Abstract
本发明公开了一种子像素电路、像素电路及显示装置,该子像素电路包括分别连接于扫描线及数据线的主像素单元及副像素单元,所述主像素单元还连接于电源线,所述主像素单元包括第一OLED及第一电容,所述副像素单元包括第二OLED及第二电容,通过所述数据线及电源线对所述第一电容充电,通过所述数据线对所述第二电容充电以使所述第一OLED的亮度大于第二OLED的亮度。本发明中实现单个OLED像素的多亮度显示,提高显示对比度以及像素充电率。

技术领域
本发明涉及有机发光二极管技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种子像素电路、像素电路及显示装置。
背景技术
目前的OLED像素电路通常在同一显示时刻只能实现一组像素电路对应一种亮度的显示,通常大尺寸OLED像素驱动电路中,每个子像素中包含3个TFT、一个存储电容、垂直排列的数据线和水平排列的扫描线,扫描线水平逐行扫描,数据线依次输送灰阶电压完成每个像素的数据写入和发光。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种子像素电路、像素电路及显示装置,解决了现有技术一组像素电路只能对应显示一种亮度的问题。
一方面,本发明提供了一种子像素电路,包括分别连接于扫描线及数据线的主像素单元及副像素单元,所述主像素单元还连接于电源线,所述主像素单元包括第一OLED及第一电容,所述副像素单元包括第二OLED及第二电容,通过所述数据线及电源线对所述第一电容充电,通过所述数据线对所述第二电容充电以使所述第一OLED的亮度大于第二OLED的亮度。
在本发明所述的子像素电路中,所述主像素单元连接于第n级扫描线,所述副像素单元连接于第n+1级扫描线。
在本发明所述的子像素电路中,所述主像素单元还包括第一晶体管、第二晶体管及第三晶体管;
所述第一晶体管的第一端连接于所述数据线,所述第一晶体管的第二端连接于所述扫描线,所述第一晶体管的第三端连接于第二晶体管的第一端及所述第一电容的一端,所述第二晶体管的第二端连接于所述第一电容的另一端、所述第一OLED及所述第三晶体管的第一端,所述第三晶体管的第二端连接于所述扫描线,所述第三晶体管的第三端连接于所述电源线。
在本发明所述的子像素电路中,所述第二晶体管的第三端连接于第一电压端。
在本发明所述的子像素电路中,所述副像素单元包括第四晶体管及第五晶体管;

