Abstract
The invention discloses semi-plastic biogas preparation equipment and a preparation method of a sealing bag thereof. The co-processing and the full utilization of the fermentation materials are realized through the co-processing of the domestic perishable garbage and the toilet excrement and sewage and the double-tank circulation; the sealing bag takes high-strength fiber mesh cloth and polyvinyl chloride red mud plastic rubber as raw materials, has excellent photo-thermal resistance, ageing resistance, permeation resistance, perforation resistance and acid-base corrosion resistance, is applied to methane preparation equipment, and can obviously prolong the service life of the equipment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of methane preparation, in particular to semi-plastic methane preparation equipment and a preparation method of a sealing bag thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the vigorous promotion of environmental protection and the utilization of renewable resources in China, biogas becomes an indispensable resource, and biogas preparation equipment is more and more widely applied. The semi-plastic methane preparation equipment is more and more commonly applied due to simple construction and low cost. The raw materials for biogas fermentation are generally toilet excrement and household perishable garbage, but the existing semi-plastic biogas preparation equipment only performs fermentation on a single raw material and prepares biogas through single-tank fermentation, so that the fermentation is incomplete, the efficiency is low, and the resource utilization is insufficient. A double-tank circulating semi-plastic type methane preparation device capable of cooperatively treating toilet excrement and household perishable garbage is urgently needed.

The marsh gas preparing equipment consists of a perishable garbage storage box, a crushing machine room, a crusher, an inlet pipe, a pre-mixing tank, a sealed bag anaerobic tank and a material storage tank. the invention can cooperatively treat perishable garbage and toilet feces through one device, does not need to separately treat fermentation raw materials, saves time and cost; the anaerobic fermentation tank is provided with the two sealed bag anaerobic tanks, so that fermentation raw materials can be fully fermented, more biogas resources can be obtained, and the full utilization of the resources can be realized; the sealing bag of the methane preparation equipment has excellent photo-thermal resistance, ageing resistance, penetration resistance, perforation resistance and acid-alkali corrosion resistance.

The inlet pipe 3 is divided into a perishable garbage inlet pipe and a toilet feces inlet pipe, the perishable garbage inlet pipe is arranged on a crusher 4, and the crusher 4 is arranged in the crusher room 2; the toilet excrement inlet pipe is arranged on a first expected mixing tank 5, the first expected mixing tank 5 is built below the side of the crusher room 2, and the first expected mixing tank and the crusher room are connected through a pipeline; a first sealed bag anaerobic tank 7 is arranged on the other side of the first pre-material stirring tank 5 and is connected with the first sealed bag anaerobic tank through a pipeline; a second pre-material stirring tank 6 is arranged on the other side of the first sealed bag anaerobic tank 7 and is connected with the first sealed bag anaerobic tank through a pipeline; a second sealed bag anaerobic tank 8 is arranged on the other side of the second pre-mixing stirring tank 6 and is connected with the second sealed bag anaerobic tank through a pipeline; a material storage tank 9 is arranged on the other side of the second sealed bag anaerobic tank 8 and is connected with the second sealed bag anaerobic tank through a pipeline; stirring pages 10 are installed inside the first prediction stirring tank 5 and the second prediction stirring tank 6, pumps 12 are installed in the second prediction stirring tank, the first sealed bag anaerobic tank, the second sealed bag anaerobic tank and the material storage tank, and the sealed bag anaerobic tank is formed by building external bricks by taking sealed bags as inner containers.
When in use:
putting the toilet excrement into a first expected stirring tank 5 through an inlet pipe 3, conveying the perishable garbage in a perishable garbage storage box 1 to a crusher room 2 through a conveyor belt 11, manually putting the perishable garbage into the crusher 4 from the inlet pipe 3 for crushing treatment to form garbage liquid, discharging the garbage liquid into the first expected stirring tank 5 through a pipeline by virtue of gravity to be mixed with the toilet excrement, opening a switch of a stirring blade 10, fully stirring and mixing the garbage liquid and the toilet excrement to form a fermentation material, pumping the fermentation material into a first sealed bag anaerobic tank 7 through a pipeline and a pump 12 for anaerobic treatment for seven days, pumping the primarily fermented fermentation material slag liquid into a second expected stirring tank 6 through a pipeline and a pump 12 after seven days, fully stirring and mixing by opening a switch of the stirring blade 10, pumping the primarily fermented fermentation material slag liquid into a second sealed bag anaerobic tank 8 through a pipeline and a pump 12 for anaerobic treatment for 4 days, and after 4 days, pumping the residual slag liquid into a storage pool 9 through a pipeline and a pump 12 to be used as fertilizer for storage and returning to the field.
