本发明公开了一种高效散热LED路灯,包括灯杆和灯头,灯杆侧壁具有进气孔和出气孔,内具有横杆,所述横杆处安装有散热风扇,散热风扇位于所述进气孔和出气孔之间;灯头包括框部、导热块、安装基板、多个LED灯珠、多个第一散热翅片、多个第二散热翅片、灯罩、透光罩,导热块包括环形凸起和倒锥台形凸起,安装基板固定于环形凸起的下表面,多个第二散热翅片固定于倒锥台形凸起的下表面,多个第二散热翅片伸入灯杆内;倒锥台形凸起和所述环形凸起之间具环形垫板,环形垫板与所述灯杆顶部固定连接。本发明的路灯设置了两组散热翅片,从而散热效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,具体涉及一种高效散热LED路灯。
背景技术
随着技术的进步,LED路灯由于其亮度高、能耗低灯原因逐渐取代其他的光源形式,成为路灯中最常使用的光源。然而LED路灯也有着其固定有的缺陷,特别当LED灯头的电路板上焊接的LED芯片过多时,导致散热困难,会影响路灯的使用寿命。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高效散热LED路灯。
技术方案:一种高效散热LED路灯,其特征在于,包括灯杆和灯头,所述灯杆侧壁具有进气孔和出气孔,所述灯杆内具有横杆,所述横杆处安装有散热风扇,所述散热风扇位于所述进气孔和出气孔之间;所述灯头包括框部、导热块、与所述导热块固定的环形的安装基板、安装于所述安装基板的多个LED灯珠、固定于所述导热块上表面的多个第一散热翅片、固定于导热块下表面的多个第二散热翅片、与所述框部固定的位于框部上方的灯罩、与所述框部固定的位于框部下方的圆环形的透光罩,所述导热块包括环形凸起和倒锥台形凸起,所述安装基板固定于环形凸起的下表面,多个第二散热翅片固定于倒锥台形凸起的下表面,多个第二散热翅片伸入所述灯杆内,所述散热风扇位于多个第二散热翅片的下方;所述倒锥台形凸起和所述环形凸起之间具有与所述导热块固定的环形垫板,所述环形垫板与所述灯杆顶部固定连接,所述透光罩的外圆周与所述框部固定,所述透光罩的内圆周与所述灯杆侧壁固定。
进一步地,多个进气孔均为直径相等的圆孔,呈一圈排列,且位于同一水平高度。
进一步地,多个出气孔均为直径相等的圆孔,呈一圈排列,且位于同一水平高度。
进一步地,所述第一、二散热翅片均由铜铝合金制成。
进一步地,多个LED灯珠呈环形阵列分布。
进一步地,多个第二散热翅片的下边缘位于同一水平高度,且第二散热翅片的下边缘低于所述出气孔的下边缘。
进一步地,所述环形垫板与所述灯杆顶部焊接固定。
进一步地,所述透光罩的内圆周与所述灯杆侧壁通过粘结胶固定。
有益效果:本发明的路灯,散热效果好,第一、二散热翅片实现高效散热。

本发明的路灯,使用环形光源的形式,能够发出环形的照射光。并且设置了两组散热翅片,第一散热翅片能够自然散热,第二散热翅片能够风冷散热,并且导热块表面积较大,从而散热效果好,有利于提高路灯的使用寿命。
尽管本发明就优选实施方式进行了示意和描述,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,只要不超出本发明的权利要求所限定的范围,可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

1.一种高效散热LED路灯,其特征在于,包括灯杆和灯头,所述灯杆侧壁具有进气孔和出气孔,所述灯杆内具有横杆,所述横杆处安装有散热风扇,所述散热风扇位于所述进气孔和出气孔之间;所述灯头包括框部、导热块、与所述导热块固定的环形的安装基板、安装于所述安装基板的多个LED灯珠、固定于所述导热块上表面的多个第一散热翅片、固定于导热块下表面的多个第二散热翅片、与所述框部固定的位于框部上方的灯罩、与所述框部固定的位于框部下方的圆环形的透光罩,所述导热块包括环形凸起和倒锥台形凸起,所述安装基板固定于环形凸起的下表面,多个第二散热翅片固定于倒锥台形凸起的下表面,多个第二散热翅片伸入所述灯杆内,所述散热风扇位于多个第二散热翅片的下方;所述倒锥台形凸起和所述环形凸起之间具有与所述导热块固定的环形垫板,所述环形垫板与所述灯杆顶部固定连接,所述透光罩的外圆周与所述框部固定,所述透光罩的内圆周与所述灯杆侧壁固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效散热LED路灯,其特征在于,多个进气孔均为直径相等的圆孔,呈一圈排列,且位于同一水平高度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效散热LED路灯,其特征在于,多个出气孔均为直径相等的圆孔,呈一圈排列,且位于同一水平高度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效散热LED路灯,其特征在于,所述第一、二散热翅片均由铜铝合金制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效散热LED路灯,其特征在于,多个LED灯珠呈环形阵列分布。
6.根据权利要求3所述的高效散热LED路灯,其特征在于,多个第二散热翅片的下边缘位于同一水平高度,且第二散热翅片的下边缘低于所述出气孔的下边缘。
