The face recognition-based garbage classification management method according to claim 1, wherein the face recognition-based garbage classification management method comprises the steps that after a barrel cover is opened by a barrel cover opening and closing module, a camera is started by a garbage bag recognition module to collect photos, content recognition is carried out on the content of the photos, and when two-dimensional codes, bar codes or other identification content appears in the photos, the content of the two-dimensional codes, the bar codes and the like is recognized; identifying that the content has garbage type information, comparing the garbage type information with the default type of the garbage can, and judging whether the garbage type information is consistent with the default type of the garbage can;
if the garbage bag type in the garbage bag two-dimensional code information does not accord with the default type of the garbage can, the control module sends out a voice prompt to remind a user of a garbage throwing error.

The garbage classification management method based on the face recognition as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the barrel cover is opened by the barrel cover switch module of the garbage classification management method based on the face recognition, the garbage recognition module is started, for kitchen garbage, the garbage recognition module adopts a metal detector to detect whether common metals exist in the kitchen garbage, if yes, the garbage throwing is determined not to be in compliance, and the garbage recognition module sends out a prompt tone; for recoverable garbage, an infrared sensor adopted by a garbage recognition module detects whether organic matters such as kitchen garbage exist in the garbage, the kitchen garbage has a fermentation image, during infrared imaging, the temperature of the kitchen garbage can be higher than that of the surrounding environment, in an image collected by the infrared sensor, if the gray value of an infrared image meeting a certain area is higher than a certain threshold value, the kitchen garbage is considered to exist, the garbage throwing is not in compliance, and a garbage recognition module sends a prompt tone.

The face recognition-based garbage classification management method according to claim 1, wherein the control module of the face recognition-based garbage classification management method uploads information such as user identity information, whether garbage dumping is compliant, whether garbage which is not compliant exists in the garbage, and the like to the compliant behavior recording module, and for a behavior of correctly dumping the garbage, the credit management module adds credit points to the ID of a garbage dump; the information and the integral information are stored in the block chain system.
6. A face recognition-based garbage classification management system for implementing the face recognition-based garbage classification management method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the face recognition-based garbage classification management system comprises:
the identity management module is used for carrying out face recognition through the pictures collected by the camera and judging whether the pictures are a user list allowing garbage to be thrown; and feeding back the result to the control module;
the compliance behavior recording module is used for recording the user garbage throwing condition recorded by the control system, whether the user garbage throwing condition meets the compliance requirement and other information in the database;
the point management module is used for converting the data records in the compliance behavior recording module into point information and recording the point information in a database, and the points can be used for enterprise or personal consumption;
and the control module is connected with the identity management module and comprises a processor, a related memory chip and a transmission circuit connected with other modules.
7. The face recognition based spam management system of claim 6 further comprising:
the dustbin cover opening and closing module receives the instruction of the control module and opens and closes a dustbin cover of the dustbin;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring a face photo of the garbage thrower and sending the face photo to the management software part for face recognition;
the garbage bag identification module is used for scanning the two-dimensional code information on the garbage bag and transmitting the two-dimensional code information to the control module for processing;
and the garbage identification module is used for judging the garbage category contained in the garbage through the sensor.

An intelligent garbage classification garbage can carrying the face recognition-based garbage classification management system of claim 6, wherein the intelligent garbage classification garbage can comprises: the garbage can comprises a control module, a can cover opener, a camera, a garbage bag identification module, an infrared sensor, a metal detection sensor and a can body;
the control module is connected with the barrel cover opener, the camera, the garbage bag identification module, the infrared sensor and the metal detection sensor;
the barrel cover opener is installed at the top of the barrel body, the camera is located outside the barrel body, and the infrared sensor, the metal detection sensor and the garbage bag identification module are installed inside the barrel body.
9. The intelligent garbage can of claim 8, wherein the can cover opener comprises a permanent magnet or an electromagnet.
