In the following, a specific example is provided in conjunction with the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and the method shown in the embodiment of fig. 3 will be described in detail.
Fig. 4 is a first schematic view of a user interface provided in an embodiment of the present invention. See fig. 4, including interface 401 and interface 402.
Referring to the interface 401, the ordering page includes a plurality of food names and a selection icon corresponding to each food name, and a user can operate the selection icon corresponding to each food name to input food information. Assume that the user selected meal includes: after the user selects the meat shreds with the fish flavor, the diced chicken in the palace and the preserved egg and lean meat porridge, the user can click the selected icon to enable the server to obtain food information, wherein the food information comprises the following food names: shredded pork with fish flavor, diced chicken in uterus and preserved egg and lean meat porridge.
The server determines target tableware identifiers corresponding to the names of the various dishes in the dish information according to the technical scheme shown in the embodiment of fig. 3, and if the server determines that the target tableware identifiers corresponding to the names of the various dishes are shown in table 4, the server sends tableware recommendation information shown in table 4 to the terminal device.
After the terminal device receives the tableware recommendation information, a tableware selection page is generated according to the tableware recommendation information, and a confirmation icon and a reselection icon are displayed in the tableware selection page, and in particular, the tableware selection page may be as shown in an interface 402.
Referring to interface 402, a target dish identifier corresponding to each dish name selected by the user, a confirmation icon, and a reselection icon are included in the dish selection page. Assuming that the user agrees to the tableware corresponding to each name of the recommended tableware, the user can click the confirmation icon to enable the server to determine the tableware recommendation information as the tableware information input by the user.
And after determining that the tableware information is obtained, the server generates a takeout order according to the tableware information and sends the takeout order to a merchant. Correspondingly, when the merchants deliver goods, the shredded fish-flavored meat uses the non-recycled heat-preservation lunch box, the diced chicken palace uses the non-recycled heat-preservation lunch box, and the preserved egg and lean meat porridge uses the non-recycled heat-preservation lunch box.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a second method for determining tableware recommendation information according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the method may include:
s501, obtaining the food category corresponding to each food name in the food information.
It should be noted that the execution process of S501 may refer to S301, and is not described herein again.
S502, acquiring at least one tableware identifier corresponding to each food category for the user to select.
For example, the dish identifier corresponding to the hot dish in the dish category may include: disposable lunch boxes, non-recyclable heat-insulating lunch boxes, and the like.
It should be noted that, in the actual application process, the tableware identifier corresponding to each food category for the user to select may be determined according to actual needs, and this is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
S503, determining at least one tableware identifier for the user to select corresponding to each food name according to the food category corresponding to each food name and at least one tableware identifier for the user to select corresponding to each food category.
For example, assume that the dish id corresponding to the dish category is shown in table 5:

Assuming that the names of the dishes comprise the fish-flavored shredded pork, the Tuopao chicken and the preserved egg and lean meat porridge, the fish-flavored shredded pork and the Tuopao chicken are hot dishes, and the preserved egg and lean meat porridge is hot porridge, at least one tableware identifier for the user to select corresponding to each name of the dishes is shown in table 6:

In the following, a specific example is provided in conjunction with the embodiment shown in fig. 6, and the method shown in the embodiment of fig. 5 will be described in detail.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a user interface provided in the embodiment of the present invention. Please refer to fig. 6, which includes an interface 601 and an interface 602.
Referring to the interface 601, the ordering page includes a plurality of food names and a selection icon corresponding to each food name, and a user can operate the selection icon corresponding to each food name to input food information. Assume that the user selected meal includes: after the user selects the meat shreds with the fish flavor, the diced chicken in the palace and the preserved egg and lean meat porridge, the user can click the selected icon to enable the server to obtain food information, wherein the food information comprises the following food names: shredded pork with fish flavor, diced chicken in uterus and preserved egg and lean meat porridge.
The server determines at least one tableware identifier for the user to select corresponding to each name of the tableware in the tableware information as shown in table 6 according to the technical scheme shown in the embodiment of fig. 5, and sends tableware recommendation information shown in table 6 to the terminal device.
After the terminal device receives the tableware recommendation information, a tableware selection page is generated according to the tableware recommendation information, and a check box corresponding to each tableware identifier is displayed in the tableware selection page, specifically, the tableware selection page may be as shown in interface 602.
Referring to the interface 602, the tableware selection page includes at least one tableware identifier corresponding to each name of the tableware and a check box corresponding to each tableware identifier, and a user can perform a check operation on the check box to realize checking of the corresponding tableware. For example, the user can select the center selection frame corresponding to the non-recovered heat-preservation lunch box corresponding to the shredded fish-flavor meat, the center selection frame corresponding to the non-recovered heat-preservation lunch box corresponding to the chicken bouillon and the selected frame corresponding to the non-recovered heat-preservation lunch box corresponding to the preserved egg and lean meat porridge, then the user can click the determined icon to send the tableware identifier selected by the user to the server, and the server determines the tableware information according to the tableware identifier.
