Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application. In the present application, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict. The steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
As described above, in the related art, evaluation indexes of different items are different in practical applications, for example, a user who wants to purchase a piece of clothing is more concerned about evaluation of the purchased user on the item through an evaluation tag such as a blueprint and a video, and a user who wants to purchase an electronic product is more concerned about quality evaluation of the purchased user on the item. Therefore, the display of the evaluation labels for the articles in the related art is fixed, monotonous and inflexible, and cannot adapt to the individual requirements of different articles. The visual experience of the user is poor from the user level.
The present application provides a first embodiment of a display control method, applied to a server, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step (S) 101: receiving a first parameter of an article displayed on a display interface of a client, wherein the first parameter is characterized by the category of the article;
here, the category of the item may be a coarse category. If the goods sold in the e-commerce platform are classified according to the clothes, electronic products, articles for daily use, etc., the classification of the goods may refer to whether the goods belongs to the clothes, the electronic products, etc. The category of the article may also be a fine-grained category, for example, the category of the electronic product may also include a smartphone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, an all-in-one machine, and the like, and then the category of the article may refer to whether the article is a smartphone, a tablet computer, and the like. Of course, the category of the article may also be a finer-grained category, taking a smartphone as an example, for example, according to a difference between manufacturers of smartphones, the category of the article may refer to whether the article is a smartphone produced by manufacturer a or a smartphone produced by manufacturer B. As an example according to whether the smartphone includes the function C, the category of the item may refer to whether the item is a smartphone with the function C or a smartphone without the function C. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the category of the article in the embodiment of the present application may be any information that can distinguish the article from other articles, and since it cannot be enumerated one by one, any reasonable other situation in practical application falls within the protection scope of the present solution.
S102: determining contents to be displayed for the article according to first parameters of the article, wherein the contents to be displayed comprise at least one evaluation label for the article and at least one evaluation content corresponding to each evaluation label;
s103: and sending the content to be displayed.
The main body executing S101-103 is a server.
In the scheme, the server determines the evaluation label and the evaluation content to be displayed for the article according to the type of the article, and sends the determined content to be displayed for display. Namely, the evaluation label and the evaluation content are displayed, displayed or presented according to the category of the article in the embodiment of the application. Compared with the scheme that different articles in the related art are displayed in a relatively fixed display mode, the evaluation label to be displayed is determined according to the category of the article, the display of the evaluation label of the article is more flexible and is not fixed, novel visual impact is caused to a user, and the experience and the feeling of the user are greatly improved. The display of the evaluation label in the evaluation interface is determined according to the category of the article, and the personalized display of the evaluation interface of each article can be embodied.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the evaluation tags in the embodiments of the present application include at least several tags, in addition to the aforementioned good-rating, bad-rating, medium-rating, new-rating, additional-rating tags: the system comprises a plurality of evaluation labels such as high-quality evaluation, picture drying, video drying, softness and comfort, size standard and the like. The embodiment of the application is equivalent to that on the basis of the existing several evaluation labels, a plurality of personalized labels for each article are added according to different categories of articles. If the high-quality evaluation label is added for the electronic commodity type article; the soft and comfortable evaluation label and the size standard label are added for the articles of the clothes. It is to be understood that the evaluation labels added to the articles of different categories in the embodiment of the present application may be any evaluation label that can serve as an evaluation index of the article. Because the types of articles in practical application are more and the evaluation indexes are more, the method cannot enumerate one by one, and any reasonable evaluation label is in the protection range of the embodiment of the application.
In an alternative embodiment, the scheme of determining at least one rating label for the item in dependence on the first parameter of the item may be implemented by: the server stores information such as a plurality of evaluation tags and evaluation tags that can be used by (different types of) articles in advance, and when the type of the article is received, the server screens the evaluation tags that can be used by (different types of) articles from the stored plurality of evaluation tags according to the type of the article. It can also be realized by: the evaluation tags used for (possibly) different types of articles are arranged in advance, and when the server receives the type of the article, the server reads the arranged information to obtain the evaluation tag of the article of the type. For ease of use, the number of evaluation tags provided for different categories of articles and the number of evaluation tags stored for different categories of articles are each typically 2 or more.
