本发明在具体实施中,一种外用治疗术后腹胀的黄桂药精油,由以下组分:三七精油3.5mL、大黄精油6.5mL、葱白精油5.5mL、生姜精油4.5mL、肉桂精油5.5mL、乌药精油6.5mL和冰片5.5g,溶解、混匀制成,制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本发明在具体实施中,一种外用治疗术后腹胀的黄桂药精油,由以下组分:三七精油4.5mL、大黄精油5.5mL、葱白精油6.5mL、生姜精油3.5mL、肉桂精油6.5mL、乌药精油5.5mL和冰片6.5g,溶解、混匀制成,制备方法同实施例1。
本发明配伍科学合理,组分互相支持,可有效改善胃肠道功能,用于治疗术后腹胀,用药安全,疗效稳定可靠,并经实验效果非常好,有关资料如下:
一、动物实验
1实验材料
1.1药物试剂
本发明实施例1产品;生理盐水,山东华鲁制药有限公司,批号:G17050803;盐酸阿托品,北京索莱宝科技有限公司,批号:1214A021;鱼松,湖北良品铺子食品有限公司,批号:20171101;面粉:廊坊金沙河面业有限责任公司,批号:GB1355;豆粉:广西南方黑芝麻食品股份有限公司,批号:201710068303K;牛奶:内蒙古蒙牛乳业股份有限公司。批号:GB25190。
1.2实验仪器
JM 1000电子秤,余姚记铭称重校验设备有限公司;AL204电子天平,梅特勒-托利多仪器(上海)有限公司。
1.3实验动物
小鼠,雄性,18-21g,级别:SPF级,合格证号:37009200009487,提供单位:济南朋悦实验动物繁育有限公司,许可证号:SCXK(鲁)20170007。实验室合格证:SYXK(豫)2015-0005。
2实验方法
2.1动物饲养:
恒温23℃,湿度60%,人工照明12小时白天与12小时黑夜交替,给予常规的实验室饮食,不限制饮水。
2.2造模方法
取KM种小鼠,20g左右,每组14只,雄性,分别设置为空白对照组、模型组、黄桂药精油小剂量组、黄桂药精油大剂量组。造模方法为采用由鱼松:豆粉:牛奶:面粉=1:2:1:1的比例制成的高脂饲料,腹腔注射盐酸阿托品0.02mg/只(配置成0.05ml),每天注射2次,连续6天造模,实验第7天造模成功。正常组给予等容量生理盐水,观察小鼠的一般情况,并记录小鼠的体重、饮食量、饮水量。造模后小鼠的体重增长缓慢,还可有脘腹胀满,精神烦躁,活动不宁,大便干结等,随即从模型组抽取2只小鼠,可发现模型小鼠胃、肠腔扩大,并有胀气,综上提示造模成功。本实验采取边造模边给药的试验方法,在造模结束后再给药3天。大剂量每日0.5ml/cm2,小剂量每日给药0.25ml/cm2。最后一个次药后,观察六个小时内小鼠的大便量,6小时后摘眼球取血,测定血清中胃动素的含量变化。

从上表可看出,与空白组相比较,模型组6小时内大便量显著减少(P<0.01),表明盐酸阿托品造小鼠腹张模型成功;与模型组比,复方精油大剂量组、小剂量组与模型组比较大便量显著增多,证明复方精油对于小鼠腹胀有明显的治疗作用。

由从上表可看出,与空白组相比较,模型组血清胃动素水平显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比,
黄桂药精油大、小剂量组可显著提高小鼠腹胀模型血清胃动素水平(P<0.01)。
5.小结:
黄桂药精油对小鼠腹胀模型表观症状及生化指标均有好的改善作用。
二、临床应用
在动物实验确保安全的情况下,并经临床应用,效果非常好,有关资料如下(以实施例1为例):
术后腹胀是因腹部手术时,胃肠道受到暴露和手术操作刺激、肠腔内积气过多所致。胃肠道蠕动恢复正常,肛门排气后可自行缓解。但如果术后数日仍未排气,没有肠鸣音多为肠麻痹。严重腹胀可使隔肌升高,运动受限,影响呼吸功能,对胃肠吻合口和腹壁切白愈合也有影响,故必须及时治疗。
经对临床术后胀气18例患者用本发明实施例1的黄桂药精油外用治疗,患者年龄20~56岁。均为腹部手术后2日未能肛门排气,出现腹胀难忍。
将黄桂药精油涂于神阙穴周围(0.2mL/cm2),另用2克消毒药棉,吸附黄桂药精油0.5ml,将吸附精油的药棉放在神阙穴,用玻璃纸覆盖,再覆盖药棉,胶布固定,每次6小时,每天1次,重复3次后评定疗效。
疗效标准:痊愈:肛门排气、排污物,腹胀完全缓解;有效:肛门排气,腹胀有明显缓解或缓解;无效:肛门未见排气,腹胀无缓解。
统计学处理:对18例患者治疗后,经统计学处理,痊愈15例,有效3例,无效0例,总有效率100%,效果之好是未曾料到的。
在对实施例1做上述实验的同时,还对实施例2、3也做了同样的实验,均取得了相同和相近似的结果,表明产品质量好,疗效稳定可靠,这里不再一一列举。
以上实验表明,本发明配伍科学合理,组分互相支持,可有效改善胃肠道功能,用于治疗术后腹胀,用药安全,疗效稳定可靠,原料丰富,易生产制备,疗效确切,是治疗术后腹胀药物上的创新,有显著的经济和社会效益。
Claims (4)
1.一种外用治疗术后腹胀的黄桂药精油,其特征在于,由以下组分:三七精油3-5mL、大黄精油5-7mL、葱白精油5-7mL、生姜精油3-5mL、肉桂精油5-7mL、乌药精油5-7mL和冰片5-7g,溶解、混匀制成;其中:
所述的三七精油,是将三七粉碎成过10~20目筛粗粉,超临界CO2流体萃取,液料重量体积比1:10~20,重量体积比是指固体以g计,液体以mL计,萃取温度42~50℃,萃取压力20~25MPa,分离温度50~60℃,分离压力4.5~5.5MPa,萃取时间1.5~2.5h,得三七精油;
所述的大黄精油、葱白精油、生姜精油、肉桂精油和乌药精油的制备方法均同三七精油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外用治疗术后腹胀的黄桂药精油,其特征在于,由以下组分:三七精油4mL、大黄精油6mL、葱白精油6mL、生姜精油4mL、肉桂精油6mL、乌药精油6mL和冰片6g,溶解、混匀制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外用治疗术后腹胀的黄桂药精油,其特征在于,由以下组分:三七精油3.5mL、大黄精油6.5mL、葱白精油5.5mL、生姜精油4.5mL、肉桂精油5.5mL、乌药精油6.5mL和冰片5.5g,溶解、混匀制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外用治疗术后腹胀的黄桂药精油,其特征在于,由以下组分:三七精油4.5mL、大黄精油5.5mL、葱白精油6.5mL、生姜精油3.5mL、肉桂精油6.5mL、乌药精油5.5mL和冰片6.5g,溶解、混匀制成。
