本发明公开了一种瓦楞原纸施胶工艺,该方法包括以下步骤:1)纤维木浆的打浆处理;2)添加施胶剂进行浆料的内部施胶处理;3)浆料稀释上网、压榨、干燥;4)进行原纸的表面施胶;5)施胶后进行自然冷却。本发明瓦楞原纸施胶工艺采用内外双重施胶处理,提高了原纸的抗水性及表面强度,减少纸张掉毛掉粉;改善纸张印刷试印性,显著提高了瓦楞原纸的环压指数。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓦楞原纸施胶工艺。
背景技术
在瓦楞纸生产中,通过使用合理的造纸化学品,可以有效提高和改进瓦楞纸的质量,满足市场需求,同时还能提高车速,降低成本,进一步提高产品的竞争力,满足市场需求。瓦楞原纸生产过程中使用的化学品主要有增强剂、施胶剂等几大类。表面施胶是一种对瓦楞纸表面处理以提高其应用性能的重要方式。在处理过程中需要在瓦楞纸纸张表面均匀涂布一定量的胶料(一般涂布量控制在0.3~2g/m 2之间)。表面施胶处理不仅提高了瓦楞纸的抗液体渗透能力,而且还能提高其机械强度、表面性能和印刷性能,同时降低了浆内施胶剂的用量,减轻了由于浆内施胶造成的机械沾污等问题。然而,南方气候潮湿,瓦楞纸容易回潮,回潮后环压强度下降造成产品档次不高。目前,解决的方法主要是在木薯淀粉熬制时添加PVA,并通过浆内添加松香胶或AKD、ASA以及表面施胶剂来提高纸张的抗水性和抗回潮性。但这几种方法都有一定的局限性:AKD需要熟化期;松香胶表面施胶剂价格高,生产成本高;ASA需要现场配制,并且容易分解;木薯淀粉短缺,售价较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种操作简单,成本低,大大提高抗水性的瓦楞原纸施胶工艺。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种瓦楞原纸施胶工艺,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)纤维木浆的打浆处理;
2)添加施胶剂进行浆料的内部施胶处理;
3)浆料稀释上网、压榨、干燥;
4)进行原纸的表面施胶;
5)施胶后进行自然冷却。
进一步地,所述在瓦楞原纸施胶工艺步骤1中,纤维木浆为韧皮纤维、针叶纤维木浆中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述在瓦楞原纸施胶工艺步骤2中,内部施胶采用苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物。
进一步地,所述在瓦楞原纸施胶工艺步骤4中,表面施胶采用硬脂酸和阳离子乳化剂形成的乳化物。
进一步地,所述在瓦楞原纸施胶工艺步骤4中,表面施胶的乳化物浓度为10%-16%,粘度为15-30mPas,温度控制在60-70℃。
本发明瓦楞原纸施胶工艺的有益效果是:所述瓦楞原纸施胶工艺采用内外双重施胶处理,提高了原纸的抗水性及表面强度,减少纸张掉毛掉粉;改善纸张印刷试印性,显著提高了瓦楞原纸的环压指数。

1)纤维木浆的打浆处理;

3)浆料稀释上网、压榨、干燥;
4)进行原纸的表面施胶;
5)施胶后进行自然冷却。
所述在瓦楞原纸施胶工艺步骤1中,纤维木浆为韧皮纤维、针叶纤维木浆中的一种或两种。
所述在瓦楞原纸施胶工艺步骤2中,内部施胶采用苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物。
所述在瓦楞原纸施胶工艺步骤4中,表面施胶采用硬脂酸和阳离子乳化剂形成的乳化物。
所述在瓦楞原纸施胶工艺步骤4中,表面施胶的乳化物浓度为10%-16%,粘度为15-30mPas,温度控制在60-70℃。

3)浆料稀释上网、压榨、干燥;
4)进行原纸的表面施胶;
5)施胶后进行自然冷却。
