In yet another possible way of this embodiment, the merchant vegetable washing component area is provided with a second image acquisition device, and the vegetable classification code area is provided with a third image acquisition device. Firstly, the server sorts the unfinished orders of the merchants according to the order receiving sequence under the condition that the catering orders are received, and an order sequence of the merchants is obtained. And performing image recognition on the second video stream by using an image recognition technology, so that each divided food material can be recognized. By carrying out image recognition on the third video stream, the identification of the target food materials corresponding to the dish 'meat slices cooked in water' and 'tomato fried eggs' in the catering order A can be obtained.
And finally, determining a target video stream of dishes in the cooking catering order according to the first video stream and the identification of the target food material.

For example, after the merchant terminal determines the target cook, a webpage link corresponding to an evaluation page for evaluating the target cook is generated according to the target cook identification, and the webpage link is determined as an evaluation entry for evaluating the target cook.
Further illustratively, the evaluation portal may also identify a chef application for the target chef in the case where the merchant terminal has a chef application identification associated therewith. In an example, the merchant terminal determines a chef application identifier of a target chef associated with the merchant terminal according to the target chef identifier, and further determines the chef application identifier of the target chef as an evaluation entry. The chef application identifier may be an account number of the chef application registered for the chef, and thus, the evaluation entry is the chef application account number of the target chef.
And the merchant terminal sends the evaluation entry to the server after determining the evaluation entry, so that the server can send the evaluation entry to the user terminal when receiving an evaluation request sent by the user terminal corresponding to the catering order, and the user terminal evaluates the target chef according to the webpage link corresponding to the evaluation page or the account number applied by the chef of the target chef.
In another embodiment, the feedback information includes the reward information. When receiving a reward request sent by the user terminal, the server sends a reward entrance for rewarding the target cook to the user terminal, so that the user rewards the target cook through the reward entrance, namely, the server sends reward information to the server. Accordingly, after receiving the reward information, the server transfers the resource data (e.g., reward amount, credit, etc.) corresponding to the reward information from the user account to the target chef account or the account of the merchant to which the target chef belongs. The account number may be a payer account number, a WeChat account number, a bank card number, or the like.
For example, the user may input a reward request at a delivery display interface of his user terminal. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a delivery page of a user terminal according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the delivery page includes an option of the reward kitchen, and when the user clicks the option of the reward kitchen, the option representing the reward kitchen is selected, and the user terminal may generate a reward request. Accordingly, the server transmits the reward entrance to the user terminal when receiving the reward request. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 6, the order completed page includes an option of a prospective cook as a prospective entrance, and when the option of the prospective cook is selected by the user, the user terminal displays a homepage of the cook as shown in fig. 7, wherein the homepage of the cook includes a prospective interface. In fig. 7, four types of appreciation grades are shown, respectively a first grade, a second grade, a third grade and a fourth grade, wherein different appreciation grades are represented by different appreciation gifts. For example, the reward gift corresponding to the first level is a beverage, the reward gift corresponding to the second level is a chicken leg, the reward gift corresponding to the third level is a hamburger, the reward gift corresponding to the fourth level is a red packet, the user can send the red packets with different money amounts to the chef to represent the satisfaction degree of the chef, and the server can transfer the reward money amount of the user from the user account to the account of the target chef for accepting reward.
In addition, in fig. 7, the chef homepage further includes the number of completed dining orders of the target chef, the on-time rate of efficiency in completing the dining orders, the satisfaction degree, and the average meal delivery duration, so that the user can know the information related to the business capability of the target chef when enjoying the target chef, and the reliability of evaluation of the target chef by the user is improved.
In view of the fact that the user can feed back the service quality of the target cook according to whether the dishes are good or not and also can feed back the service quality of the target cook according to the condition of the target cook in the process of cooking the dishes, in the present disclosure, the server sends the target video stream to the user terminal in response to receiving the cooking process watching request sent by the user terminal after determining the target video stream, so that the user feeds back the service quality of the target cook according to the target video stream.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 6, the order completed page also includes an option to do a small menu video, which the user can send a view cooking process request to the server by clicking on. And the server sends the target video stream to the user terminal so that the user feeds back the service quality of the target chef according to the target video stream.
The server may further store the target video stream in association with the food order, so that the target video stream of the dish in the cooking order is conveniently searched subsequently.
In addition, the user can watch videos of all links in the whole production process of the catering order, for example, videos of links of vegetable washing component, whether food materials are cleaned or not, whether component is accurate or not and videos of links of vegetable classification coding are watched, whether food materials are taken by mistake or not during subsequent cooking by the chefs can be determined.
Therefore, in an embodiment, the merchant terminal may further send the second video stream, the third video stream, and the target video stream to the server, and the server sends the second video stream, the third video stream, and the target video stream to the user terminal after receiving the dish watching production process request sent by the user terminal.
Therefore, videos of all links of the catering order can be provided for the user, and the user can conveniently know the flow of the dishes in the catering order.
