A pre-treatment device for perishable garbage according to claim 1, wherein the sorting machine comprises a sorting machine shell, a sieve plate is arranged in the sorting machine shell and divides the sorting machine shell into a sorting chamber and a receiving chamber, a discharge port of the sorting machine is arranged at the bottom of the receiving chamber, the discharge port of the sorting machine is connected with a feed port of the crushing and pulping system, a feed port of the sorting machine is arranged at one end of the sorting chamber along the horizontal direction, a slag outlet of the sorting machine is arranged at the other end of the sorting chamber, the sieve plate is inclined in a mode that one end of the feed port of the sorting machine is high and one end of the slag outlet of the sorting machine is low, the upper surface of the sieve plate is an arc surface, a swing shaft is arranged in the sorting chamber, and a plurality of plate hammers which axially extend along the circumferential distribution of the swing shaft.

A perishable waste pretreatment device as set forth in claim 7, wherein a plurality of pendulum shaft portion cutting edges extending axially along the pendulum shaft circumference are disposed on the end surface of the end of the plate hammer away from the pendulum shaft, a plurality of sieve plate portion cutting edges extending axially along the pendulum shaft circumference are disposed on the upper surface of the sieve plate, the pendulum shaft portion cutting edges are disposed at intervals with the sieve plate portion cutting edges, the spacing distance between adjacent pendulum shaft portion cutting edges and sieve plate portion cutting edges is less than the aperture of the sieve plate mesh, and the distance between the plate hammer and the upper surface of the sieve plate is less than the aperture of the sieve plate mesh.
9. A perishable waste pretreatment device as set forth in claim 7, wherein said sorter further comprises a suction device, and wherein said blower has an inlet end provided with a suction hood located within said collection chamber, said suction hood having a downwardly facing opening.
10. A perishable waste pretreatment method applicable to the perishable waste pretreatment device of claim 1,
firstly, kitchen waste is discharged into a receiving hopper of a receiving system, the kitchen waste is conveyed to a sorting machine through a screw conveyor capable of draining water at the bottom of the receiving hopper, liquid in the kitchen waste flows into a filtrate collecting pool, and the liquid in the filtrate collecting pool is conveyed into an intermediate pool;
secondly, the input kitchen waste is processed through a sorting machine, organic materials wrapped in plastic bags in the kitchen waste are scattered and separated, meanwhile, massive organic materials such as vegetable leaves are also torn and scattered, organic matters form the kitchen waste with the particle size of below 60mm and are output to a crushing and pulping system, and sundries with the particle size of above 60mm are output from a slag outlet of a sorting machine part of the sorting machine;
thirdly, further crushing the kitchen waste through a crushing and pulping system, discharging hard substance sundries from a slag outlet, pulping the materials to form organic coarse slurry, and conveying the organic coarse slurry to a sediment and floating substance removal system after the organic coarse slurry enters a slurry tank;
fourthly, removing the sediment and the floating substances in the organic coarse slurry by the sediment and floating substance removing system and discharging the organic coarse slurry from a slag outlet of the sediment and floating substance removing system, so as to form organic fine slurry, outputting the organic fine slurry to an intermediate pool and then conveying the organic fine slurry to an oil-water separation system;
and fifthly, separating out a water phase substance formed by mixing an organic solid phase and a water phase in the organic fine slurry by the oil-water separation system, conveying the water phase substance to the homogenization buffer tank, conveying the water phase substance to the anaerobic fermentation system for anaerobic fermentation, separating out an oil phase substance, conveying the oil phase substance to the grease intermediate tank, and conveying the oil phase substance to the biodiesel pretreatment system.
