Abstract

and acquiring a target system and authority authorized by the changed leader, and calling a corresponding interface to establish a corresponding relationship between the changed employee account and the target system and authority.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
when the staff initiating the change request is an internal system administrator, recommending and managing a handover account of the handover staff;
and establishing a corresponding relation between the internal system and the permission before change and the handover account.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the employees after entering the office initiate the departure request, pulling the internal system to be handed over, in which the employees leave the office and take the role of the administrator;
and matching the internal system to be handed over to a hand-over administrator account number selected by the leader of the out-of-office employee.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and calling an interface to recover the third party system and the authority corresponding to the staff leaving the office.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and sending the job leaving informing information to all the administrator accounts and the job leaving personnel accounts in the system.
9. An internal system management device suitable for newly created accounts, comprising:
the account number creating module is used for creating employee account numbers of the employees based on the basic information filled by the employees;
the system authority recommending module is used for recommending the candidate internal systems and the authorities matched with the employee account numbers to the leader terminal according to the post information and the leader information in the basic information so that the leader of the leader selects target systems and authorities from the recommended candidate internal systems and authorities and authorizes the target systems and authorities to the employees;
and the corresponding relation establishing module is used for acquiring a target system and authority authorized by the leader, and calling a corresponding interface to establish the corresponding relation between the employee account and the target system and authority.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes, or a set of instructions, which is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the internal system management method for a newly created account according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
