As described above, the chair-type massage machine 1 includes: a seat massage mechanism 10, a back massage mechanism 15, a side massage mechanism 21, an arm massage mechanism 5, a leg massage mechanism 8, an air bag mechanism, and the like.
Therefore, the present embodiment has the following features: by causing two of the plurality of mechanisms to cooperate (link) at the same time, it is possible to perform an operation such as receiving a massage by two operators (massaging with four hands) at the same time.
In the following description, an example in which the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 of the plurality of mechanisms are caused to cooperate with each other will be described.
The seat type massage machine 1 of the present embodiment can perform an operation such as receiving a massage by two operators (four-handed massage) at the same time by simultaneously cooperating (interlocking) a seat massage mechanism 10 that performs a massage operation such as kneading, tapping, or pinching on the lower limbs (first treatment portion) from the hip to the thigh of the user sitting on the seat 2 and a back massage mechanism 15 that performs a massage operation such as kneading, tapping, or pinching on the back (second treatment portion) from the shoulder to the waist of the user leaning on the backrest 3 through the back.
The chair type massage machine 1 of the present embodiment is provided with a control unit (not shown) for causing the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 to cooperate with each other when a massage operation is applied to the user.
The control unit controls the seat massage mechanism 10 so as to perform an operation such as receiving a massage by one operator (massaging with both hands) on the first treatment unit of the user, and at the same time controls the back massage mechanism 15 so as to perform an operation such as receiving a massage by the other operator (massaging with both hands) on the second treatment unit.
Fig. 2 schematically shows the continuous cooperative operation (approaching operation) of the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 by the control unit.
Fig. 3 schematically shows the continuous cooperative operation (separation operation) of the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 by the control unit.
Fig. 4 shows an example of a state in which the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 follow up (move so that one of them catches up with the other).
The inclined posture of the backrest 3 shown in fig. 2 to 4 is not limited to the illustrated position. For example, the seat section 2 and the backrest section 3 may be in a flat state. The seat rail 13 is disposed so as to descend toward the rear, but may be disposed horizontally, and is not limited to the illustrated arrangement.
However, in the present embodiment, the control unit can perform control for moving the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 (both mechanisms) closer to or away from each other in cooperation, or control for moving the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 in cooperation in one direction (substantially the same direction) while maintaining a constant interval.
First, control for moving the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 closer to or away from each other in cooperation will be described.
The control unit causes the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 to move closer to or away from each other in cooperation with each other, with a portion where the seat 2 and the backrest 3 are pivotally connected (rotatably connected) as a center.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the control unit performs the following cooperative operation of approaching or separating: the seat massage mechanism 10 is moved from the front side to the rear side and the back massage mechanism 15 is moved from the upper side to the lower side with a portion where the seat 2 and the backrest 3 are pivotally connected as a center.
When the seat massage mechanism 10 is positioned at the front end of the seat 2 and the back massage mechanism 15 is positioned at the upper end of the backrest 3 (position a in fig. 2), the control unit drives the movement mechanism of the seat 2 to move the seat massage mechanism 10 rearward along the seat rail 13. At the same time, the control unit drives the movement mechanism of the backrest 3 to move the back massage mechanism 15 downward (obliquely downward and forward) along the back rail 18.
Then, when the seat massage mechanism 10 is close to the front-rear direction center of the seat 2 along the seat rail 13, the back massage mechanism 15 is close to the up-down direction center of the backrest 3 (position B of fig. 2) along the back rail 18.
In this state, when the seat massage mechanism 10 moves rearward of the seat 2 along the seat rail 13 and reaches the rear end (storage position), the back massage mechanism 15 moves downward (obliquely downward and forward) of the backrest 3 along the back rail 18 and reaches the lower end (position C in fig. 2). When either one of the massage mechanisms 7 and 12 reaches the end, the control unit stops the movement mechanism of the seat unit 2 and the movement mechanism of the backrest unit 3.
In this way, when the seat massage mechanism 10 is positioned at the front end of the seat 2 and the back massage mechanism 15 is positioned at the upper end of the backrest 3, the control unit performs control of the cooperative operation of bringing the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 closer to each other toward the portion where the seat 2 and the backrest 3 are pivotally connected.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 3, the control unit performs the following cooperative operation of approaching and separating: the seat massage mechanism 10 is moved from the rear side to the front side and the back massage mechanism 15 is moved from the lower side to the upper side around a portion where the seat 2 and the backrest 3 are pivotally connected.