And after determining that the tableware information is obtained, the server generates a takeout order according to the tableware information and sends the takeout order to a merchant. Correspondingly, when the merchants deliver goods, the shredded fish-flavored meat uses the non-recycled heat-preservation lunch box, the diced chicken palace uses the non-recycled heat-preservation lunch box, and the preserved egg and lean meat porridge uses the non-recycled heat-preservation lunch box.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, for the recycling-type lunch box, after the user finishes eating, the user can send a tableware recycling request to the server through the terminal device, where the tableware recycling request includes address information and recycling time. Optionally, the tableware recycling request may further include an identifier of the recycled tableware, and the like. After the server receives the tableware recovery request, the server acquires the travel information of the delivery personnel, and determines the target delivery personnel according to the travel information, the address information and the recovery time, wherein the target delivery personnel are used for recovering the tableware of the user. Alternatively, the targeted delivery person may be determined on a near basis.
Optionally, the user may send the used recovered tableware to a preset tableware recovery station.
Fig. 7 is a first schematic structural diagram of a takeout order generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 7, the apparatus may include a first determining module 11, a transmitting module 12, a receiving module 13, and a generating module 14, wherein,
the first determining module 11 is configured to determine tableware recommendation information according to the tableware information received from the terminal device, where the tableware recommendation information includes at least one tableware name, and the tableware recommendation information includes a tableware identifier corresponding to each tableware name;
the sending module 12 is configured to send the tableware recommendation information to a terminal device;
the receiving module 13 is configured to receive tableware information corresponding to the tableware recommendation information from the terminal device;
the generating module 14 is configured to generate a take-out order according to the food information and the tableware information.
The takeaway order generating device provided by the embodiment of the present invention may implement the technical solutions shown in the above method embodiments, and the implementation principles and beneficial effects thereof are similar, and are not described herein again.
In a possible implementation manner, the meal information further includes a user identifier, and the first determining module 11 is specifically configured to:
judging whether a historical order corresponding to the user identification exists or not;
if yes, obtaining historical tableware information from the historical order, and determining the tableware recommendation information according to the historical tableware information and the food information;
if not, determining the tableware recommendation information according to the food information.
In another possible implementation manner, the first determining module 11 is specifically configured to:
acquiring a food category corresponding to each food name in the food information;
determining the purchase times of the tableware indicated by at least one tableware identification corresponding to each tableware category according to the historical tableware information;
and determining the tableware recommendation information according to the purchase times of the tableware indicated by the at least one tableware identification corresponding to each tableware category.
In another possible implementation manner, the first determining module 11 is specifically configured to:
determining a target tableware identifier corresponding to each food category according to the purchase frequency of the tableware indicated by at least one tableware identifier corresponding to each food category;
determining a target tableware identifier corresponding to each food name in the food information according to the food category corresponding to each food name in the food information and the target tableware identifier corresponding to each food category;
and determining that the tableware recommendation information comprises a target tableware identification corresponding to each tableware name.
In another possible implementation manner, the first determining module 11 is specifically configured to:
acquiring a food category corresponding to each food name in the food information;
acquiring at least one tableware identifier corresponding to each tableware category for a user to select;
determining at least one tableware identifier for the user to select, which corresponds to each food name, according to the food category corresponding to each food name and the at least one tableware identifier for the user to select, which corresponds to each food category;
and determining that the tableware recommendation information comprises at least one tableware identification corresponding to each tableware name and used for being selected by a user.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a take-out order generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 7, please refer to fig. 8, the apparatus further includes an obtaining module 15 and a second determining module 16, wherein,
the obtaining module 15 is configured to obtain a tableware recovery request and trip information of a delivery person after the generating module 14 generates a takeaway order according to the food information and the tableware information, where the tableware recovery request includes address information and recovery time;
the second determining module 16 is configured to determine a target delivery person according to the travel information, the address information, and the recycling time, where the target delivery person is used to recycle the tableware of the user.
The takeaway order generating device provided by the embodiment of the present invention may implement the technical solutions shown in the above method embodiments, and the implementation principles and beneficial effects thereof are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the terminal device includes: at least one processor 21 and a memory 22. Optionally, the terminal device further comprises a communication section 23. The processor 21, the memory 22, and the communication unit 23 are connected by a bus 24.
In a specific implementation, at least one processor 21 executes computer-executable instructions stored by the memory 22 for implementing the methods shown in the above-described method embodiments.
The communication component 23 can interact with the server in data.
For a specific implementation process of the processor 21, reference may be made to the above method embodiments, which implement similar principles and technical effects, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, it should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the present invention may be embodied directly in a hardware processor, or in a combination of the hardware and software modules within the processor.
The memory may comprise high speed RAM memory and may also include non-volatile storage NVM, such as at least one disk memory.
The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.
The present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and when a processor executes the computer-executable instructions, the method according to the embodiment of the above equation is implemented.
The computer-readable storage medium may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk. Readable storage media can be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary readable storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the readable storage medium. Of course, the readable storage medium may also be an integral part of the processor. The processor and the readable storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the readable storage medium may also reside as discrete components in the apparatus.