In an optional embodiment, in a case that the number of the evaluation tags is at least two, the determining the content to be displayed for the article further includes determining a display order of each evaluation tag, and is specifically implemented by one of the following two ways:
the first method is as follows: and determining the display sequence of each evaluation label in the at least two evaluation labels according to the first parameter of the article, and at least transmitting the evaluation labels which are sequenced according to the display sequence.
In the first aspect, the server may calculate the number of evaluation contents for each evaluation label of the article, and sort the display order of each evaluation label based on the number of evaluation contents for each evaluation label. For example, the display order of the evaluation labels is sorted in descending order or descending order of the number of the evaluation contents of the evaluation labels of the products of the category. In addition, in practical application, since the evaluation tags preferentially adopted by different types of articles are different, for example, a user who wants to purchase an article of clothing more wants to see pictures or videos uploaded by the purchased user, the evaluation tags which are characterized by pictures or videos of the article of clothing can be arranged in front of other evaluation tags for display. For example, if a user who wants to purchase an electronic product item would prefer to see the description about the evaluation category uploaded by the purchased user, an evaluation label that characterizes a high-quality evaluation of the electronic product item may be displayed in front of the other evaluation labels. The scheme for determining the display sequence of the evaluation tags according to the categories of the articles meets the requirement of personalized display of the articles of different categories, preferentially displays the evaluation tags which a user wants to watch, and meets the watching experience of the user from the user aspect.
The second method comprises the following steps: obtaining first information, wherein the first information is characterized by the display sequence of each evaluation label configured for the article with the first parameter; at least the first information is transmitted.
In the second aspect, the server obtains the evaluation tags previously arranged for the items of the category, and transmits the evaluation tags in the display order among the previously arranged evaluation tags. It is to be understood that, for different categories of articles, the display order between the evaluation labels for the articles may be set in advance. For example, an evaluation label expressed as a high-quality screen may be provided in front of an evaluation label for good evaluation, bad evaluation, or the like for an electronic product. An evaluation label characterized as soft and comfortable may be placed in front of the full, supplemental, etc. evaluation labels for articles of apparel. The evaluation labels and the display sequence among the evaluation labels are configured for different types of commodities in advance, so that the watching experience of users on different articles can be met.
In the foregoing first and/or second modes, the method further includes: screening at least two target evaluation labels from at least two evaluation labels, wherein the target evaluation labels are the evaluation labels with the front display priority in the at least two evaluation labels; and sending the at least two target evaluation labels which are sorted according to the display priority order. It is understood that, for at least two evaluation tags determined by the server for the item of the category, all the evaluation tags may be transmitted for display, and some evaluation tags with the highest display priority may be selected from all the evaluation tags and transmitted for display. The scheme for sending the evaluation tags with the display priority levels ahead only transmits the evaluation tags with the display priority levels ahead, so that transmission resources can be greatly saved.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a second embodiment of a display control method, which is applied to a client, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201: obtaining a first parameter of a displayed article displayed on a display interface, wherein the first parameter is characterized by the category of the article;
s202: sending a first parameter;
s203: receiving content to be displayed for the item, wherein the content to be displayed comprises at least one evaluation label for the item and at least one evaluation content corresponding to each evaluation label;
s204: and presenting at least one evaluation label of the article and at least one evaluation content corresponding to each evaluation label in the display interface.
The main body for executing steps S201 to S204 is the client.
In the foregoing scheme, a client obtains and sends a category of a display item displayed on a display interface, receives content to be displayed for the category of the item, and presents at least one evaluation tag of the item and at least one evaluation content corresponding to each evaluation tag in the display interface. Namely, the embodiment of the application realizes the display, display or presentation of the evaluation label according to the category of the article. The evaluation labels of the articles are displayed more flexibly and are not fixed any more, the evaluation labels to be displayed are determined according to the categories of the articles, novel visual impact is caused to a user, and the experience of the user is greatly improved. The display of the evaluation label in the evaluation interface is not fixed any more, and the personalized display of the evaluation interface of each article can be embodied.
