Detailed Description
First, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are merely for explaining the technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the shoe fixing device of the present invention is described in connection with a shoe washing machine, this is not limitative, but it is obvious that the shoe fixing device of the present invention can also be used in other washing apparatuses having a shoe fixing requirement, such as washing machines and the like.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "vertical", "inner", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
The shoe washing machine comprises a box body and an accommodating component arranged in the box body, wherein a washing cavity is formed in the accommodating component, and cleaning components such as a spraying component and a brushing component are arranged in the washing cavity so as to clean shoes accommodated in the washing cavity. The accommodating member may be a barrel disposed in the box, and the box is provided with an openable cover for a user to take and place shoes, or a drawer-type accommodating member which is disposed in the box in a drawable manner for a user to push and pull the accommodating member to take and place shoes. The shoe fixing device of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the above-mentioned shoe washing machine.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an operational view of the shoe fixing device of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the shoe fixing device of the present invention includes a mounting member 1 and an adjustment assembly 2. The mounting member 1 and the adjusting assembly 2 are both arranged in a washing cavity of the accommodating member, wherein the mounting member 1 is connected to the accommodating member through the adjusting assembly 2, the mounting member 1 is used for mounting shoes, and the adjusting assembly 2 is arranged to be capable of adjusting the position of the mounting member 1 in the washing cavity.
In a preferred embodiment, the adjustment assembly 2 is a multi-link structure that is connected to the receiving member and the mounting member 1, respectively, for connecting the mounting member 1 to the receiving member. When the fixed position of the shoe needs to be adjusted, the position of the mounting member 1 in the washing chamber can be changed by adjusting the position of each link of the multi-link structure and deforming the multi-link structure, so that the mounting member 1 can be displaced in the direction in which the shoe needs to be moved.
Of course, the adjusting component 2 may be other than a multi-link structure, for example, the adjusting component may further include a rail component, the mounting component 1 is slidably engaged with the rail component and the rail component is connected with the accommodating component, and the mounting component 1 changes the fixing position of the shoe by moving on the rail component. Or the adjusting assembly 2 comprises a plurality of telescopic rods, the mounting member 1 is connected to the accommodating member through the telescopic rods, and the mounting member 1 can change the fixing position of the shoe by changing the length of each telescopic rod.
With continued reference to fig. 1, specifically, when the adjustment assembly 2 is a multi-link structure, the adjustment assembly 2 includes a first link 21 and a second link 22, and according to the orientation of fig. 1, a lower end of the first link 21 (i.e., a first end of the first link 21 in the claims) is rotatably connected with an upper end of the second link 22 (i.e., a first end of the second link 22 in the claims), the upper end of the first link 21 (i.e., a second end of the first link 21 in the claims) is rotatably connected with the mounting member 1, and a lower end of the second link 22 (i.e., a second end of the second link 22 in the claims) is rotatably connected with the accommodating member. With the above arrangement, the mounting member 1 is enabled to move the mounting member 1 by the relative rotation between the first link 21 and the second link 22 of the multi-link structure and the relative rotation between the first link 21, the second link 22 (i.e., the integral multi-link structure) and the accommodating member, so that the mounting member 1 is close to/away from the top inner wall and the lateral inner wall of the accommodating member, and the position of the mounting member 1 in the washing chamber is adjustable. For example, when the user needs to vertically (i.e. in the direction of the cutting head in fig. 1) increase the fixing position of the shoe, the shape of the multi-link structure can be vertically adjusted to increase the included angle a between the first link 21 and the second link 22, so that the pivot point M moves vertically; when a user needs to adjust the fixing position of the shoe in the transverse direction, as a simple implementation mode, the integral multi-link structure can rotate relative to the accommodating member, and then the included angle a is adjusted, so that the changed height displacement of the mounting member 1 is eliminated. The above two adjustment manners are only used for exemplifying the adjustment manner of the adjustment assembly 2, obviously, the adjustment manner of the adjustment assembly 2 is not limited, and the user can adjust the shape of the multi-link structure according to the actual requirement, thereby adjusting the position of the mounting member 1.