The division of the units is only a logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and are not limited thereto; although embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A take-away order generation method, comprising:
determining tableware recommendation information according to the tableware information received from the terminal equipment, wherein the tableware information comprises at least one tableware name, and the tableware recommendation information comprises tableware identifications corresponding to each tableware name;
sending the tableware recommendation information to a terminal device;
receiving tableware information corresponding to the tableware recommendation information from the terminal equipment;
and generating a take-out order according to the food information and the tableware information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the meal information further comprises a user identification, and wherein determining the dishware recommendation information from the meal information received from the terminal device comprises:
judging whether a historical order corresponding to the user identification exists or not;
if yes, obtaining historical tableware information from the historical order, and determining the tableware recommendation information according to the historical tableware information and the food information;
if not, determining the tableware recommendation information according to the food information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the cutlery recommendation information from the historical cutlery information and the meal information comprises:
acquiring a food category corresponding to each food name in the food information;
determining the purchase times of the tableware indicated by at least one tableware identification corresponding to each tableware category according to the historical tableware information;
and determining the tableware recommendation information according to the purchase times of the tableware indicated by the at least one tableware identification corresponding to each tableware category.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining the utensil recommendation information according to the number of purchases of the utensils indicated by the at least one utensil identifier corresponding to each of the categories of utensils comprises:
determining a target tableware identifier corresponding to each food category according to the purchase frequency of the tableware indicated by at least one tableware identifier corresponding to each food category;
determining a target tableware identifier corresponding to each food name in the food information according to the food category corresponding to each food name in the food information and the target tableware identifier corresponding to each food category;
and determining that the tableware recommendation information comprises a target tableware identification corresponding to each tableware name.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the cutlery recommendation information from the meal information comprises:
acquiring a food category corresponding to each food name in the food information;
acquiring at least one tableware identifier corresponding to each tableware category for a user to select;
determining at least one tableware identifier for the user to select, which corresponds to each food name, according to the food category corresponding to each food name and the at least one tableware identifier for the user to select, which corresponds to each food category;
and determining that the tableware recommendation information comprises at least one tableware identification corresponding to each tableware name and used for being selected by a user.
6. The method of any of claims 1-5, further comprising, after said generating a take out order based on said food information and said cutlery information:
acquiring a tableware recovery request, wherein the tableware recovery request comprises address information and recovery time;
acquiring the travel information of the outsider;
and determining a target delivery person according to the travel information, the address information and the recovery time, wherein the target delivery person is used for recovering the tableware of the user.
7. A take-out order generating device is characterized by comprising a first determining module, a sending module, a receiving module and a generating module, wherein,
the first determining module is used for determining tableware recommendation information according to the tableware information received from the terminal equipment, wherein the tableware information comprises at least one tableware name, and the tableware recommendation information comprises tableware identifications corresponding to each tableware name;
the sending module is used for sending the tableware recommendation information to terminal equipment;
the receiving module is used for receiving tableware information corresponding to the tableware recommendation information from the terminal equipment;
the generating module is used for generating a take-out order according to the food information and the tableware information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the meal information further includes a user identifier, and the first determining module is specifically configured to:
judging whether a historical order corresponding to the user identification exists or not;
if yes, obtaining historical tableware information from the historical order, and determining the tableware recommendation information according to the historical tableware information and the food information;
if not, determining the tableware recommendation information according to the food information.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first determining module is specifically configured to:
acquiring a food category corresponding to each food name in the food information;
determining the purchase times of the tableware indicated by at least one tableware identification corresponding to each tableware category according to the historical tableware information;
and determining the tableware recommendation information according to the purchase times of the tableware indicated by the at least one tableware identification corresponding to each tableware category.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the first determining module is specifically configured to:
determining a target tableware identifier corresponding to each food category according to the purchase frequency of the tableware indicated by at least one tableware identifier corresponding to each food category;
determining a target tableware identifier corresponding to each food name in the food information according to the food category corresponding to each food name in the food information and the target tableware identifier corresponding to each food category;
and determining that the tableware recommendation information comprises a target tableware identification corresponding to each tableware name.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first determining module is specifically configured to:
acquiring a food category corresponding to each food name in the food information;
acquiring at least one tableware identifier corresponding to each tableware category for a user to select;
determining at least one tableware identifier for the user to select, which corresponds to each food name, according to the food category corresponding to each food name and the at least one tableware identifier for the user to select, which corresponds to each food category;
and determining that the tableware recommendation information comprises at least one tableware identification corresponding to each tableware name and used for being selected by a user.
12. The apparatus according to any of claims 7-11, further comprising an acquisition module and a second determination module, wherein,
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a tableware recovery request and the travel information of delivery personnel after the generation module generates a take-out order according to the food information and the tableware information, wherein the tableware recovery request comprises address information and recovery time;
the second determining module is used for determining target delivery personnel according to the travel information, the address information and the recovery time, and the target delivery personnel are used for recovering the tableware of the user.
13. A terminal device, comprising: a processor coupled with a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to execute a computer program stored in the memory for implementing the method of any one of claims 1-6.
14. A readable storage medium, characterized by comprising a program or instructions for performing the method of any of claims 1-6 when the program or instructions are run on a computer.
