inflation inlet of the air bag is a one-way air inlet valve, the outer layer of the air bag is washable, acid-proof, alkali-proof and moisture permeable coated cloth, and the two air bags are inflated simultaneously by an air pump through a three-way pipe.
Furthermore, the tail ends of the safety belt buckle and the inserting piece of the fixing belt are connected with the nylon belt through the Chinese character 'ri' buckles.
Advantageous effects of the invention
(1) The pelvis injury emergency fixing device fixes the injured pelvis and the thighs of the injured person, and avoids secondary injury and internal hemorrhage at home caused when the thighs move to drag the injured pelvis and carry the injured person.

The invention relates to an emergency fixing device for pelvic injury, which has a specific structure as shown in figure 1 and comprises: a fixation plate 1, an iliac crest side fixation piece 2, a thigh side fixation piece 3, an air bag 4, and fixation bands (5, 6, 7);
the fixing plate 1 (figure 2) is an n-shaped hard plastic plate formed by splicing three rectangular plates, the transverse plate is a hip supporting plate 9, the other two vertical plates are thigh supporting plates 10, the component is a basic supporting frame, and the hip supporting plate 9 and the thigh supporting plates 10 form a structure for supporting the thighs and the pelvis of the injured person;
the iliac crest side fixing piece 2 (figure 2) is a rubber piece with a crescent section, one end of the rubber piece is bonded on the fixing plate 1 by KEYDAK, the other end of the rubber piece is provided with three rectangular grooves 11 of fixing belts, and the positions of the rectangular grooves are arranged at two sides of a hip supporting plate 9; the thigh side fixing piece 3 is a rubber piece with a crescent section, one end of the rubber piece is bonded on the fixing plate 2 by KEYDAK, the other end of the rubber piece is provided with three rectangular grooves 11 of fixing belts, and the positions of the rectangular grooves are positioned at two sides of a thigh supporting plate 10; the rubber material has both toughness and wear resistance, and the crescent shape can be more attached to a human body;
the fixing belts (5, 6 and 7) are nylon belts, the nylon belts are provided with a safety belt buckle 6 and an inserting sheet 7, one ends of the fixing belts are fixed on the rectangular grooves of the iliac crest side fixing sheet 9 and the thigh side fixing sheet 10, the other ends of the fixing belts are connected with the safety belt buckle 6 or the inserting sheet 7, and the fixing belts (5, 6 and 7) connected with the safety belt buckle 6 or the inserting sheet 7 are matched and positioned at two sides of the iliac crest side fixing sheet 6 and the thigh side fixing sheet 7; the tail ends of the safety belt buckles 6 and the inserting pieces 7 (shown in figure 4) of the fixing belts (5, 6 and 7) are provided with the Chinese character 'ri' buckles 12 which are connected with the nylon belts; the nylon belt has no elasticity, and can not be loosened after being tightly bound; the safety belt buckle 6 and the inserting piece 7 can quickly bind or take down the device with the wounded, and the length of the nylon belt can be conveniently adjusted by the Chinese character 'ri' shaped buckle 12.
The air bag 4 (figure 3) is a crescent-shaped air bag strip with a section and is adhered to the inner side of the iliac crest side fixing piece 2 by KEYDAK; the air charging port of the air bag 4 is a one-way air inlet valve 13, the outer layer of the air bag 4 is washable, acid-proof, alkali-proof and moisture permeable coated cloth, and the two air bags are simultaneously charged by an air pump through a three-way pipe 8; crescent shape is that the gasbag strip is laminated the inboard of iliac crest side stationary blade 9, and one-way admission valve 13 ensures that gasbag 4 can not leak gas after aerifing, and the diaphragm that throws one-way admission valve 13 during gassing both can release gas, and the outer layer of washable acid-proof alkali-proof water-permeable coated fabric effectively protects the gasbag not easily lacerated, and three-way pipe 8 is connected the air pump, makes two gasbags 4 swell simultaneously.
The principle of the pelvis injury emergency fixing device provided by the invention is as follows:
when in use, the wounded person slightly lifts up to place the fixing plate 1 under the wounded person, the buttocks face the buttocks supporting plate 9, and the thighs face the thigh side fixing piece 10; the thigh side fixing piece 3 is tied on the thigh by fixing bands (5, 6, 7), the safety belt buckles 6 and the inserting pieces 7 are buckled one by one, then the iliac crest side fixing piece 9 is tied on the two sides of the pelvis and the coxal bone of the wounded person by the fixing bands (5, 6, 7), the safety belt buckles 6 and the inserting pieces 7 are buckled one by one, the air pump is connected with the air bags 4 on the two sides and is inflated, the air bags 4 swell, and the air bags 4 compress the space inwards because the thigh side fixing piece 10 and the fixing bands (5, 6, 7) have no elasticity, and the pelvis is pushed to fold; as the fixing plate 1 is a hard plate, the thigh and the pelvis of a person are tied on the hard plate by the fixing belts (5, 6 and 7), and the damaged pelvis cannot be pulled even if the thigh does not have a moving space.
