400 g of white phoenix black-bone chicken, 300 g of tortoise meat, 300 g of black snake meat, 40-60 g of salt, 2-4 grains of dried pepper, 7-13 g of pepper, 3-7 g of cassia bark, 15-25 g of ginger, 1900-2100 g of water-containing material, 6-10 g of pepper powder, 0.1-0.5 g of litsea cubeba oil, 160 g of rapeseed oil 140-containing material and 3-7 g of animal oil.
2. The food and medicine chafing dish for nourishing yin and tonifying yang of claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following components by mass:
400 g of white phoenix black-bone chicken, 300 g of tortoise meat, 300 g of black snake meat, 50 g of salt, 2-4 dried peppers, 10 g of pepper, 5 g of cassia bark, 20 g of ginger, 2000 g of water, 8 g of pepper powder, 0.2 g of mountain pepper oil, 150 g of rapeseed oil and 5 g of animal oil.
3. A preparation method of a food-medicine hot pot for nourishing yin and tonifying yang is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, heating the pot, and placing 160 g of rapeseed oil;
s2, heating the rapeseed oil, adding 3-7 g of cassia bark, 7-13 g of pepper and 20 g of ginger, and stir-frying to generate fragrance;
s3, adding 300 g of black snake meat, frying, and stir-frying for 9-11 minutes to enable the meat of the black snake meat to be light yellow;
s4, adding 300 g of tortoise meat, and continuously stir-frying for 4-6 minutes to enable the meat of the tortoise meat to be light yellow;
