本发明涉及一种长筒型薄壁件内壁清理工具装置，长螺杆(2)穿过压板(1)上的通孔与螺母(3)配装固定，吊环螺钉(5)通过长螺杆(2)两端的螺纹孔配装固定，尼龙绳(6)一端固定在吊环螺钉(5)上，百洁布(4)包裹在压板(1)的圆弧表面，百洁布(4)和压板(1)中间为海绵柔软材质层。本发明用于清理薄壁件内表面，可以有效的清理附着在内壁上的灰尘、油渍等杂质。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种长筒型薄壁件内壁清理工具装置。
背景技术：
电机试验后，部分零部件需要拆卸清洗，其中包含一种长筒型薄壁件。薄壁件由于自身条件受限，局部无法承受较大力量，因此会增加清洗的难度。对于大型电机，其包含的薄壁件尺寸较大，仅靠手工清洗也不方便。如图1中，长筒型薄壁件壁厚不到1mm，在清洗过程中很容易因受力不均，导致局部凸起或变形。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种使用方便、简洁的长筒型薄壁件内壁清理工具装置。本发明的技术方案为：一种长筒型薄壁件内壁清理工具装置，其特征是：长螺杆(2)穿过压板(1)上的通孔与螺母(3)配装固定，吊环螺钉(5)通过长螺杆(2)两端的螺纹孔配装固定，尼龙绳(6)一端固定在吊环螺钉(5)上，百洁布(4)包裹在压板(1)的圆弧表面，百洁布(4)和压板(1)中间为海绵柔软材质层。
压板(1)由多块硬质木材类材料块组合构成，压板(1)的轴向长度与薄壁件内壁半径成正比。
本发明装置具有的两个功能与工作过程：
1、清理附着在薄壁件内壁上的杂质等。
2、可以有效防止清洗时对产品造成的损伤。
3、通过拉拽尼龙绳(6)，使工具可以在薄壁件内壁移动，起到清理作用。
本发明与其它类似工具对比具有以下优点：
重量轻。此工具与薄壁件贴合紧密，可以有效的清理灰尘、油渍等杂质。使用简单，只需通过拉拽工具即可起到清理薄壁件内壁的作用。百洁布(4)可以起到清洁的作用，并且百洁布(4)材质柔软，无污染，不会对薄壁件造成损伤。压板(1)主体是由木材类材料组成，由于木材本身及其加工等因素造成压板(1)圆弧面不平，在压板(1)和百洁布(4)中间添加海绵，可以起到缓冲等作用，防止压板(1)对薄壁件造成划伤等损伤。通过拉拽尼龙绳(6)，使工具可以在薄壁件内壁移动，起到清理作用。压板(1)外层包裹着海绵柔软材质层和百洁布(4)，可以有效避免对薄壁件的磕碰伤。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，一种长筒型薄壁件内壁清理工具装置，长螺杆2穿过压板1上的通孔与螺母3配装固定，吊环螺钉5通过长螺杆2两端的螺纹孔配装固定，尼龙绳6一端固定在吊环螺钉5上，如图3所示，百洁布4包裹在压板1的圆弧表面，百洁布4和压板1中间为海绵柔软材质层。通过拉拽尼龙绳6，使工具可以在薄壁件内壁移动，起到清理作用。
如图2所示，压板1由多块硬质木材类材料块组合构成，压板1的轴向长度与薄壁件内壁半径成正比。

1.一种长筒型薄壁件内壁清理工具装置，其特征是：长螺杆(2)穿过压板(1)上的通孔与螺母(3)配装固定，吊环螺钉(5)通过长螺杆(2)两端的螺纹孔配装固定，尼龙绳(6)一端固定在吊环螺钉(5)上，百洁布(4)包裹在压板(1)的圆弧表面，百洁布(4)和压板(1)中间为海绵柔软材质层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长筒型薄壁件内壁清理工具装置，其特征是：压板(1)由多块硬质木材类材料块组合构成，压板(1)的轴向长度与薄壁件内壁半径成正比。