When the seat massage mechanism 10 is positioned at the rear end (storage position) of the seat 2 and the back massage mechanism 15 is positioned at the lower end of the backrest 3 (position D in fig. 3), the control unit drives the movement mechanism of the seat 2 to move the seat massage mechanism 10 forward along the seat rail 13. At the same time, the control unit drives the moving mechanism of the backrest 3 to move the back massage mechanism 15 upward (obliquely upward and rearward) along the back rail 18.
Then, when the seat massage mechanism 10 is close to the front-rear direction center of the seat 2 along the seat rail 13, the back massage mechanism 15 is close to the up-down direction center of the backrest 3 (position of E in fig. 3) along the back rail 18.
When the seat massage mechanism 10 moves forward of the seat 2 along the seat rail 13 and reaches the front end in this state, the back massage mechanism 15 moves upward (obliquely upward and rearward) of the backrest 3 along the back rail 18 and reaches the upper end (position F in fig. 3). When either one of the massage mechanisms 7 and 12 reaches the end, the control unit stops the movement mechanism of the seat unit 2 and the movement mechanism of the backrest unit 3.
In this way, when the seat massage mechanism 10 is positioned at the rear end of the seat 2 and the back massage mechanism 15 is positioned at the lower end of the backrest 3, the control unit performs control of the cooperative operation of separating the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 from each other in a direction away from the portion where the seat 2 and the backrest 3 are pivotally connected.
Further, as mentioned above, the control unit may cause the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 to cooperate with each other to follow up (catch up) in one direction (substantially the same direction) while maintaining a constant interval.
Specifically, for example, the control unit performs control such that: the seat massage mechanism 10 is moved backward, and the back massage mechanism 15 is moved upward (obliquely upward and rearward) in cooperation. The control unit performs control of moving the seat massage mechanism 10 forward and moving the back massage mechanism 15 downward (obliquely downward and forward) in cooperation.
As shown in fig. 4, when the seat massage mechanism 10 is positioned at the front end of the seat 2 and the back massage mechanism 15 is positioned at the lower end of the backrest 3 (position G in fig. 4), the control unit drives the movement mechanism of the seat 2 to move the seat massage mechanism 10 rearward along the seat rail 13. At the same time, the control unit drives the moving mechanism of the backrest 3 to move the back massage mechanism 15 upward (obliquely upward and rearward) along the back rail 18.
Then, when the seat massage mechanism 10 is close to the front-rear direction center of the seat 2 along the seat rail 13, the back massage mechanism 15 is close to the up-down direction center of the backrest 3 along the back rail 18 (position H of fig. 4).
When the seat massage mechanism 10 moves rearward of the seat 2 along the seat rail 13 and reaches the rear end (storage position) in this state, the back massage mechanism 15 moves upward of the backrest 3 (obliquely upward and rearward) along the back rail 18 and reaches the upper end (position I in fig. 4). When either one of the massage mechanisms 7 and 12 reaches the end, the control unit stops the movement mechanism of the seat unit 2 and the movement mechanism of the backrest unit 3.
The control unit can change the moving speed of the seat massage mechanism 10 and the moving speed of the back massage mechanism 15 in cooperation with each other.
Specifically, the control unit performs control such that: the timing of starting the movement of the seat massage mechanism 10 and the timing of starting the movement of the back massage mechanism 15 are made to coincide with each other. Further, the control unit performs control such that: the timing at which the seat massage mechanism 10 is stopped in the moving direction along the seat rail 13 and the timing at which the back massage mechanism 15 is stopped in the moving direction along the back rail 18 are made to coincide.
However, in many cases, the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 have different device configurations or the lengths of the rails 10 and 15 are different in the seat massager 1. Therefore, for example, when the back massage mechanism 15 stops at the time when the seat massage mechanism 10 reaches the end, the back massage mechanism 15 may stop moving at a position not reaching the end.
Even with this configuration, the massage effect on the user is sufficient, but it is more preferable that: the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 are controlled by the control unit in their respective moving speeds so as to start at the same time and reach the end of each of the guide rails 10 and 15 at the same time.
For example, when the back rail 18 is longer than the seat rail 13, the back massage mechanism 15 moves at a speed faster than the moving speed of the seat massage mechanism 10. When the back rail 18 and the seat rail 13 have the same length, the back massage mechanism 15 and the seat massage mechanism 10 move at the same speed.
