Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the tilt arm 90 is in an inverted U shape and is disposed around the cab 82. The rotary driving piece 120 is arranged on one side, close to the mounting end, of the turnover arm support 90, the fixed end of the rotary driving piece 120 is hinged to the rotary supporting seat 70, the driving end of the rotary driving piece 120 is hinged to the inner side wall of the turnover arm support 90, the arrangement mode of the rotary driving piece 120 can greatly reduce the mounting space required by the whole feeding turnover mechanism, and meanwhile, more arrangement spaces are reserved for the garbage loading box 81 on the chassis. Preferably, the shape of the turning arm support 90 is not limited to the specific shape of the present application, and may be other shapes, and only the distance L1 between the garbage bin and the top of the garbage loading bin can be made as small as possible without interfering with the cab and the garbage loading bin during the turning process. The blanking driving part 130 is arranged on one side of the turning arm support 90 far away from the cab 82, the fixed end of the blanking driving part 130 is hinged with the outer side wall of the turning arm support 90, and the driving end of the blanking driving part 130 is hinged with the fork support 110.
In this alternative, as shown in fig. 2, the tilt arm support 90 includes two tilt hook arms 91 disposed opposite to each other and respectively disposed at two sides of the cab 82, and a plurality of connecting rods (not shown) connecting the two tilt hook arms 91. The turnover hook arm 91 is in an inverted U shape and comprises a first side arm 911, a top arm 912 and a second side arm 913 which are sequentially connected, the free end of the first side arm 911 is hinged to the rotary support seat 70, the free end of the second side arm 913 is bent and folded towards the first side arm 911, and the fork tool support 110 is hinged to the free end of the second side arm 913. The rotary driving member 120 includes two rotary cylinders corresponding to the two turning hook arms 91, a fixed end of the rotary cylinder is hinged to the rotary support base 70, and a driving end of the rotary cylinder is hinged to an inner wall of the first side arm 911 corresponding to the rotary cylinder. The blanking driving part 130 includes two blanking cylinders corresponding to the two turning hook arms 91, a fixed end of each blanking cylinder is hinged to an outer wall of the corresponding second side arm 913, and a driving end of each blanking cylinder is hinged to the fork support 110.
In the alternative, the rotary support seat 70 is detachably fixed on the front end surface of the garbage loading bin 81 through a waist-shaped hole by bolts, and the rotary support seat 70 is assembled in such a way that the purposes of simple manufacture, reliable stress and adjustable installation position are achieved. Preferably, the assembly method of the rotary support seat 70 is not limited to the bolt connection in this application, and may be a connection method such as a snap plate and a pin.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the fork support 110 includes a connecting rod 111, a fork blade 112 respectively fixedly mounted on the outer circles of the two ends of the connecting rod 111, connecting convex seats 113 respectively fixedly connected to the two ends of the connecting rod 111, and separate shaft seats 114 respectively hinged to the corresponding connecting convex seats 113. Two fork blades 112 are respectively inserted into both sides of the dustbin 100 to extract the dustbin 100. The driving end of the blanking oil cylinder is hinged with a correspondingly arranged connecting convex seat 113. The free end of the second side arm 913 of the flip hook arm 91 is fixedly connected to the corresponding separate axle seat 114.
In this alternative, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, the garbage can 100 is provided with fork blade grooves 50 on both sides thereof, into which correspondingly disposed fork blades 112 are inserted. The insertion end of the fork blade 112 is used for being inserted from one end of the fork blade groove 50 correspondingly arranged on the garbage can 100 and then extending from the other end of the fork blade groove 50, and a part of the fork blade 112 extending out of the fork blade groove 50 is provided with a convex anti-falling projection 1120 for stopping the garbage can 100 from sliding out of the fork blade 112.
In this alternative, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connecting boss 113 includes two connecting lugs 1131 disposed opposite to each other, and a connecting shaft 1132 connected between the two connecting lugs 1131, wherein an outer side wall of one connecting lug 1131 is fixed to an end of a corresponding end of the connecting rod 111, and a driving end of a correspondingly disposed blanking cylinder is hinged between the two connecting lugs 1131 through a hinge shaft. Because the connecting boss 113 is rigidly connected with the connecting rod 111, and the connecting shaft 1132 is rigidly connected with the two connecting lugs 1131, the connecting rod 111 is equivalently rigidly connected with the connecting shaft 1132, compared with the detachable connection of a connecting piece, because the connecting rod 111 spans the whole width direction contour of the cab, the rigid connection of the connecting shaft 1132 is better than the assembly connection stress, the reliability is strong, and the fork support 110 has a more compact and reliable structure.