In an optional scheme, the client receives each evaluation tag under the condition that the number of the evaluation tags is at least two; displaying each evaluation label in the display interface according to the display sequence of each evaluation label; wherein the display order is determined based on a first parameter of an item or is preconfigured for an item of the first parameter. For details, please refer to the related description of the first and/or second manners, which is not repeated herein.
In addition, the client receives at least two target evaluation labels, wherein the target evaluation labels are evaluation labels with the display priority higher than the priority of the at least two evaluation labels; and displaying the at least two target evaluation labels in the display interface according to the display priority order of the target evaluation labels. The client may display all the evaluation tags for at least two evaluation tags for the item of the category specified by the server, or may select and display some evaluation tags with the highest display priority from all the evaluation tags for the server. The evaluation labels are displayed according to the categories of the articles, so that the personalized display of the evaluation labels of different articles is greatly embodied, and the requirements of users are met.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a third embodiment of a display control method, which is applied to a display control system, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301: receiving a first parameter of an article displayed on a display interface of a client, wherein the first parameter is characterized by the category of the article;
s302: determining contents to be displayed for the article according to first parameters of the article, wherein the contents to be displayed comprise at least one evaluation label for the article and at least one evaluation content corresponding to each evaluation label;
s303: and presenting at least one evaluation label of the article and at least one evaluation content corresponding to each evaluation label in the display interface.
The main body for executing steps S301 to S303 is a display control system.
In the foregoing aspect, the display control system determines the evaluation labels and the evaluation contents corresponding to the respective evaluation labels according to the categories of the articles, and displays the evaluation labels determined according to the categories of the articles. And then the corresponding display of the evaluation labels is realized for different articles, the display content is flexible, the personalized display of the articles of different categories can be realized, and the requirements of users can be met.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present application will be described in further detail with reference to fig. 4, 5, and 6(a) and (b).
In the application scenario, the display control system including the client, the server and the background device is taken as an example to explain the scheme in detail.
In the application scenario, the background device is used for configuring evaluation labels for different types of articles. The specific process is shown in fig. 4:
s401: newly building a plurality of general evaluation label groups;
s402: selecting the general evaluation label groups belonging to different categories of commodities;
in S401 and S402, considering that in practical applications, the categories of the articles are many, taking the category of the articles as the coarse-grained category as an example, the articles may include clothing, electronic goods, vegetables, fruits, vegetables, fresh fruits, and the like. And the background equipment creates a plurality of evaluation label general groups and selects the evaluation label general group to which the evaluation label general group belongs for each category of articles. Assuming that 3 evaluation tag general groups are newly established in S401, selecting the 1 st evaluation tag general group as the evaluation tag general group of the clothing article; and selecting the 2 nd evaluation label general group as the evaluation label general group of the electronic commodity class. It is to be understood that similar categories of items may use the same general set of rating labels, such as selecting the 3 rd general set of rating labels as the general set of rating labels for items of the vegetable, fruit, and fresh variety.
S403: establishing an evaluation label in each evaluation label general group according to the category of the commodity corresponding to each evaluation label general group;
it is understood that the evaluation tags such as good rating, medium rating, bad rating, full rating, and additional rating are commonly used as the existing rating tags, and may be used as the commonly used evaluation tags in the common group of the respective evaluation tags.
In addition, for each category of the commodity corresponding to each general evaluation tag group, the evaluation tags capable of expressing the evaluation individuality of the commodity corresponding to the general groups are created. For example,
an evaluation label expressed as soft comfort of the article may be created for the 1 st general group of evaluation labels, that is, the general group belonging to the article of apparel, and an evaluation label expressed as a size standard of the article and an evaluation label with a picture, a video, or the like may also be created, as shown in fig. 6 (a).
