The track groove is composed of a vertical groove 2a and a transverse groove 2 b; the vertical slots 2a are uniformly distributed along the horizontal direction; each transverse groove 2b is communicated between two adjacent vertical grooves 2a, and the transverse grooves 2b are distributed in an up-down alternating manner in the horizontal direction.
In the invention, the first cylinder 7 and the second cylinder 4 are controlled by a PLC. The distance between every two adjacent vertical grooves 2a is set to be equal to the caliber of the spray gun 10.

During specific use, the front and back positions of the base plate 2 are adjusted by pushing and pulling the seat platform 6 through the first air cylinder 7 until the height position of the base plate 2 is adjusted through the second air cylinder 4, and then the four probes 3 transmit detection signals to the PLC at the same time until the four probes 3 can detect four corners of a license plate, so that the PLC controls the first air cylinder 7 and the second air cylinder 4 to brake.
Further, the spray gun 10 is started and starts to spray water to an area on the license plate, meanwhile, the third air cylinder 12 pulls the U-shaped driving rod 13 up and down in a reciprocating mode, the spray gun 10 slides along with the U-shaped driving rod 13 in the vertical direction to effectively remove dust and clean a vertical line area on the license plate, and when the spray gun 10 moves to an upper limit position or a lower limit position in the vertical groove 2a along with the U-shaped driving rod 13, the elastic force of the spring 11 can drive the spray gun 10 to move rightwards to another vertical groove 2a through the transverse groove 2b so as to spray water and clean a linear area on the license plate.
