Abstract
本发明公开了一种电动车充电器的输出线接入结构,包括:充电盒,输出线和支撑块,所述输出线设有插接头,所述充电盒侧面设有储物盒,所述储物盒设有翻盖,所述翻盖与储物盒旋转铰接,并且与储物盒扣合,所述充电盒前端面设有与插接头配合的插接口,所述插接口上方设有遮板,所述遮板与充电盒旋转铰接,所述支撑块位于输出线下方,所述支撑块上方设有卡扣,所述输出线固定在卡扣中。本发明结构简单,使用方便,收纳方便,设有支撑块和卡扣,可以对输出线和插接头起到支撑和固定作用,可以有效避免插接头与输出线连接处断裂,同时还设有储物盒,用于收纳输出线和支撑块,可以有效避免输出线丢失。

技术领域
本发明涉及充电器技术领域,具体是一种电动车充电器的输出线接入结构。
背景技术
电动三轮车以其适用性强,机动灵活,维护简单,维修方便,价格低廉等优点,可以灵活地穿行于狭小的马路间。电动三轮车具有倒车开关 ,可以方便的实现倒顺行驶功能,这在道路狭窄的胡同、小巷非常实用 ,无论行驶停车均非常方便,因此广泛应用于家庭、城乡、个体出租、厂区、矿区、环卫、社区保洁等短途运输领域,然而目前电动三轮车充电器的输出线与充电盒插接的时候由于没有支撑结构,使用时间长了,输出线的插接头与导线连接处容易发生断裂,这不仅会影响充电器的使用效果,还存在安全隐患,而充电盒的插接口由于没有遮挡,容易进灰以及水渍,会导致输出线插接时接触不良。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电动车充电器的输出线接入结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电动车充电器的输出线接入结构,包括:充电盒,输出线和支撑块,所述输出线设有插接头,所述充电盒侧面设有储物盒,所述储物盒设有翻盖,所述翻盖与储物盒旋转铰接,并且与储物盒扣合,所述充电盒前端面设有与插接头配合的插接口,所述插接口上方设有遮板,所述遮板与充电盒旋转铰接,所述支撑块位于输出线下方,所述支撑块上方设有卡扣,所述输出线固定在卡扣中。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述卡扣采用弹性材质,并且设有复数个。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述卡扣与支撑块为分体式结构,
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述卡扣底部设有磁石,所述支撑块上表面设置铁磁性薄片。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述支撑块端面设有插块,所述充电盒设有与插块配合的插孔,所述支撑块的上表面与插接头的下表面平齐。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述遮板底部设有扣合凸起,所述充电盒设有与扣合凸起配合的扣合凹槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,使用方便,收纳方便,设有支撑块和卡扣,可以对输出线和插接头起到支撑和固定作用,避免插接头与输出线连接处断裂,同时还设有储物盒,用于收纳输出线和支撑块,可以有效避免输出线丢失。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1-3,本发明实施例中,一种电动车充电器的输出线接入结构,包括:充电盒1,输出线2和支撑块3,所述输出线2设有插接头,所述充电盒1侧面设有储物盒11,所述储物盒11设有翻盖111,所述翻盖111与储物盒11旋转铰接,并且与储物盒11扣合,输出线2与支撑块3使用完之后均可以存放在储物盒11中,此设计可以有效避免输出线2丢失遗落,所述充电盒1前端面设有与插接头配合的插接口12,所述插接口12上方设有遮板121,所述遮板121与充电盒1旋转铰接,所述遮板121底部设扣合凸起,所述充电盒1设有与扣合凸起配合的扣合凹槽,因此遮板121可以与充电盒1扣合,将插接口12遮挡保护起来,起到防尘作用,也可以避免有水流进插接口12中,影响使用。
所述支撑块3位于输出线2下方,所述支撑块3上方设有卡扣31,所述卡扣31采用弹性材质,并且设有复数个,所述卡扣31与支撑块3为分体式结构,具体的,卡扣31底部设有磁石,支撑块3上表面设置为铁磁性薄片,卡扣31通过磁石的磁吸作用吸附在支撑块3上表面,因此卡扣31位置可以挪动。
所述支撑块3端面设有插块,所述充电盒1设有与插块配合的插孔,并且支撑块3的上表面与插接头的下表面平齐,使用时,将支撑块3的插块插入充电盒1插孔中,支撑块3与充电盒1位置固定,此时插接头位于支撑块3上方,支撑块3对插接头起到支撑作用,然后将输出线2固定在卡扣31中,之后将其中一个卡扣31移动到输出线2与插接头连接位置,其他的卡扣31沿着输出线2均匀布置,使数据线2与插接头位置得到固定,可以有效避免因为数据线2扭曲,而导致数据线2与插接头连接处断裂。

1.一种电动车充电器的输出线接入结构,包括:充电盒(1),输出线(2)和支撑块(3),所述输出线(2)设有插接头,其特征在于:所述充电盒(1)侧面设有储物盒(11),所述储物盒(11)设有翻盖(111),所述翻盖(111)与储物盒(11)旋转铰接,并且与储物盒(11)扣合,所述充电盒(1)前端面设有与插接头配合的插接口(12),所述插接口(12)上方设有遮板(121),所述遮板(121)与充电盒(1)旋转铰接,所述支撑块(3)位于输出线(2)下方,所述支撑块(3)上方设有卡扣(31),所述输出线(2)固定在卡扣(31)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车充电器的输出线接入结构,其特征在于:所述卡扣(31)采用弹性材质,并且设有复数个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电动车充电器的输出线接入结构,其特征在于:所述卡扣(31)与支撑块(3)为分体式结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电动车充电器的输出线接入结构,其特征在于:所述卡扣(31)底部设有磁石,所述支撑块(3)上表面设置铁磁性薄片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电动车充电器的输出线接入结构,其特征在于:所述支撑块(3)端面设有插块,所述充电盒(1)设有与插块配合的插孔,所述支撑块(3)的上表面与插接头的下表面平齐。