In addition, the merchant packaging area is provided with a fourth image acquisition device, and the method can further comprise the following steps:
if the catering order is a take-away order, determining a terminal identifier of a target delivery capacity for delivering the take-away order when the take-away order is received;
and acquiring a fourth video stream corresponding to the packaging area of the merchant, and sending a food taking prompt message to the terminal of the target delivery capacity when the fourth video stream identifies that the packaging of the takeout order is completed.
Therefore, after recognizing that the takeout orders are packaged, the server can automatically send meal taking prompt information to the terminal of the target delivery capacity, and the intellectualization of catering management is further improved.
The values are explained in that the cameras are respectively arranged in a cooking area, a vegetable washing amount area, a vegetable classification coding area and a packing area, and the cameras can be arranged in a goods inlet area, a vegetable cutting area, a receipt receiving area, a front desk cash register area, a front desk area and a signboard area in a merchant. Based on the same inventive concept, the present disclosure also provides a data processing apparatus. Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating a data processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, applied to a server. The data processing apparatus 900 may include:
a first determining module 901, configured to determine, in a case that a meal order is received, an identifier of a target chef cooking a dish in the meal order;
a first sending module 902, configured to send the identifier of the target chef to a user terminal corresponding to the dining order, so that a user of the user terminal feeds back the service quality of the target chef corresponding to the identifier of the target chef; and
a first receiving module 903, configured to receive feedback information of the user terminal for the target cook, and update a service quality indicator of the target cook according to the feedback information.
Optionally, the first determining module 901 includes:
the first obtaining sub-module is used for obtaining a target video stream of dishes in a cooking order collected by the first image collecting device under the condition that the cooking order is received;
a first determination sub-module to identify a target chef cooking a dish from the target video stream and determine an identification of the target chef.
Optionally, the first obtaining sub-module includes:
the first receiving submodule is used for receiving a first video stream corresponding to a cooking area of a merchant and sent by a merchant terminal under the condition of receiving a catering order;
and the second obtaining sub-module is used for obtaining a target video stream for cooking dishes in the catering order according to the first video stream.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the ordering module is used for ordering unfinished orders of the merchants according to the order receiving sequence under the condition that the catering orders are received, so as to obtain an order sequence of the merchants;
the first obtaining module is used for obtaining a second video stream corresponding to a vegetable washing component area of a merchant and determining a target food material corresponding to dishes in the catering order according to the order sequence of the merchant and the second video stream;
the second obtaining module is used for obtaining a third video stream corresponding to the dish classification coding area of the merchant and determining the identifier of the target food material according to the third video stream;
the second obtaining sub-module is configured to: and acquiring a target video stream for cooking dishes in the catering order according to the first video stream and the identification of the target food material.
Optionally, the second obtaining sub-module is further configured to:
determining a video frame of which the identifier of the target food material is recognized for the first time as a first video frame in the first video stream;
determining a video frame of which the cooking end mark is recognized for the first time as a second video frame in video frames subsequent to the first video frame;
determining a video stream between the first video frame and the second video frame in the first video stream as a target video stream for cooking dishes in the meal order.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the second sending module is used for responding to the received cooking process watching request sent by the user terminal, sending the target video stream to the user terminal, and feeding back the service quality of the target chef by the user according to the target video stream.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the third sending module is used for responding to a received dish watching production process request sent by the user terminal and sending the second video stream, the third video stream and the target video stream to the user terminal.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring related information of each chef recorded by the merchant terminal, wherein the related information comprises dishes which are good for cooking by the chef and chef identification;
the first determining module 901 comprises:
and the second determining submodule is used for determining the identification of a target cook for cooking the dishes in the catering order according to the dishes in the catering order, the dishes which are good for each cook to cook and the cook identification under the condition that the catering order is received.
Optionally, the feedback information comprises an evaluation parameter; the device further comprises:
a fourth sending module, configured to send the identifier of the target chef to the merchant terminal, and receive an evaluation entry sent by the merchant terminal and used for evaluating the target chef, where the evaluation entry is generated by the merchant terminal based on the identifier of the target chef;
the first sending module 902 is configured to: and sending the evaluation entry to a user terminal corresponding to the catering order so that the user of the user terminal evaluates the service quality of the target chef through the evaluation entry.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
a second determining module, configured to determine, when the take-away order is received, a terminal identifier of a target delivery capacity for delivering the take-away order if the catering order is the take-away order;
and the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring a fourth video stream corresponding to a packaging area of a merchant and sending a food taking prompt message to the terminal of the target delivery capacity when the fourth video stream identifies that the packaging of the takeout order is completed.
By adopting the device, after the server determines the identification of the target chef for cooking the dishes in the catering order, the server sends the identification of the target chef to the user terminal corresponding to the catering order, receives the feedback information of the user terminal for the target chef, and updates the service quality index of the target chef according to the feedback information. So, satisfied the user and carried out the demand that feeds back to cook's quality of service, promoted user and cook's viscidity and cook's performance desire, the better digital operation management of the trade company of being convenient for has also improved user and cook's satisfaction to the selling platform simultaneously.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
FIG. 10 is a block diagram of an electronic device shown in accordance with an example embodiment. For example, the electronic device 1900 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 10, an electronic device 1900 includes a processor 1922, which may be one or more in number, and a memory 1932 for storing computer programs executable by the processor 1922. The computer program stored in memory 1932 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processor 1922 may be configured to execute the computer program to perform the data processing method described above.
