Abstract
The invention discloses an internal system management method and device and a storage medium suitable for a leave account, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a job leaving request of a job leaving employee; pulling the internal system to be handed over, in which the departmental staff acts as an administrator; and matching the internal system to be handed over to a target hand-over administrator account selected by the leader of the employee leaving the office. By adopting the invention, the full-automatic management of the employee account and the authority can be realized, the management efficiency of the internal system of the enterprise is improved, and the condition of management error is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of enterprise internal management, in particular to an internal system management method and device and a storage medium suitable for a post-office account.
Background
The enterprise is internally provided with a set of own employee account and corresponding login system, internal system, authority management and other systems, when the number of employees in the enterprise is increased, the management of the employee internal account and authority is more and more complex, the account and the authority are opened, used and recovered, a set of complete system and constraint are needed for management, and the conditions of cross-level login, illegal authorized access to the internal system and the like cannot occur. The embodiment of the invention provides an internal system management method and device and a storage medium suitable for a leave account, which can realize full-automatic management of employee account numbers and authorities, improve the management efficiency of an internal system of an enterprise and avoid the occurrence of management errors.
The first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides an internal system management method applicable to a deputy account, which may include:
acquiring a job leaving request of a job leaving employee;
pulling the internal system to be handed over, in which the out-of-work employee serves as an administrator;
and matching the internal system to be handed over to a target hand-over administrator account number selected by the leader of the out-of-office employee.
A second aspect of the present invention provides an internal system management device suitable for a deputy account, where the internal system management device may include:
the job leaving request acquisition module is used for acquiring a job leaving request of a job leaving employee;
the system pulling module is used for pulling the internal system to be handed over, in which the out-of-work staff acts as an administrator;
and the corresponding relation establishing module is used for matching the internal system to be handed over to the target hand-over administrator account number selected by the leader of the out-of-office employee.
A third aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a computer device, which includes a processor and a memory, where the memory stores at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or a set of instructions, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the set of instructions is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the internal system management method for an account out of employment described in the above aspect.
A fourth aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a computer storage medium, where at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or an instruction set is stored in the computer storage medium, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the instruction set is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the internal system management method for an account out of commission according to the foregoing aspect.
In the embodiment of the invention, the recovery of the account and the authority is realized automatically through the process, and the system administrator can be notified and automatically handed over by mails during the recovery, so that the account and the authority of the employee are completely and automatically managed. The management efficiency of the internal system of the enterprise is improved, and the condition of management error is avoided.

It should be noted that the internal system management method applicable to the deputy account provided by the application can be applied to a scene of automatically managing enterprise employees and internal systems.
In the embodiment of the invention, the internal system management method suitable for the deputy account can be applied to computer equipment, and the computer equipment can be a computer or a smart phone and can also be other electronic equipment with computing processing capacity.
As shown in fig. 1, the internal system management method for the deputy account at least includes the following steps:

