本发明公开了一种便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯,包括控制单元、灯杆、灯头支架、太阳能支架、LED灯头和太阳能电池板;灯杆侧壁固定有多个L形固定架,每个L形固定架处固定有一个被所述L形固定架插入的蓄电池容纳盒,蓄电池容纳盒内容纳有蓄电池,蓄电池容纳盒的顶端和底端均具有开口,底端的开口处固定有十字形的支架,顶端的开口上方还具有圆形挡片;灯杆处还固定有圆环形挡板;L形固定架具有4个且位于同一水平高度;灯杆侧壁还具有进气孔和4个出气孔,灯杆内安装有散热风扇,蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的一侧具有透气孔,每个出气孔与一个蓄电池容纳盒的透气孔连通。本发明的路灯易于安装蓄电池,且易于对蓄电池进行散热。

技术领域
本发明涉及路灯领域,具体涉及一种便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯。
背景技术
路灯,指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,泛指交通照明中路面照明范围内的灯具。路灯被广泛运用于各种需要照明的地方。并且随着技术的进步,越来越多的路灯开始使用太阳能LED路灯,这种路灯需要配套安装蓄电池,然而蓄电池在使用过程中需要散热,传统的安装于预埋箱中,不利于散热,且容易被盗,需要新的解决方案。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯。
技术方案:一种便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯,包括控制单元、灯杆、固定于灯杆的灯头支架、固定于灯杆的太阳能支架、固定于灯头支架的LED灯头和固定于所述太阳能支架的太阳能电池板;所述灯杆侧壁固定有多个L形固定架,每个L形固定架处固定有一个被所述L形固定架插入的蓄电池容纳盒,所述蓄电池容纳盒内容纳有蓄电池,所述蓄电池容纳盒的顶端和底端均具有开口,底端的开口处固定有十字形的支架,顶端的开口上方还具有圆形挡片,所述圆形挡片通过连接柱与所述蓄电池容纳盒固定连接;所述灯杆处还固定有圆环形挡板,所述圆环形挡板位于所有的蓄电池容纳盒的上方;所述L形固定架具有4个且位于同一水平高度;所述灯杆侧壁还具有进气孔和4个出气孔,所述灯杆内安装有散热风扇,所述蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的一侧具有透气孔,每个出气孔与一个蓄电池容纳盒的透气孔连通。
进一步地,每个蓄电池容纳盒具有1个所述透气孔,所述出气孔和透气孔均为圆形,所述灯杆为中空的圆柱形灯杆,所述灯杆的顶端封闭,所述蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的一面为弧面状;所述蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的侧壁具有被所述L形固定架插入的盲孔。
进一步地,所述圆形挡片为塑料片,每个圆形挡片连接有3个连接柱。
进一步地,所述进气孔具有4个且位于同一水平高度,所述进气孔位于散热风扇的下方。
进一步地,所述灯杆侧壁还具有第一穿孔,所述L形固定架插入蓄电池容纳盒的部分具有第二穿孔,所述蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的侧壁还具有第三穿孔,所述第一、二、三穿孔均为圆孔、直径相等且半径相等;所述第三穿孔和所述盲孔是相交的。
进一步地,所述圆环形挡板和灯杆之间具有橡胶密封圈。
有益效果:本发明的路灯,蓄电池安装箱可以安装在灯杆的外侧壁,且采用插入的固定方式,固定方式简单,并且易于散热,由于安装在高处,防盗效果也好。

