During specific operation, firstly, a rotating blade on the rotating material cutting and pushing mechanism on the right side of the rack is contracted to the right end of the rack, then the capsule seed row is positioned and placed on the rack, and the opening-closing type bin door of the hole sowing mechanism 4 on the left side of the rack is aligned to the position of soil to be sowed; rotating a rotating blade on the material cutting and pushing mechanism to enable a blade edge of the rotating blade to be correspondingly arranged along the middle position of the width direction of the capsule seed box, starting an electric push rod to enable the rotating blade to cut the air chambers of the capsule seeds in the capsule seed row, and cutting the air chambers of the capsule sealing covers of the capsule seeds in the capsule seed row from right to left by the blade edge of the rotating blade to realize the contact of bud eyes and air; after the rotating blade is retracted in the original way by the electric push rod, the rotating motor is started to rotate the rotating blade (the rotating angle is 90 degrees) to be opposite to the outer side surface of the capsule seed row, the capsule seeds are pushed to move leftwards in sequence from right to left by the rotating blade, when a single capsule seed enters the upper end limiting containing cavity of the preset blanking channel, the limiting loading of the single capsule seed is realized, and the electric push rod pauses the pushing of the capsule seed; the single capsule seeds in the limiting and accommodating cavity are buffered and discharged through the suction device, and are sowed in the soil through the opening-closing type bin door (the situation that a plurality of capsule seeds are extruded on the opening-closing type bin door and are easy to leak or damage is easily caused by the plurality of capsule seeds can be effectively avoided); then starting the electric push rod to push the next capsule seed to enter the limiting accommodating cavity, and moving the rack to enable the opening-closing type bin door to align to the position of soil to be sowed by a new legal person to continue to discharge; and repeating the steps of pushing by the electric push rod and discharging by the opening-closing type bin door until all the capsules in the capsule row are sown, and then putting a new capsule row.