An evaluation label expressed as a high-quality evaluation of the article may be created for the 2 nd general group of evaluation labels, that is, a general group belonging to the electronic product category, and an evaluation label expressed as a running stability may also be created, as shown in fig. 6 (b).
An evaluation label indicating the freshness of the item can be created for the 3 rd general group of evaluation labels, i.e., the general group belonging to the vegetables, fruits and fresh items.
It is understood that a general group of rating labels is a collection of individual rating labels that the general group should have.
S404: the display order of each evaluation tag in each general group is arranged according to the category of the product corresponding to each general group of evaluation tags.
The evaluation label which the user wants to view can be displayed in front of the evaluation label which the user does not want to view according to the actual requirement of the user to view.
For example, for an article of apparel, if its general group includes an evaluation tag for good, medium, bad, all, expressed as the soft comfort level of the article, an evaluation tag expressed as the size standard of the article, and an evaluation tag for a chart, a video, etc., the ranking of the individual evaluation tags may be performed in the order of chart, video, good, all, soft comfort, size standard, medium, bad, etc., as shown in fig. 6 (a). For example, if the general group of the electronic product articles includes a good evaluation, a medium evaluation, a bad evaluation, all, an evaluation tag indicating a good evaluation of the article, and an evaluation tag indicating a stable operation, the order of the evaluation tags may be performed in the order of good evaluation, all, good evaluation, stable operation, a pictorial view, a video view, a medium evaluation, and a bad evaluation. It can be understood that fig. 6(a) and (b) are only specific examples, the number of the evaluation tags of each category of product may be further increased, if the evaluation tags cannot be completely displayed, the evaluation tags may be hidden, and the evaluation tags that are originally hidden appear through the operation of the hidden key by the user, as shown in fig. 6(a), the evaluation tags that are originally added are hidden, and when the client detects the touch operation of the user on the hidden key, such as clicking, the evaluation tags that are added are displayed, such as being displayed behind the evaluation tags that are badly evaluated, or the evaluation tags that are originally hidden may be displayed in the forefront of all the evaluation tags if the evaluation tags need to be displayed; but also can be displayed at any reasonable position without limitation.
Therefore, the background equipment can complete the configuration of the evaluation labels for different types of articles.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that because different sets of common sets of rating labels are configured for different categories of articles, the content of rating labels included in different sets of common sets of rating labels may or may not be the same, and the number of rating labels may or may not be the same. The setting is flexible according to specific conditions.
According to the scheme, the evaluation labels which can be used by the commodities of different categories are configured for the commodities of different categories according to different categories of the commodities, so that the evaluation indexes of the commodities of different categories can be conveniently checked by a user correspondingly, and the use of the user is greatly facilitated. In addition, the articles using different general groups of evaluation labels can be displayed in a personalized way according to the categories of the articles. The different types of commodities use the corresponding general group display instead of the same display, and the requirements of personalized display of different articles can be met.
In the foregoing scheme, the background device is configured to perform configuration of evaluation tags for different types of articles, and this configuration process may also be implemented by the server, which is not limited specifically.
In the application scenario, when the user has a viewing demand for the evaluation label and the evaluation content of a certain category of articles, referring to fig. 5,
s501: a user enters a display interface of item introduction with the category A through a client, the client initiates a request to a server side, and the request comprises a first parameter which is characterized as the category;
here, the client may specifically initiate the request if the user enters an evaluation interface for the item.
S502: the server side receives the request, reads the first parameter from the request, and obtains the category of the article displayed by the current client side;
s503: the server traverses the configured evaluation label general groups from the information configured in advance by the background equipment, and judges whether the evaluation label general groups configured for the articles of the category can be found;
if the search result is found, executing step S504;
otherwise, executing S506;
here, the server may read and store the configured information to itself in a state where the background device is configured with the above information. The server can also access the background equipment to obtain the configured general evaluation tag group for the category of articles under the condition of receiving the request of the client.
