本发明公开了一种太阳能LED高效散热高杆灯,包括灯杆和灯头,所述灯头包括第一圆柱形壳体和第二圆柱形壳体,第一圆柱形壳体的顶部具有太阳能电池板;第一圆柱形壳体的下表面具有多个安装孔,安装孔处固定有LED灯珠安装板,LED安装板上安装有LED灯珠,安装板还与导热元件连接,导热元件上固定有散热翅片,第一圆柱形壳体内还固定有电机,电机轴上具有散热叶片,散热叶片位于第二圆柱形壳体内,第二圆柱形壳体下端具有多个出气孔;第二圆柱形壳体固定在灯杆的顶端,灯杆内具有蓄电池支撑板,支撑板上承载有蓄电池,灯杆的侧壁具有多个散热孔;路灯还包括控制器和充放电电路。本发明的路灯散热效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及路灯领域,具体涉及一种太阳能LED高效散热高杆灯。
背景技术
随着城市化的发展,路灯作为城市道路照明的主要设备,应用越来越广,并且随着技术的进步,路灯越来越向新光源、新能源的方向发展,现有的主要体现为LED光源以及太阳能,但是LED光源和配合太阳能使用的蓄电池在散热方面都存在着一定的技术问题需要克服,一定程度限制了新型路灯的发展。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种太阳能LED高效散热高杆灯。
技术方案:一种太阳能LED高效散热路灯,包括灯杆和灯头,所述灯头包括第一圆柱形壳体和第二圆柱形壳体,所述第一圆柱形壳体的顶部具有太阳能电池板;所述第一圆柱形壳体下表面具有出气敞口,所述第二圆柱形壳体的顶端敞开,所述第二圆柱形壳体固定在第一圆柱形壳体下表面,且第二圆柱形壳体敞开的顶端与所述出气敞口联通;所述第一圆柱形壳体侧壁还包括多个进气孔;所述第一圆柱形壳体的下表面具有多个安装孔,所述安装孔处固定有LED灯珠安装板,所述LED安装板上安装有LED灯珠,所述安装板还与导热元件连接,所述导热元件上固定有散热翅片,所述第一圆柱形壳体内还固定有电机,所述电机轴上具有散热叶片,所述散热叶片位于所述第二圆柱形壳体内,所述第二圆柱形壳体下端具有多个出气孔;所述第二圆柱形壳体固定在灯杆的顶端,所述灯杆内具有蓄电池支撑板,所述支撑板上承载有蓄电池,所述灯杆的侧壁具有多个散热孔;所述路灯还包括控制器和充放电电路。
进一步地,所述路灯还包括顶端和底端敞开的锥台形罩,所述锥台形罩的顶端固定在第二圆柱形壳体上。
进一步地,所述第一圆柱形壳体下表面具有8个安装孔;所述进气孔的数量为8个。
进一步地,所述出气孔的数量为8个;所述散热孔的数量为32个。
进一步地,所述电机固定在第一圆柱形壳体的内顶部;所述导热元件和散热翅片一体成型。
本发明的路灯,在使用新能源、LED光源时,同时保证好的散热效果。

使用时,白天灯头顶部的太阳能电池板可以提供发电,到了晚上LED灯珠点亮时,控制器控制电机同时启动,气流从进气孔进入第一圆柱形壳体带走散热翅片的热量、进入第二圆柱形壳体、从出气孔出来进行散热。同时从出气孔出来向下的气流能够同时迅速带走从散热孔散发的热量,从而同时帮助了蓄电池的散热。锥台形罩可以防止雨水进入散热孔内。
尽管本发明就优选实施方式进行了示意和描述,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,只要不超出本发明的权利要求所限定的范围,可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

1.一种太阳能LED高效散热高杆灯,其特征在于,包括灯杆和灯头,所述灯头包括第一圆柱形壳体和第二圆柱形壳体,所述第一圆柱形壳体的顶部具有太阳能电池板;所述第一圆柱形壳体下表面具有出气敞口,所述第二圆柱形壳体的顶端敞开,所述第二圆柱形壳体固定在第一圆柱形壳体下表面,且第二圆柱形壳体敞开的顶端与所述出气敞口联通;所述第一圆柱形壳体侧壁还包括多个进气孔;所述第一圆柱形壳体的下表面具有多个安装孔,所述安装孔处固定有LED灯珠安装板,所述LED安装板上安装有LED灯珠,所述安装板还与导热元件连接,所述导热元件上固定有散热翅片,所述第一圆柱形壳体内还固定有电机,所述电机轴上具有散热叶片,所述散热叶片位于所述第二圆柱形壳体内,所述第二圆柱形壳体下端具有多个出气孔;所述第二圆柱形壳体固定在灯杆的顶端,所述灯杆内具有蓄电池支撑板,所述支撑板上承载有蓄电池,所述灯杆的侧壁具有多个散热孔;所述路灯还包括控制器和充放电电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能LED高效散热高杆灯,其特征在于,所述路灯还包括顶端和底端敞开的锥台形罩,所述锥台形罩的顶端固定在第二圆柱形壳体上。