Additionally, electronic device 1900 may also include a power component 1926 and a communication component 1950, the power component 1926 may be configured to perform power management of the electronic device 1900, and the communication component 1950 may be configured to enable communication, e.g., wired or wireless communication, of the electronic device 1900. In addition, the electronic device 1900 may also include input/output (I/O) interfaces 1958. Electronic device 1900 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 1932Systems, e.g. Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTMAnd so on.
In another exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the data processing method described above. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the memory 1932 described above that includes program instructions that are executable by the processor 1922 of the electronic device 1900 to perform the data processing method described above.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, which comprises a computer program executable by a programmable apparatus, the computer program having code portions for performing the above-mentioned data processing method when executed by the programmable apparatus.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. In order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations will not be separately described in this disclosure.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.

Claims (13)

1. A data processing method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
determining an identification of a target chef cooking a dish in a meal order if the meal order is received;
sending the identification of the target chef to a user terminal corresponding to the catering order, so that the user of the user terminal feeds back the service quality of the target chef corresponding to the identification of the target chef; and
and receiving feedback information of the user terminal aiming at the target cook, and updating the service quality index of the target cook according to the feedback information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining, if a meal order is received, an identification of a target chef cooking a dish in the meal order comprises:
under the condition that a catering order is received, acquiring a target video stream for cooking dishes in the catering order;
a target cook that is cooking a dish is identified from the target video stream and an identification of the target cook is determined.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining a target video stream for cooking dishes in the meal order if the meal order is received comprises:
under the condition of receiving a catering order, receiving a first video stream corresponding to a cooking area of a merchant, which is sent by a merchant terminal;
and acquiring a target video stream for cooking dishes in the catering order according to the first video stream.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
under the condition of receiving the catering orders, sequencing uncompleted orders of merchants according to the order of order receiving to obtain a merchant order sequence;
acquiring a second video stream corresponding to a merchant vegetable washing component area, and determining a target food material corresponding to dishes in the catering order according to the merchant order sequence and the second video stream;
acquiring a third video stream corresponding to a merchant dish classification coding region, and determining the identifier of the target food material according to the third video stream;
the obtaining of the target video stream of the target dish in the cooking order according to the first video stream includes:
and acquiring a target video stream for cooking dishes in the catering order according to the first video stream and the identification of the target food material.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein obtaining the target video stream of cooking the dish in the meal order according to the first video stream and the identification of the target food material comprises:
determining a video frame of which the identifier of the target food material is recognized for the first time as a first video frame in the first video stream;
determining a video frame of which the cooking end mark is recognized for the first time as a second video frame in video frames subsequent to the first video frame;
determining a video stream between the first video frame and the second video frame in the first video stream as a target video stream for cooking dishes in the meal order.
6. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and responding to a cooking process watching request sent by the user terminal, sending the target video stream to the user terminal so as to enable the user to feed back the service quality of the target chef according to the target video stream.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and in response to receiving a dish watching production process request sent by the user terminal, sending the second video stream, the third video stream and the target video stream to the user terminal.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring relevant information of each chef recorded by the merchant terminal, wherein the relevant information comprises dishes which are good for cooking by the chef and chef identification;
determining, in the event that a meal order is received, an identification of a target chef cooking a dish in the meal order, comprising:
and under the condition that a catering order is received, determining the identification of a target cook for cooking the dishes in the catering order according to the dishes in the catering order, the dishes which each cook is skilled in cooking and the identifications of the cooks.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the feedback information comprises an evaluation parameter; the method further comprises the following steps:
sending the identification of the target chef to the merchant terminal, and receiving an evaluation entry sent by the merchant terminal and used for evaluating the target chef, wherein the evaluation entry is generated by the merchant terminal based on the identification of the target chef;
the sending the identification of the target chef to the user terminal corresponding to the catering order comprises:
and sending the evaluation entry to a user terminal corresponding to the catering order so that the user of the user terminal evaluates the service quality of the target chef through the evaluation entry.
10. The method according to any one of claims 1-9, further comprising:
if the catering order is a take-away order, determining a terminal identifier of a target delivery capacity for delivering the take-away order when the take-away order is received;
and acquiring a fourth video stream corresponding to a packaging area of a merchant, and sending a food taking prompt message to a terminal of the target delivery capacity when the fourth video stream identifies that the packaging of the takeout order is completed.
11. A data processing apparatus, applied to a server, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first determination module, a second determination module and a third determination module, wherein the first determination module is used for determining a target chef identifier for cooking dishes in a catering order under the condition that the catering order is received;
the first sending module is used for sending the identification of the target chef to a user terminal corresponding to the catering order so that a user of the user terminal feeds back the service quality of the target chef corresponding to the identification of the target chef; and
and the first receiving module is used for receiving feedback information of the user terminal aiming at the target cook and updating the service quality index of the target cook according to the feedback information.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory having a computer program stored thereon;
a processor for executing the computer program in the memory to implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-10.