In the present embodiment, the pair of seat massage members 11 constituting the seat massage mechanism 10 are formed so that the left-right interval can be changed. The pair of back massage members 16 constituting the back massage mechanism 15 are also formed so that the left-right interval can be changed.
In this case, the control unit can change the left-right interval between the pair of seat massage members 11 and the left-right interval between the pair of back massage members 16 in cooperation with each other.
That is, the control unit performs the following cooperative operation: the width between the first treatment members 12 attached to the left seat massage member 11 and the first treatment members 12 attached to the right seat massage member 11 and the width between the second treatment members 17 attached to the left back massage member 16 and the second treatment members 17 attached to the right back massage member 16 are changed to the same width (interval) in cooperation.
Specifically, when the left-right interval is changed to the normal standard width, the control unit performs a cooperative operation of changing the left-right width (interval) of the pair of seat massage members 11 and the left-right width (interval) of the pair of back massage members 16 to the same width (interval).
Similarly, when the width is changed to a wider width, the control unit changes the left and right widths of the massage members 8 and 13 to the wider width in cooperation with each other. In the case of changing to the narrow width, the control unit changes the width of each of the massage members 8 and 13 to the narrow width in cooperation with each other.
That is, the control unit may perform the following control in addition to the control of the approaching or separating operation: the interval between the pair of seat massage members 11 and the interval between the pair of back massage members 16 are changed to the same interval in cooperation.
The control unit can change the driving speed of the pair of seat massaging members 11 constituting the seat massaging mechanism 10 and the driving speed of the pair of back massaging members 16 constituting the back massaging mechanism 15 in cooperation with each other.
Here, the description will be given taking the oscillation speed of each of the massage members 8 and 13 as an example.
The control unit can change the swing speed of the pair of seat massage members 11 and the swing speed of the pair of back massage members 16 to, for example, the same swing speed in cooperation with each other.
That is, the control unit performs the following changes: the speed at which the first treatment member 12 mounted on the seat massage member 11 is oscillated and the speed at which the second treatment member 17 mounted on the back massage member 16 is oscillated are tuned by cooperation.
Specifically, when the swing speed is changed to the normal speed, the control unit changes: the oscillation speeds of the pair of seat massaging members 11 and the pair of back massaging members 16 are tuned to each assume a normal speed by cooperation.
Similarly, when the swing speed is changed to a faster speed, the control unit performs a change in which the swing speeds of the massage members 8 and 13 are tuned to both have a faster speed in cooperation with each other. When the swing speed is changed to a slower speed, the control unit changes the swing speeds of the massage members 8 and 13 to both slower speeds by cooperating with each other.
That is, the control unit may perform the following control in addition to the control of the approaching or separating operation: the drive speed of the seat massage member 11 such as kneading, tapping, or pinching and the drive speed of the back massage member 16 such as kneading, tapping, or pinching are changed to the same drive speed (changed to drive at the same rhythm) in cooperation with each other.
The massage operation by the seat massage mechanism 10 and the massage operation by the back massage mechanism 15 are controlled so as to form the same massage type.
As described above, by controlling the cooperative operation by the control section, the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 move closer to or away from each other or follow each other in cooperation with each other, and knead, tap, grasp, vibrate, and the like at the same rhythm, thereby giving the user a feeling as if the user receives a relaxing massage by two operators (massaging with four hands) at the same time.
According to the present invention, the user can obtain a relaxing effect as if the user receives a massage by two operators (with four hands) at the same time in an operation institution such as a beauty salon or SPA. Further, two or more different treatment portions such as the back, e.g., the shoulder, the back, and the waist, and the lower limbs, e.g., the hip and the thigh, can be simultaneously treated.
The control unit can also perform the operations described in modification 1 to modification 3 below.

A configuration in which the seat massage mechanism 10 is movable in the front-rear direction, the back massage mechanism 15 is movable in the up-down direction, and the second treatment member 17 of the back massage member 16 is movable in the front-rear direction will be described as a modification 1 with reference to fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 5, in this case, the control unit moves the seat massage mechanism 10 toward the buttocks while moving the back massage mechanism 15 to a predetermined position (shoulder or the like) on the back of the user and causing the second treatment member 17 to protrude forward (forward relative to the backrest 3).
By the control unit performing the above control, the seat massage mechanism 10 moves toward the buttocks to lift the buttocks, and the second treatment member 17 presses the predetermined treatment portion, so that the user is slightly fixed by the two massage mechanisms 7 and 12, and thus strong pressing (finger pressing) massage can be performed.