In this alternative, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the separable shaft seat 114 includes a first half shaft seat 1141 and a second half shaft seat 1142 that are disposed in a half-open manner, and a fastening member (not shown) that locks the first half shaft seat 1141 and the second half shaft seat 1142, the first half shaft seat 1141 is fixed to the end of the free end of the second side arm 913 disposed correspondingly, the contact surfaces of the first half shaft seat 1141 and the second half shaft seat 1142 are respectively provided with an inward concave semicircular groove, the first half shaft seat 1141 and the second half shaft seat 1142 are hinged to the connecting shaft 1132 through a mounting circular hole formed by buckling the semicircular grooves, and the self-lubricating bearing 115 disposed in the mounting circular hole is disposed in the half-open manner. Compared with the integral shaft seat in the prior art, in which the center of the first hinge point is close to the inner side of the contour of the second side arm 913, the structure of the separable shaft seat 114 of the present invention can greatly shorten the distance L1 between the bottom of the garbage bin 100 and the top of the garbage loading bin 81, thereby greatly reducing the probability of the garbage being thrown out to pollute the surrounding environment. Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the shaft seat is a separate type, and a split self-lubricating bearing is used in the separate type shaft seat, mainly to meet the requirements of installation and lubrication of the connecting shaft 1132, which is rigidly installed on the fork support 110, in the shaft seat.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a combined sanitation apparatus, including: the garbage recycling system comprises a vehicle-mounted environmental sanitation device 80 used for transporting garbage and a garbage can 100 which is matched with the vehicle-mounted environmental sanitation device 80 and used for recycling and containing garbage at a garbage recycling point. The vehicle-mounted sanitation equipment 80 comprises a cab 82, a chassis 83 connected with the cab 82, a garbage loading bin 81 arranged on the chassis 83, and a front-loading garbage charging and overturning mechanism connected to the garbage loading bin 81.
The combined type environmental sanitation equipment is provided with the front-loading garbage feeding turnover mechanism, so that the combined type environmental sanitation equipment is high in automation degree, accurate and reliable in feeding operation, low in labor intensity of workers, high in safety and high in operation convenience as the unloading operation is not needed; the dustbin 100 has large structural size and large internal accommodating space, so that the feeding amount is large each time, the feeding efficiency is high, and the feeding cost is low; importantly, the distance between the top of the garbage can 100 and the top of the garbage loading box 81 is small, so that the problem that garbage is dumped into the garbage loading box 81 and is easy to throw outwards due to overlarge gap between the top of the garbage can 100 and the top of the garbage loading box 81 can be solved, the garbage throwing quality is high, the surrounding environment is not affected in the throwing process, and the throwing and overturning mechanism is simple in structure, simple in action process and easy to manufacture and implement.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, the trash bin 100 of this embodiment includes a bin 10 with an opening at the top, a receiving cavity communicating with the opening is provided in the bin 10, the trash bin 100 further includes a filtering isolation structure 20 provided in the receiving cavity, the filtering isolation structure 20 includes a filtering section 21 disposed near the bottom of the bin 10 and a blocking section 22 disposed far from the bottom of the bin 10, the blocking section 22 is obliquely disposed and encloses with the bottom of the trash bin 100 to form a liquid storage cavity for receiving liquid, a filtering hole 211 for percolating liquid is provided on the filtering section 21, the filtering section 21 is fixedly connected with the inner sidewall of the first side of the bin 10 to filter the liquid above the filtering isolation structure 20 to the bottom of the bin 10 for storage, the blocking section 22 is hermetically connected with the inner sidewall of the second side of the bin 10 to block the liquid through the blocking section 22 when the bin 10 rotates from the first side toward the second side, preventing liquid from flowing back through the filter holes 211 and out the openings.
According to the garbage can 100, the filtering and isolating structure 20 is arranged in the containing cavity, the filtering and isolating structure 20 comprises the filtering section 21 arranged close to the bottom of the can body 10 and the blocking section 22 arranged far away from the bottom of the can body 10, the blocking section 22 is obliquely arranged and is enclosed with the bottom of the garbage can 100 to form the liquid storage cavity for containing liquid, when the garbage can 100 is normally placed and stored, water can flow to the filtering section 21 along the surface of the blocking section 22 in the garbage standing process and flows into the bottom of the garbage can 100 along with the filtering holes 211 in the filtering section 21 for storage, so that the water in the garbage can be separated, and the garbage is prevented from being in a wet state continuously to breed bacteria and viruses; when the garbage bin 100 is operated to dump garbage in the garbage bin 100, leachate at the bottom of the garbage bin 100 is blocked between the blocking section 22 and the bottom of the bin body 10, and the leachate cannot be dumped along with other garbage, so that the separated leachate and garbage can be well separated for treatment.
It can be understood that the garbage can 100 of the present invention can be used not only in the operation process of a garbage operation vehicle, but also in household life and industrial production as long as it is convenient to store garbage and can separate filtrate and garbage when dumped through a garbage can.