一种便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯,包括控制单元、灯杆1、固定于灯杆1的灯头支架、固定于灯杆1的太阳能支架、固定于灯头支架的LED灯头和固定于所述太阳能支架的太阳能电池板;所述灯杆侧壁固定有多个L形固定架4,每个L形固定架4处固定有一个被所述L形固定架4插入的蓄电池容纳盒3.1,所述蓄电池容纳盒3.1内容纳有蓄电池,所述蓄电池容纳盒3.1的顶端和底端均具有开口,底端的开口处固定有十字形的支架3.4,顶端的开口上方还具有圆形挡片3.2,所述圆形挡片3.2通过连接柱3.3与所述蓄电池容纳盒固定连接;所述灯杆1处还固定有圆环形挡板2.1,所述圆环形挡板2.1位于所有的蓄电池容纳盒3的上方;所述L形固定架4具有4个且位于同一水平高度;所述灯杆侧壁还具有进气孔1.1和4个出气孔5.1,所述灯杆内安装有散热风扇7,所述蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的一侧具有透气孔5.2,每个出气孔5.1与一个蓄电池容纳盒的透气孔5.2连通。
每个蓄电池容纳盒3具有1个所述透气孔,所述出气孔5.1和透气孔5.2均为圆形,所述灯杆1为中空的圆柱形灯杆,所述灯杆1的顶端封闭,所述蓄电池容纳盒3面对灯杆1的一面为弧面状;所述蓄电池容纳盒3面对灯杆的侧壁具有被所述L形固定架插入的盲孔。所述圆形挡片为塑料片,每个圆形挡片连接有3个连接柱。所述进气孔具有4个且位于同一水平高度,所述进气孔位于散热风扇的下方。所述灯杆侧壁还具有第一穿孔6.1,所述L形固定架插入蓄电池容纳盒的部分具有第二穿孔6.2,所述蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的侧壁还具有第三穿孔6.3,所述第一、二、三穿孔均为圆孔、直径相等且半径相等;所述第三穿孔6.1和所述盲孔是相交的。所述圆环形挡板2.1和灯杆之间具有橡胶密封圈2.2。
本发明的路灯,蓄电池容纳盒可以通过盲孔插入L形固定架的方式将蓄电池容纳盒固定在灯杆的侧壁的高处,并且容纳盒的顶部和顶部均开口,蓄电池可以固定在蓄电池容纳盒的十字形支架处,普通散热模式下,散热风扇不需要打开,蓄电池的周围的空气变热上升,新的空气从底部进入蓄电池容纳盒内,形成气流的循环。当需要更好的散热时,进入应急散热模式,此时散热风扇开启,从而气流从进气孔进入灯杆内,从出气孔出来,再经过透气孔,从蓄电池容纳盒的底部(一部分气流从顶部流出)流出,形成风冷的气流。可以在每一个蓄电池容纳盒内安装温度传感器,当一个以上的温度传感器的测量值大于设定阈值时,控制单元控制进入所述应急散热模式。由于蓄电池容纳盒安装在高处,因此不易被盗,且高空的气流的流动性好,易于散热。
尽管本发明就优选实施方式进行了示意和描述,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,只要不超出本发明的权利要求所限定的范围,可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

1.一种便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,包括控制单元、灯杆、固定于灯杆的灯头支架、固定于灯杆的太阳能支架、固定于灯头支架的LED灯头和固定于所述太阳能支架的太阳能电池板;所述灯杆侧壁固定有多个L形固定架,每个L形固定架处固定有一个被所述L形固定架插入的蓄电池容纳盒,所述蓄电池容纳盒内容纳有蓄电池,所述蓄电池容纳盒的顶端和底端均具有开口,底端的开口处固定有十字形的支架,顶端的开口上方还具有圆形挡片,所述圆形挡片通过连接柱与所述蓄电池容纳盒固定连接;所述灯杆处还固定有圆环形挡板,所述圆环形挡板位于所有的蓄电池容纳盒的上方;所述L形固定架具有4个且位于同一水平高度;所述灯杆侧壁还具有进气孔和4个出气孔,所述灯杆内安装有散热风扇,所述蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的一侧具有透气孔,每个出气孔与一个蓄电池容纳盒的透气孔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,每个蓄电池容纳盒具有1个所述透气孔,所述出气孔和透气孔均为圆形,所述灯杆为中空的圆柱形灯杆,所述灯杆的顶端封闭,所述蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的一面为弧面状;所述蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的侧壁具有被所述L形固定架插入的盲孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,所述圆形挡片为塑料片,每个圆形挡片连接有3个连接柱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,所述进气孔具有4个且位于同一水平高度,所述进气孔位于散热风扇的下方。
5.根据权利要求2所述的便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,所述灯杆侧壁还具有第一穿孔,所述L形固定架插入蓄电池容纳盒的部分具有第二穿孔,所述蓄电池容纳盒面对灯杆的侧壁还具有第三穿孔,所述第一、二、三穿孔均为圆孔、直径相等且半径相等;所述第三穿孔和所述盲孔是相交的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装蓄电池的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,所述圆环形挡板和灯杆之间具有橡胶密封圈。