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参见图1,图1为本发明实施例提供的子像素电路的结构图,该子像素电路包括分别连接于扫描线200及数据线100的主像素单元1及副像素单元2,所述主像素单元1还连接于电源线300,所述主像素单元1包括第一OLED(OLED1)(Organic Light-Emitting Diode)及第一电容C1,所述副像素单元2包括第二OLED(OLED2)及第二电容C2,通过所述数据线100及电源线300对所述第一电容C1充电,通过所述数据线100对所述第二电容C2充电以使所述第一OLED(OLED1)的亮度大于第二OLED(OLED2)的亮度。即在现有的垂直放置的数据线100和水平放置的扫描线200之中,主像素单元1及副像素单元2同时连接扫描线200及数据线100。
其中,主像素单元1采用3T1C架构,即三个晶体管和一个电容的架构,晶体管优选为TFT(Thin Film Transistor)。所述主像素单元1还包括第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2、第三晶体管T3及第一电容C1;所述第一晶体管T1的第一端连接于所述数据线100,所述第一晶体管T1的第二端连接于所述扫描线200,所述第一晶体管T1的第三端连接于第二晶体管T2的第一端及所述第一电容C1的一端,所述第二晶体管T2的第二端连接于所述第一电容C1的另一端、所述第一OLED(OLED1)及所述第三晶体管T3的第一端,所述第三晶体管T3的第二端连接于所述扫描线200,所述第三晶体管T3的第三端连接于所述电源线300。所述第二晶体管T2的第三端连接于第一电压端VDD1。
副像素单元2采用2T1C架构,所述副像素单元2包括第四晶体管T4及第五晶体管T5;所述第四晶体管T4的第一端连接于所述数据线100,所述第四晶体管T4的第二端连接于所述扫描线200,所述第四晶体管T4的第三端连接于所述第五晶体管T5的第一端及所述第二电容C2的一端,所述第五晶体管T5的第二端连接于所述第二电容C2的另一端及所述第二OLED(OLED2)。所述第五晶体管T5的第三端连接于第二电压端VDD2。
参见图2,图2为本发明实施例提供的子像素电路的架构示意图;该架构示意图示出了分别在Gate(n)及Gate(n+1)的两个子像素(DATA_R、DATA_G)架构。Gate(n)为第n级扫描线200,Gate(n+1)为第n+1级扫描线200,DATA_R为红色数据线100,DATA_G为绿色数据线100。主像素单元通过Vref线(即电源线300)和data线(即数据线100)对存储电容(C1)充电,实现灰阶电压写入;副像素单元通过data线(即数据线100)对存储电容(C2)充电,实现灰阶写入,此方式相比主像素单元,充电率相对较低,因为第二电容C2的其中一端无法进行复位,所以像素的发光亮度相对较低。具体参见图3,图3为本发明实施例提供的子像素电路的发光示意图。图中所述第一OLED(OLED1)的亮度大于第二OLED(OLED2)的亮度。
优选的,所述电源线300向所述主像素单元提供直流恒压信号。所述第一OLED(OLED1)及所述OLED均为有源矩阵有机发光二极管(AMOLED,Active-matrix organiclight-emitting diode)。
本发明还提供一种像素电路,包括3个子像素电路;3个所述子像素电路分别包含的第一OLED(OLED1),分别能够发出红光、绿光及蓝光;3个所述子像素电路分别包含的第二OLED(OLED2),分别能够发出红光、绿光及蓝光。这是因为RGB色彩模式是工业界的一种颜色标准,是通过对红(R)、绿(G)、蓝(B)三个颜色通道的变化以及它们相互之间的叠加来得到各式各样的颜色的,RGB即是代表红、绿、蓝三个通道的颜色,这个标准几乎包括了人类视力所能感知的所有颜色,是目前运用最广的颜色系统之一。
此外,本发明提供的一种显示装置包括像素电路。该显示装置中的OLED像素采用单驱动多亮度显示设计,其中实现了一行扫描线200同时对应两个不同发光亮度的像素显示。

1.一种子像素电路,其特征在于,包括分别连接于扫描线及数据线的主像素单元及副像素单元,所述主像素单元还连接于电源线,所述主像素单元包括第一OLED及第一电容,所述副像素单元包括第二OLED及第二电容,通过所述数据线及电源线对所述第一电容充电,通过所述数据线对所述第二电容充电以使所述第一OLED的亮度大于第二OLED的亮度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的子像素电路,其特征在于,所述主像素单元连接于第n级扫描线,所述副像素单元连接于第n+1级扫描线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的子像素电路,其特征在于,所述主像素单元还包括第一晶体管、第二晶体管及第三晶体管;
所述第一晶体管的第一端连接于所述数据线,所述第一晶体管的第二端连接于所述扫描线,所述第一晶体管的第三端连接于第二晶体管的第一端及所述第一电容的一端,所述第二晶体管的第二端连接于所述第一电容的另一端、所述第一OLED及所述第三晶体管的第一端,所述第三晶体管的第二端连接于所述扫描线,所述第三晶体管的第三端连接于所述电源线。
4.根据权利要求3所述的子像素电路,其特征在于,所述第二晶体管的第三端连接于第一电压端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的子像素电路,其特征在于,所述副像素单元包括第四晶体管及第五晶体管;
所述第四晶体管的第一端连接于所述数据线,所述第四晶体管的第二端连接于所述扫描线,所述第四晶体管的第三端连接于所述第五晶体管的第一端及所述第二电容的一端,所述第五晶体管的第二端连接于所述第二电容的另一端及所述第二OLED。