The job leaving application at least carries the position of the job leaving personnel during the job, a system with login authority and a role played in the system.
And S103, matching the internal system to be handed over to a target hand-over administrator account number selected by the leader of the out-of-work employee.
In specific implementation, the device can send the job leaving application to a leader of a job leaving employee, and after the leader approves, the device can call an interface to recover a corresponding system and authority. Furthermore, the leader can select other employees capable of playing the role to take the role of the staff leaving, and authorizes the system for the staff handing over to have the authority when the staff leaving is in the role. Furthermore, the device can call an interface to establish a corresponding relationship between the account number of the transfer employee and the corresponding system and authority.
In an alternative embodiment, the device may recommend a candidate handover administrator account for the leader according to the internal system to be handed over managed by the departure employee, and the recommended candidate administrator may be in the same department as the departure employee or may bear similar work content. Further, the leader may select a target handover administrator account among the candidate handover administrator accounts.
In an optional embodiment, when the system to be handed over by the leaving staff is a third-party system, the device may call the interface to recover the third-party system and the right corresponding to the leaving staff.
Further, the device can send the information of the job leaving notice to all the account numbers of the managers and the account numbers of the staff inside the system so as to be consulted. Alternatively, the notification may be in the form of a mail or a short message.
In the embodiment of the invention, the recovery of the account and the authority is realized automatically through the process, and the system administrator can be notified and automatically handed over by mails during the recovery, so that the account and the authority of the employee are completely and automatically managed. The management efficiency of the internal system of the enterprise is improved, and the condition of management error is avoided.
The internal system management device for the account leaving according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2. It should be noted that, the internal system management apparatus shown in fig. 2 is used for executing the method according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 1, for convenience of description, only the portion related to the embodiment of the present invention is shown, and details of the specific technology are not disclosed, please refer to the embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic structural diagram of an internal system management device suitable for a leave-job account is provided for an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the internal system management device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: the system comprises a leaving request acquisition module 101, a substitute handover system pulling module 102, a corresponding relation establishment module 103, a system authority recommendation module 104, a target account determination module 105, a system recovery module 106 and an informing information sending module 107.
The job leaving request obtaining module 101 is configured to obtain a job leaving request of a job leaving employee.
And a pull module 102 for pulling the internal system to be handed over, in which the leave employee serves as the administrator, instead of the hand-over system.
The corresponding relation establishing module 103 is used for matching the internal system to be handed over to a target handover administrator account selected by the leader of the employee who leaves the office.
In an optional embodiment, the system authority recommending module 104 is configured to recommend a candidate handover administrator account for the leader according to the internal system to be handed over managed by the out-of-work employee.
And the target account number determining module 105 is configured to determine a target handover administrator account number according to the selection of the leader from the candidate handover administrator account numbers.
Optionally, the system recovery module 106 is configured to call an interface to recover a third-party system and a right corresponding to the employee.
And the notification information sending module 107 is configured to send job leaving notification information to all system internal administrator accounts and job leaving staff accounts.
It should be noted that, the execution process of each module in this embodiment may refer to the description in the foregoing method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the invention, the recovery of the account and the authority is realized automatically through the process, and the system administrator can be notified and automatically handed over by mails during the recovery, so that the account and the authority of the employee are completely and automatically managed. The management efficiency of the internal system of the enterprise is improved, and the condition of management error is avoided.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium may store a plurality of instructions, where the instructions are suitable for being loaded by a processor and executing the method steps in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and a specific execution process may refer to a specific description of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
The embodiment of the application also provides computer equipment. As shown in fig. 3, the computer device 20 may include: the at least one processor 201, e.g., CPU, the at least one network interface 204, the user interface 203, the memory 205, the at least one communication bus 202, and optionally, a display 206. Wherein a communication bus 202 is used to enable the connection communication between these components. The user interface 203 may include a touch screen, a keyboard or a mouse, among others. The network interface 204 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), and a communication connection may be established with the server via the network interface 204. The memory 205 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory, and the memory 205 includes a flash in the embodiment of the present invention. The memory 205 may optionally be at least one memory system located remotely from the processor 201. As shown in fig. 3, memory 205, which is a type of computer storage medium, may include an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and program instructions.
It should be noted that the network interface 204 may be connected to a receiver, a transmitter or other communication module, and the other communication module may include, but is not limited to, a WiFi module, a bluetooth module, etc., and it is understood that the computer device in the embodiment of the present invention may also include a receiver, a transmitter, other communication module, etc.

The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

Claims (10)
1. An internal system management method suitable for an off-duty account is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a job leaving request of a job leaving employee;
pulling the internal system to be handed over, in which the out-of-work employee serves as an administrator;
and matching the internal system to be handed over to a target hand-over administrator account number selected by the leader of the out-of-office employee.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and recommending candidate handover administrator accounts for the leader according to the internal system to be handed over managed by the out-of-work employee.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and determining a target handover administrator account according to the selection of the leading end in the candidate handover administrator accounts.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and calling an interface to recover the third party system and the authority corresponding to the staff leaving the office.