In this case, when the back massage mechanism 15 stops moving, and finger pressure, kneading, or beating is performed, the massage feeling becomes strong and effective. Further, when the seat massage mechanism 10 is in the storage position (the rear end (curved portion) of the seat rail 13), the seat massage mechanism 10 is exposed from the storage position toward the seat 2, and thus more effective massage can be applied to the user.
[ modification 2]
Next, a configuration in which the airbag mechanisms 20 are provided on the side surfaces (both right and left sides) of the seat 2 and the seat massage mechanism 10 is movable in the front-rear direction will be described as a modification 2 with reference to fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, in this case, the control unit moves the seat massage mechanism 10 from a position other than the buttocks (such as the back side of the leg) to the buttocks while inflating the airbag mechanism 20 (one side or both sides) on the side surface of the seat 2, for example.
By the control of the control unit as described above, the buttocks are pressed by the airbag mechanism 20 on the side surface of the seat unit 2, and thus the feeling of massaging the buttocks by the seat unit massage mechanism 10 can be improved. Further, when the airbag mechanism 20 on the side surface of the seat 2 is operated to press the lower limbs against the seat massage mechanism 10, the feeling of the massage by the seat massage mechanism 10 can be further improved.
[ modification 3]
Next, a configuration in which the seat portion massaging mechanism 10 is movable in the front-rear direction, the footrest section 6 is movable in the up-down direction, and the leg portion (calf or the like) can be gripped by the leg portion massaging mechanism 8 will be described as a modification 3 with reference to fig. 7.
In this case, as shown in fig. 7, the control unit moves the seat massage mechanism 10 to a predetermined position in the front-rear direction while, for example, raising the footrest section 6 to a predetermined position. Here, the airbag mechanism 20 of the leg massage mechanism 8 is inflated to grip the leg inserted into the footrest section 6 while holding the leg. The leg placing part 6 is lowered while holding the leg.
The control unit performs the above-described interlocking control, so that the footrest section 6 is lowered and the leg portion gripped by the footrest section 6 is pressed against the seat section 2, thereby strongly sensing the body feeling of the massage performed by the seat section massage mechanism 10.
The operation sequence of the seat massage mechanism 10 and the footrest section 6 may be other than the illustrated sequence. The operation of the seat massage mechanism 10 at this time is not limited to stopping, moving, or kneading.
The specific configurations of the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 that perform the above-described operations can be variously employed.
Therefore, an example of the structure of the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 will be described below.
In the chair-type massage machine 1 shown in fig. 1, the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 have substantially the same configuration, but the moving directions thereof are different. That is, the device itself of the seat massage mechanism 10 and the device itself of the back massage mechanism 15 have substantially the same configuration, but the guide rail (back rail 18) of the back massage mechanism 15 is directed in the vertical direction, and the guide rail (seat rail 13) of the seat massage mechanism 10 is directed in the front-rear direction, which is largely different.
Therefore, in the present specification, the back massage mechanism 15 described below is exemplified as an example of the structure of the massage mechanism mounted on the chair type massage machine 1. However, the technique of the present invention can also be applied to a back massage mechanism 15 having another configuration.
This is the same for the seat massage mechanism 10, and the specific configuration of the seat massage mechanism 10 can be variously configured, and the seat massage mechanism 10 of the present embodiment has substantially the same configuration as the back massage mechanism 15.
First, the back massage mechanism 15 includes: a pair of left and right back massage members 16 for applying a massage operation to the back (second treatment portion) such as the shoulder, the back, and the waist, a rotation shaft having an axial center directed in the left-right direction and penetrating the proximal end side of the back massage member 16, a driving portion for driving the rotation shaft to rotate, and a converting portion provided on the proximal end side of the back massage portion for converting the rotation force of the rotation shaft into a massage operation. The rotation shaft, the drive unit, the conversion unit, and the like are housed in the base body 19.
The back massage member 16 is formed in an arm shape, and a second treatment member 17 is attached to both ends (front ends). A switching portion (described later) is provided at the longitudinal center portion (base end) of the back massage member 16. The rotary shaft penetrates the switching portion at the base end of the back massage member 16 in the left-right direction. The rotating shaft is disposed so that the axis thereof faces in the horizontal direction, and is rotatably supported by a pair of support members.
The driving unit drives the rotary shaft to rotate, converts the rotary force of the rotary shaft into a massage operation by the conversion unit, and activates the back massage member 16, thereby activating the back massage mechanism 15. The driving unit includes a driving motor that generates a rotational driving force, and a gear box that reduces the rotational driving force to a predetermined speed and transmits the reduced rotational driving force to the rotating shaft.
