Claims (6)
1. An energy bar containing hemp seed protein and a preparation method thereof are characterized in that the energy bar comprises the following raw materials (by mass percent): the corn kernel paste comprises, by weight, 10-30% of hemp seed protein, 10-20% of oatmeal, 10-30% of soybean protein powder, 5-10% of flaxseed, 5-10% of chia seed, 5-15% of nut, 5-15% of dried fruit and 20-40% of an adhesive.
2. The energy bar as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hemp seed protein is prepared by physically shelling hemp seeds, extracting oil with supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, and collecting the oil.
3. The energy bar and method of claim 1, wherein the nuts include one or more of pumpkin kernels, pistachio nuts, hazelnut kernels and almonds.
4. The energy bar and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the dried fruit comprises one or more of raisin, cranberry, freeze-dried strawberry and freeze-dried kiwi.
5. The energy bar containing the hemp seed protein and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive comprises, by mass, 10% -20% of glucose syrup, 10% -20% of maltose syrup, 1% -5% of butter and 1% -5% of soybean oil.
6. The energy bar containing hemp seed protein of claim 1, and its preparation method, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing raw materials: putting fructus cannabis protein, oatmeal, flaxseed, chia seed, various nuts and dried fruits into an oven respectively, baking for 10-30 min at 80-100 ℃, and then crushing and sieving with a 10-mesh sieve respectively;
(2) weighing various components according to the proportion, sequentially adding the hemp seed protein, the oatmeal, the soybean protein powder, the flaxseed, the chia seed and various dried nuts into a flour mixing machine, and uniformly mixing;
(3) weighing binder such as glucose syrup, maltose syrup, butter and soybean oil, and heating and melting in a pot to obtain liquid binder;
(4) adding a liquid adhesive into the mixed raw materials in the step (2), and fully and uniformly stirring;
(5) and putting the mixed material into a die, carrying out extrusion forming, cooling and cutting into small blocks.