In a possible embodiment, the adjusting assembly 2 further comprises at least one intermediate link, the two ends of which are rotatably connected to the first link 21 and the second link 22, respectively, so that the first link 21 is connected to the second link 22 through the intermediate link. In case the number of links of the adjustment assembly 2 is increased, the adjustability of the adjustment assembly 2 is increased, so that the user can adjust the position of the mounting member 1 more flexibly. For example, the intermediate link may also be a profile link, thereby further increasing the flexibility of adjustment of the mounting member 1 in space; or the adjustment assembly 2 further comprises a plurality of intermediate links to increase the variability of the shape of the multi-link structure described above, thereby enabling the user to more finely and accurately adjust the position of the mounting member 1.
In order to balance the adjustment flexibility and stability of the shoe fixing arrangement, it is preferred that the adjustment assembly 2 comprises only the first link 21 and the second link 22, since the overall stability of the shoe fixing arrangement is reduced when the number of links is increased, i.e. the arrangement of the plurality of turning points reduces the load-bearing capacity of the shoe fixing arrangement while increasing the flexibility of deformation.
Further, the shoe fixing device of the present invention further includes a connecting member 3 fixed in the accommodating member, and the second link 22 has one end connected to the first link 21 and the other end rotatably connected to the connecting member 3 so as to be rotatably connected to the accommodating member through the connecting member 3, thereby ensuring a rotation space of the second link 22 and preventing the second link 22 from interfering with the accommodating member when rotating, so that the adjustment flexibility of the adjustment assembly 2 is improved. Preferred embodiments of the shoe retaining assembly of the present invention will be further described with reference to the above embodiments.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in one possible embodiment, the mounting member 1 is specifically configured as: the mounting member 1 comprises a first mounting rod 11 and a second mounting rod 12 at least partially extending into the interior of the shoe, and according to the orientation of fig. 1, the lower ends of the first mounting rod 11 and the second mounting rod 12 are both rotatably connected to the upper end of the first link 21, so that the included angle formed between the first mounting rod 11 and the second mounting rod 12 is adjustable. When the upper end of first installation pole 11 and second installation pole 12 stretched into inside the shoes, the user can make first installation pole 11 and second installation pole 12 support tightly the shoes respectively to the both ends in the shoes through the mode of the angle between first installation pole 11 of adjustment and the second installation pole 12. To improve the fixing reliability of the shoe, one of the first and second mounting rods 11 and 12 is adapted to the shape of the toe box and the other is adapted to the shape of the tail box, as an example.
In order to further improve the fixing stability of the shoe, the mounting member 1 further comprises a first supporting block 13 and a second supporting block 14, the first supporting block 13 is rotatably connected with the first mounting rod 11, the second supporting block 14 is rotatably connected with the second mounting rod 12, the first mounting rod 11 is abutted against one end in the shoe through the first supporting block 13, the second mounting rod 12 is abutted against the other end in the shoe through the second supporting block 14, so that the contact area between the mounting member 1 and the inside of the shoe is increased, and the shoe is reliably fixed. In addition, the rotation between supporting shoe and the installation pole is connected still makes the installation component can adapt to the different slopes at sole both ends for installation component 1 can also adapt to the shoes of different styles (like the flat shoes, high-heeled shoes, sports shoes etc.) when can adapt to the shoes of different sizes. By way of example, the first mounting bar 11 and the first support block 13 in fig. 1 are adapted to the shape of the head of the shoe, and the second mounting bar 12 and the second support block 14 are adapted to the shape of the tail of the shoe.
In one possible form, the shoe retaining means comprises a plurality of pivot axes by which the links are pivotally connected, between each link, between the link and the mounting member 1, and between the link and the connecting member 3. For example, the connected ends of the first link 21 and the second link 22 are provided with hole structures, and the rotating shaft is in turn rotatably matched with the hole structures on the first link 21 and the second link 22 to connect the first link 21 and the second link 22 (since the method for connecting other components through the rotating shaft is similar to that in the above example, the description is omitted). In this case, the first link 21, the second link 22 and the rotation shaft are closely fitted to each other, so that the first link 21 and the second link 22 can relatively rotate when receiving a sufficient force applied by the user, and can bear the weight of the shoe without deformation when not receiving the force applied by the user.