It is understood that the shape of the box 10 may be a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a cylindrical shape or other shapes, and in this embodiment, the rectangular parallelepiped shape of the box 10 is taken as an example; the radial size of the filter holes 211 is set according to the actual situation, and may be 1 mm, or other sizes such as 2 mm or 10 mm; the filtering section 21 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the first side of the box body 10, the transition section can be fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the first side of the box body 10 through a fastener, and the filtering section 21 can also be welded with the inner side wall of the first side of the box body 10; the blocking section 22 is connected with the inner sidewall of the second side of the tank 10 in a sealing manner, the blocking section 22 may be connected with the inner sidewall of the second side of the tank 10 in a sealing manner through a sealing member, or the blocking section 22 may be connected with the inner sidewall of the second side of the tank 10 in a welding manner.
It can be understood that the blocking section 22 may be an arc plate or a straight plate disposed obliquely, as long as the liquid is blocked by the blocking section 22 when the box 10 is rotated and inverted from the first side to the second side, and the filtering section 21 may be a straight plate disposed horizontally, or a straight plate or an arc plate disposed obliquely.
More preferably, the both sides of box 10 all are equipped with separation section 22, and two separation sections 22 pass through the filter segment 21 at middle part and connect, and separation section 22 slope sets up, and filter segment 21 level sets up to the height in the middle of making filtration isolating construction 20's both sides is low, and fluid can be from middle infiltration, can not the weeping when box 10 is emptyd along arbitrary side upset. More preferably, a drying device and an ultraviolet disinfection device are arranged in the accommodating cavity of the box body 10, so that garbage can be dried and disinfected conveniently, and the garbage can be rapidly treated.

It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the distance L between the lowest position of the filtering section 21 and the bottom of the box 10 can be set according to practical situations, as long as it can be used for storing the moisture precipitated from the garbage on the upper side of the filtering isolation structure 20 in the bottom of the box 10.
Further, the trash can 100 further includes a cover plate assembly 30 for covering the opening. It will be appreciated that the lid assembly 30 and the housing 10 may be hinged by a hinge, and that the lid assembly 30 may be provided to close the opening, to facilitate preventing the spread of odors inside the trash can 100.

It will be appreciated that the cover assembly 30 is hinged to the side wall of the housing 10 adjacent the filter section 21 so that the barrier section 22 is disposed adjacent the side of the bin 100 from which the bin 100 is dumped, and that when the bin 100 is dumped, liquid flows to the point where the barrier section 22 is attached to the inner wall of the housing 10 and away from the filter section 21 so that no liquid flows out when the bin is dumped.
It is understood that the locking hole 11 may be a fixing hole recessed in the top of the box 10, or may be a locking hook disposed on the top of the box 10, and the locking tongue 411 is shaped like a wedge in order to facilitate opening the cover assembly 30.

It will be appreciated that, in the present embodiment, the guide channel 12 is shaped like a circular arc, the guide shaft 4233 slides in the guide channel 12 centering on the rotation shaft 4232 to swing the link member, so that the link member pulls the pulling rope 421 to control the cover plate assembly 30 to be opened at a proper timing, and the guide member 422 includes a first guide wheel provided at a corner of the box body 10 for extending the free end of the pulling rope 421 from the locking portion 41 to the second guide wheel, and a second guide wheel provided at an upper portion of the guide channel.
Further, referring to fig. 12 and 13 again, in order to facilitate the loading operation of the garbage truck, the garbage can 100 is dumped and collected, the garbage can 100 further includes fork blade grooves 50 respectively disposed at both sides of the garbage can 100, the fork blade grooves 50 are disposed on the outer side wall of the box body 10 adjacent to the hinge joint of the cover plate assembly 30, and the guide through groove 12 is aligned with the bottom of the fork blade groove 50 at one side of the box body 10. It can be understood that, by providing the small door 32, when garbage is thrown in, the small door 32 can be opened by gravity as long as the garbage is put on the small door 32, and since the small door 32 is rotated toward the inside of the container 10, the small door 32 can be prevented from being ejected outside the container 10 to hurt a person, and more preferably, a limit plate is provided on the large door 31 to prevent the small door 32 from being ejected.
Further, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the dustbin 100, a waterproof sealing strip is arranged between the large dustbin door 31 and the dustbin body 10. It will be appreciated that a seal is also provided between the large and small doors 31, 32.
Furthermore, the number of the garbage inlets is two, each garbage inlet is provided with two small box doors 32, and the two small box doors 32 are oppositely arranged. Preferably, the bottom of the box 10 is curved, so that when the box 10 rotates, the percolate at the bottom of the box 10 is uniformly stressed, and the percolate is further prevented from splashing out.