The conversion section converts the rotational force of the rotational shaft into a massage operation (swing motion) of the back massage member 16. The switching portions are provided on the base end sides of the pair of back massage members 16, respectively, and are rotatably attached to a rotating shaft penetrating the base end sides.
The conversion unit has: an inclined boss portion that rotates integrally with the rotary shaft, an annular fitting portion that is provided on the proximal end side of the back massage member 16 and that is fitted to the inclined boss portion, and a regulating portion that regulates the back massage member 16 to rotate together with the rotary shaft.
The inclined boss portion has a rotation shaft penetrating therethrough, and has a cam surface inclined with respect to the rotation shaft on an outer peripheral surface thereof. The inclined boss portion rotates obliquely with respect to the axis of the rotating shaft. The inclination of the inclined boss portion (cam surface) is formed, for example, by: the back massage members 16 are inclined in opposite directions to each other.
The annular fitting portion is formed on the proximal end side of the back massage member 16 and is fitted to the inclined boss portion in a relatively rotatable manner. The back massage member 16 performs a swinging motion by the inclined rotation of the inclined boss portion externally fitted to the annular fitting portion.
The restricting portion is provided on the annular fitting portion and restricts the annular fitting portion from rotating together with the inclined boss portion. The regulating portion has a regulating pin provided in the annular fitting portion and a regulating groove provided in the base body 19 and into which the regulating pin is slidably fitted. The regulation pin is provided to protrude from the annular fitting portion in a direction opposite to the back massage member 16. The base body 19 facing the regulating pin is provided with a regulating groove which is long in the left-right direction. The regulating pin is slidably inserted into the regulating groove, and the regulating pin swings left and right in a substantially horizontal direction.
The basic device configuration of the back massage mechanism 15 described above is substantially the same as the configuration described in, for example, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2017-153733. Since various mechanisms can be employed as the moving mechanism of the back massage mechanism 15, detailed description thereof is omitted.
The back massage mechanism 15 moves in the vertical direction (the inclined direction) along a pair of left and right back guide rails 18 disposed inside the backrest 3 (the support frame 14).
The back rail 18 is a curved rail member that bulges forward from a middle portion in the vertical direction to a lower end, and a rack gear and a rail groove are formed so as to extend along the rail member. The rack gear and the guide rail groove are members facing in the same direction. The rack gear is configured such that: and a movable transmission (pinion) provided on the base body 19 side of the back massage mechanism 15. The movable transmission device is rotationally driven by a moving mechanism provided in the back massage mechanism 15. The guide rail groove is formed as follows: the movable rollers provided on the base body 19 side of the back massage mechanism 15 are fitted.
That is, when the movable transmission is rotationally driven while the movable roller is movably fitted into the guide rail groove and the movable transmission is engaged with the rack transmission of the back rail 18, the back massage mechanism 15 moves in the vertical direction (the inclined direction) along the back rail 18.
The configuration of the back rail 18 is exemplified by a configuration in which the traveling transmission device is engaged with the rack transmission device and the traveling roller is fitted into the rail groove so as to be movable, but this is merely an example, and another configuration may be adopted.
The basic configuration of the seat massage mechanism 10 and the seat rail 13 is substantially the same as the configuration of the back massage mechanism 15 and the back rail 18 described above. That is, since the back massage mechanism 15 and the back rail 18 are provided on the seat 2, detailed description thereof is omitted.
The embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects, and should not be construed as being restrictive. In particular, matters not explicitly disclosed in the embodiments disclosed herein, such as operating conditions, and dimensions and weights of constituent members, are not beyond the range of ordinary practice of those skilled in the art, and matters that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art are employed.
For example, in the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15, one treatment member may be attached to each massage member (four treatment members in total), or two treatment members may be attached to each massage member (eight treatment members in total) (see fig. 1).
In addition, the above-described configuration in which the control unit operates the seat massage mechanism 10 and the back massage mechanism 15 in an interlocking manner may be configured such that: for example, by programming a plurality of motions in advance as an automatic massage process, selection and instruction can be freely performed by an operation terminal (remote controller) or the like provided in the seat massager 1.
In addition, the chair massager 1 of the present invention may be configured, for example, such that: the control unit is operated by a portable electronic information terminal (for example, a smartphone typified by an iPhone (registered trademark)) held by the user.