In a preferred embodiment, the shoe retaining device further comprises a fastening member 4, the fastening member 4 being capable of limiting relative rotation of at least a portion of the rotational connection location of the shoe retaining device. By way of example, all the swivel connection positions of the shoe fastening means are provided with fasteners 4. Specifically, a fastener 4 is disposed between the first link 21 and the second link 22, and the fastener 4 can limit the relative rotation of the first link 21 and the second link 22 so as to lock the first link 21 and the second link 22. Furthermore, a fastener 4 is disposed between the first link 21 and the mounting member 1, and the fastener 4 can limit the relative rotation between the first link 21 and the mounting member 1 (i.e., the first mounting rod 11 and the second mounting rod 12) so as to lock the first link 21 and the first mounting rod 11 and the second mounting rod 12. And a fastening member 4 is also provided between the second link 22 and the receiving member (i.e., the connecting member 3), and the fastening member 4 can restrict the relative rotation of the second link 22 and the connecting member 3 so as to fasten the second link 22 and the connecting member 3. That is, all rotational positions of the shoe retaining device are rotationally connected by the fastener 4, and the fastener 4 is also able to limit the rotation of the member by abutting tightly against the member.
The arrangement of the fastening element 4 will be further explained below by taking the locking of the rotational connection between the first link 21 and the second link 22 as an example:
referring again to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a first embodiment of the shoe retaining device of the present invention, showing a first type of fastener for locking. As shown in fig. 2, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the fastening member 4 includes a bolt 41 and a lock nut 42, the lower end of the first link 21 and the upper end of the second link 22 are both provided with through holes rotatably engaged with the bolt 41, and the bolt 41 sequentially passes through the through holes of the first link 21 and the second link 22 and then is screwed with the lock nut 42. When the position of the mounting member 1 is not determined, the lock nut 42 is not tightened, and the gap between the lock nut 42 and the head of the bolt 41 can allow the first link 21 and the second link 22 to rotate. After the locking nut 42 is tightened, the locking nut 42 presses the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 between the locking nut 42 and the head of the bolt 41, so that the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 are pressed tightly, relative rotation of the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 is limited, and the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 are locked.
Referring again to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a second embodiment of the shoe retaining device of the present invention, showing a second type of fastener for locking. As shown in fig. 3, the fastening member 4 includes only the bolt 41, a through hole is provided on one of the first link 21 and the second link 22 near the head of the bolt 41, a screw hole is provided on one of the first link 21 and the second link 22 far from the head of the bolt 41, and the bolt 41 is threaded with the screw hole after passing through the through hole. When the two links are locked, the bolt 41 is tightened to screw the bolt 41 into the screw hole, and the first link 21 and the second link 22 are abutted against each other, thereby restricting the relative rotation of the first link 21 and the second link 22.
In both embodiments, the head end of the bolt 41 may be provided with a tightening handle 411, so that the user can rotate the tightening handle 411 to perform the locking operation.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that although the mounting member 1 is described in conjunction with the first mounting rod 11 and the second mounting rod 12, this is not intended to be limiting and the mounting member 1 may be other structures capable of securing a shoe, for example, the mounting member 1 is a member capable of clamping and securing a shoe. In addition, the structure of the connecting member 3 is not limited to the rod member shown in the figures, for example, the connecting member 3 may also be a cylindrical connecting seat as long as the connecting member 3 is shaped to achieve the rotatable connection with the adjusting assembly 2. Further, the structure of the fastening member 4 is not limited to the above example as long as the arrangement of the fastening member 4 can satisfy the locking requirement. For example, the fastener 4 may further include a sleeve that may be clamped on the first and second links 21 and 22 and a bolt screwed with the sleeve, and the fastener 4 may reduce a circumferential dimension of the sleeve by tightening the bolt, so that the sleeve can tighten the first and second links 21 and 22, thereby restricting the rotation of the first and second links 21 and 22. Variations of the above-described construction may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
In summary, the shoe fixing device of the present invention comprises a mounting member 1, an adjusting assembly 2 configured as a multi-link structure, and a connecting member 3 fixed in a receiving member, wherein the mounting member 1 comprises a first mounting rod 11 and a second mounting rod 12, the lower ends of the first mounting rod 11 and the second mounting rod 12 are rotatably connected to the multi-link structure, and the multi-link structure is rotatably connected to the connecting member 3. A user can enable the two mounting rods with the upper ends extending into the shoes to tightly support the shoes and fix the shoes by adjusting the angle between the first mounting rod 11 and the second mounting rod 12; the user can also adjust the position of installation component 1 in holding the component through adjusting the shape of many connecting rods structure to make shoes can be in the most favourable to abluent position (for example be close to the washing component of shoe washer or make the position of waiting to wash the washing within range of washing component of maximum), and then promote the cleaning performance of shoes.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
