Description

Wet tissue special for pets and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemistry, in particular to a wet tissue special for pets and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As more and more people are feeding pets, it is a continuing problem that more and more people are faced with the problem of cleaning the pet, particularly with more hairy pets such as cats and dogs. Generally, pets with more hair can be tedious and time-consuming to clean, and the pets are sent to a pet store to be cleaned, so that the pets have a larger cost. However, if the hair is not cleaned for a long time, especially when the weather is hot, a lot of bacteria can be bred on the hair, meanwhile, the air permeability of the skin is poor due to more hair, the dust is difficult to clean, and in addition, foreign matters secreted by the hair can provide good breeding conditions for various parasites (such as lice, fleas, mites and the like). Sometimes even some germs are carried, and in daily life, people inevitably have various contacts with lovely animals. Especially, children like to touch the kitten and the puppy, if the children carry some germs on the body, the contact with the body can affect the health of the body. At present, wet tissues for pets are relatively rare in the market. In view of the above problems, it is of practical significance to develop a pet-specific wet wipe that is easy to carry, has good cleaning ability, and has low cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a wet tissue special for pets and a preparation method thereof, the wet tissue has strong decontamination capability and good peculiar smell removal function, is convenient to carry and low in cost, does not influence human bodies and pet skins, and has wide application prospect, and in addition, the production method of the wet tissue is simple and can be used for large-scale production.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the wet tissue special for the pets comprises a wet tissue carrier and a wet tissue solution for soaking the wet tissue carrier, wherein the wet tissue solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1.0-3.0% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.5-2.5% of hexadecanol, 1.2-1.8% of sodium citrate, 0.05-0.10% of citric acid, 30-50% of isopropanol, 10-20% of glycerol, 0.5-2.0% of composite fruit essence and the balance of water. The sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is used for removing granular dirt, protein dirt, oily dirt and the like on pet hair. Cetyl alcohol is used as an adjuvant to enhance the detergency effect of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, and at the same time, is used as an odor regulator to reduce the usage amount of the essence. Citric acid is used as an antioxidant, a pH regulator and a bactericide for removing toxic or harmful metal ions from pet skin and accelerating the metabolism of keratin, thereby protecting the pet skin during use. The sodium citrate is used as a pH regulator and is combined with citric acid to regulate the pH value of the product, and the sodium citrate and the citric acid can better play a role in protecting the skin of the pet in the using process by matching. The isopropanol is used as a solvent, and can enhance the dissolving capacity of the product on dirt. The glycerol is used as a water locking agent and also plays a role in protecting the skin of the pet in the using process. The essence is used as an odor regulator and is combined with hexadecanol to play a role in removing peculiar smell.
Preferably, the wet tissue solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1.0-3.0% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.5-2.5% of hexadecanol, 1.5% of sodium citrate, 0.08% of citric acid, 30-50% of isopropanol, 10-20% of glycerol, 0.5-2.0% of composite fruit essence and the balance of water.
Preferably, the composite fruit essence comprises one or more of lemon essence, orange essence or apple essence. The compound fruit essence is a commercial product, has fragrance, can be stained on pet fur when wiping pet fur, and neutralizes pungent odor.
Preferably, the wet tissue carrier is non-woven fabric.
Preferably, the wet tissue solution soaks 0.18m per 100g of wet tissue solution2-1m2A wet tissue carrier.
A preparation method of a wet tissue special for pets specifically comprises the following steps:
(a) weighing the components according to the weight percentage, firstly adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into water, stirring and dissolving, then sequentially adding hexadecanol, sodium citrate and citric acid, heating for the first time until the mixture is clarified, then sequentially adding isopropanol, glycerol and compound fruit essence, stirring to form a mixed solution, and then heating for the second time until the mixed solution is clarified to obtain a wet tissue solution;
(b) and (b) putting the wet tissue carrier into the wet tissue solution obtained in the step (a), heating for the third time, cooling and standing, and taking out the wet tissue carrier from the wet tissue solution to obtain the wet tissue.
Preferably, the stirring in step (a) is magnetic stirring.
Preferably, the temperature during the first heating in step (a) is 50-60 ℃; in the second heating process in the step (a), the temperature is 40-50 ℃.
Preferably, the mixed solution in the step (a) is stirred for 1.5 to 2.5 hours and then heated for the second time.
Preferably, in the third heating process in the step (b), the heating temperature is 40-50 ℃, and the heating time is 20-40 min; and (c) in the standing process in the step (b), the standing time is 12-24 h. The heating temperature is too low, the heating time is too short, the wet tissue solution is not fully mixed, and therefore, a uniform solution cannot be formed; too high a heating temperature and too long a heating time may volatilize some components of the wet wipe solution, thereby degrading the performance of the wet wipe solution. The short standing time can cause the insufficient effective components carried on the non-woven fabric and influence the decontamination effect; the excessive standing time can cause the excessive wet tissue solution carried on the non-woven fabric, so that the body of the pet is not easy to dry when the product is used.
Aiming at the types and peculiar smells of dirt which is easy to be infected on pets and the consideration of not damaging the pet skin, the invention prepares the wet tissue solution containing sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, cetyl alcohol, sodium citrate, citric acid, isopropanol, glycerol, compound fruit essence and water for infiltrating a wet tissue carrier, thereby preparing the wet tissue which is suitable for cleaning pets and has the effects of decontaminating, removing peculiar smell, protecting the pet skin and the like. In the preparation process, the wet tissue solution is mixed more uniformly by controlling the operation parameters such as heating temperature, heating time, standing time and the like, and the wet tissue solution can better soak the wet tissue carrier.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the wet tissue has strong decontamination capability, and the removal rate of the wet tissue on the stains formed on pet hair by sand, soil, rainwater, oil and the like can reach more than 97%.
(2) The wet tissue has a good function of removing peculiar smell, can remove the peculiar smell of pets, and has a removal rate of the peculiar smell of the pets up to 100 percent, so that the fragrance of the pets is fresh.
(3) The formula of the wet tissue solution is soft, the pet fur is protected from being damaged, the skin of a pet owner can be protected, and the wet tissue solution is free of irritation and side effects and convenient to clean hands directly.
(4) The wet tissue has the advantages of no flushing, disposability, degradable non-woven fabric, and no harm to environment.
(5) The wet tissue has small area, is convenient to carry, has lower cost and has wider application prospect.
(6) The preparation method is simple, the raw materials are common and easy to obtain, and the method can be used for large-scale production.
