Description

Matrix for improving stability of lawn bed of playground and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lawn field construction, in particular to a substrate for improving the stability of a lawn bed of a sports ground and application thereof.
Background
The stadium lawn is a herbaceous plant community which can bear human sports and is grown under artificial cultivation conditions. Almost all sporting events are accompanied by intense exercise or intense, high frequency of lawn-trampling. Therefore, the sports lawn has the characteristic of being trampling-resistant in addition to the characteristic characteristics of the general green lawn. The resistance to trampling of sports field lawns is primarily related to the abrasion resistance of the turf and the structure of the turf bed substrate. The lawn bed is the standing condition of the lawn, and the influence of the composition of the lawn bed matrix on the environment of the root zone directly influences the wear resistance of the overground part of the lawn. At present, in order to quickly drain water in a bad weather playground and ensure the smooth progress of a game, a sand-based lawn bed is mostly adopted for a playground lawn. However, the sand-based terrace has a disadvantage of poor stability while increasing water and air permeability. In order to improve the stability of the lawn bed of the playground, inorganic substances are mostly filled for reinforcement.
The polypropylene fiber is a synthetic fiber spun by taking isotactic polypropylene obtained by propylene polymerization as a raw material, and the polypropylene short fiber is safe and non-toxic, and can well improve the crack resistance, the impermeability and the abrasion resistance of mortar/concrete and improve the workability of the concrete. Tens of millions of fibers are uniformly distributed in the mortar/concrete to play a good micro-reinforcing role, so that the integrity of the structure is well maintained, and the structure is prevented from being dispersed into a plurality of fragments when being damaged by impact.
Through the search and discovery of the prior art, the application patent of grass fiber spray-seeding matrix for sandy loam and the use method thereof (CN106538282A) discloses a spray-seeding matrix in which grass fibers are mixed with garden soil, sandy soil and chicken manure according to a proportion, wherein the grass fibers are made of straws and have lower strength; a research paper 'application of a new technology of lawn production in planting and cultivating pipes in football fields' (Tianjin agricultural science, 2012,18(6):159 and 162) discloses a reinforcing effect of single-stranded polypropylene fibers in a module lawn for court restoration, but does not clearly define the effect of the polypropylene fibers on improving the stability of a sports lawn; granted patent "an artificial lawn whose base layer is woven from polypropylene" (CN203938948U) discloses an artificial lawn whose base layer is woven from polypropylene, which can be used in sports fields, and which has improved strength. At present, no literature report exists on the research on the improvement of the stability of the playground lawn bed by adopting polypropylene fibers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a substrate for improving the stability of a playground lawn bed and a using method thereof, aiming at solving the defect of poor stability of the existing playground sand-based lawn.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
(1) paving a terrace bed: the polypropylene fiber is mixed with sand, peat and compound fertilizer in proportion outside the field. And (3) loading the uniformly mixed matrix into a cell for three times, and properly compacting every time. And forming the compacted lawn bed substrate mixture into a rhizosphere layer with a thickness of 25 cm;
(2) lawn planting: planting warm-season lawn grass on the paved lawn bed substrate;
(3) trampling treatment: and (4) performing trampling treatment by using a simulated trampling device in the second year and the third year after the lawn is formed.
(4) Index measurement: the physical characteristics of the lawn bed substrate, the growth and the rebound rate of the lawn are measured after 3 months of trampling treatment every year.
The polypropylene fiber in the step (1) is 3.8cm long and 0.5cm wide.
As a further optimization of the invention, the polypropylene fiber in the step (1) is added in a ratio of 2.5 g/kg.
And (3) the lawn planting method in the step (2) is a seed stem direct seeding method, and the uniform ratio is 1: 5.
And (3) trampling treatment trampling 3 times per week (32 times per time, the trampling strength is equivalent to two football matches), and the trampling degree is equivalent to 72 football matches every 3 months.
The invention aims at the problem that the sports ground lawn needs to bear the trampling of high-strength and high-frequency sports, but the prior sand-based lawn bed has the defect of poor stability, and the polypropylene fiber is mixed with sand, peat and compound fertilizer according to the proportion. Under the condition of high-strength trampling, compared with the traditional substrate without adding the polypropylene fiber, the volume weight of the soil of the lawn bed substrate added with the polypropylene fiber in a certain proportion is reduced, the porosity of the soil is increased, and the influence of the high-strength trampling on the growth of the lawn is relieved by improving the structure of the lawn bed; the polypropylene fiber is wound with the root system of the lawn grass, so that the stability of the lawn bed is obviously improved, and the sports quality of the lawn on the sports ground is improved.

FIG. 1 Effect of adding different proportions of Polypropylene fiber on the lawn rebound Rate of sports ground
Detailed Description
Example 1
(1) Uniformly mixing the polypropylene fiber with sand, peat and nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer outside the field according to the proportion of 2.5g/kg, then paving the mixture on a lawn bed gravel layer, wherein the paving thickness of the substrate is 25cm, scraping and compacting the mixture after paving, and carrying out lawn planting after thorough watering.
(2) Planting Yangjiang bermudagrass on the terrace bed by a seed stem direct seeding method in a planting ratio of (1: 5).
(3) Performing trampling treatment by using a simulated trampling device in the second year and the third year after the lawn is formed, trampling 3 times every week (the trampling strength is equivalent to two football matches every time), and trampling 72 times in total every 3 months.
Example 2
(1) Uniformly mixing the polypropylene fiber with sand, peat and nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer outside the field according to the proportion of 5g/kg, then paving the mixture on a gravel layer of a lawn bed, wherein the paving thickness of a matrix is 25cm, scraping and compacting the mixture after paving, and carrying out lawn planting after thorough watering.
Results and analysis:
TABLE 1 Effect of adding different proportions of Polypropylene fiber on the physical characteristics of the lawn bed
Figure RE-GDA0002374738490000031
TABLE 2 influence of adding polypropylene fibers in different proportions to lawn bed on growth of lawn grass
Figure RE-GDA0002374738490000032
And (4) research conclusion: from the above table, it can be seen that, under the trampling condition, compared with the substrate without adding polypropylene fiber, the addition of polypropylene fiber in a certain proportion reduces the volume weight of soil, improves the porosity of the soil, improves the physical characteristics of the lawn bed, and improves the stability of the sand-based lawn bed; the root zone environment is improved, the grass density of the lawn and the growth of the overground part are increased, the wear resistance of the overground part of the lawn is improved, and the movement quality of the lawn is obviously improved. Compared with different mixture ratios, when the polypropylene fiber is mixed in a proportion of 2.5g/kg, the growth of lawn grass and the stability of a lawn bed are obviously superior to those of the polypropylene fiber mixed in a proportion of 5 g/kg.