S504: for the found general evaluation tag group, the server reads the corresponding evaluation content under each evaluation tag in the general group, sends the general evaluation tag group and the evaluation content found for the category of articles to the client, and continues to execute step S505;
it can be understood that the general evaluation tag group sent by the server to the client is a general group in which the evaluation tags are arranged in order by the background device. And the evaluation content corresponding to the evaluation label is obtained by storing the purchased evaluation content of the user through a background device or a server. For different evaluation contents of different users, the server sorts and summarizes the evaluation labels to which the different evaluation contents belong, for example, the evaluation label of the user 1 who has purchased the article belongs to the high-quality evaluation is summarized. Such as an evaluation label summarizing the evaluation of the user 2 who has purchased the item belongs to the operation stability.
In this step, the server may also select, according to the configuration of the background device, several evaluation tags with a display order earlier, such as the first 5 evaluation tags, from the found general evaluation tag groups to be sent as target evaluation tags if the found general evaluation tag groups are arranged in the order from the largest to the smallest display priority.
S505: the client receives the general evaluation tag group with the ordered evaluation tags and the evaluation content, at least displays the general group, and the process is finished;
it can be understood that, as shown in fig. 6(a) or fig. 6(b), the evaluation interface of the client displays all the evaluation tags of the general evaluation tag group, and when the user selects one of the evaluation tags, the evaluation content corresponding to the evaluation tag is displayed.
It can be understood that the scheme of selecting several evaluation tags with the display sequence being the top from the found general group of evaluation tags can be performed at the server side, the server side selects the target evaluation tags and sends the target evaluation tags to the client side for display at the client side, the client side can also receive the general group of evaluation tags found by the server, and the client side selects and displays the target evaluation tags. The specific setting can be flexibly set according to the actual situation.
S506: the server uses the default evaluation label general group as the evaluation label general group of the article of the category, sends the evaluation label general group to the client and continues to execute S507;
s507: the client receives the default general evaluation tag group and the evaluation content, at least displays the general group, and the process is finished;
the default evaluation tag general group may be an existing evaluation tag general group, which is not described in detail.
In the scheme, the background presets the general evaluation label group of each category of articles and ranks the evaluation labels in the general group. When the system is used, the server reads the corresponding general evaluation tag group according to the first parameter in the request sent by the client, and the client displays the evaluation tags according to the arranged sequence. The evaluation labels are correspondingly displayed aiming at different types of articles, the display content is flexible, the personalized display of the different types of articles can be realized, and different use requirements of users can be met.
As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the foregoing solution is to determine and display the evaluation labels for different categories of merchandise according to preconfigured information. In addition, the server may store information such as a plurality of evaluation tags and evaluation tags (which may be used by articles of different types) in advance, and when the client requests the server, the server may screen the evaluation tags (which may be used by articles of the type) from the plurality of stored evaluation tags according to the type of the articles. The server calculates the number of the evaluation contents of each evaluation label of the article, sorts the display sequence of each evaluation label according to the descending order of the number of the evaluation contents of each evaluation label of the commodity of the category, and sends the sorted evaluation labels to the client for display by the client. The above scheme is a scheme in which the server performs autonomous ranking of evaluation tags according to requests, and is a flexible ranking scheme. In the case where the number of the evaluation contents is in the order from large to small (as shown in fig. 6(a) and (b), the evaluation tags have information on the number of the evaluation contents), the user can know not only which tag has the most evaluation content but also the evaluation content of interest through the client. It can be understood that, in the foregoing scheme of autonomous ranking, the server may select the target evaluation tags and send the target evaluation tags to the client for display, or the server may send the ranked evaluation tags to the client and the client may select the target evaluation tags.
Fig. 6(a) is a display mode of an evaluation interface for a product of clothing, and fig. 6(b) is a display mode of an evaluation interface for a product of electronic products. In fig. 6(a), a comment content made by a user named "effort" to the purchased clothes through a picture is shown in the case where the evaluation tag is a mapped evaluation tag. In fig. 6(b), the comment label is a high-quality comment, and the comment content made by the user in the text of the purchased electronic product is displayed under the name "lu". It can be seen that, in the display of the evaluation labels shown in fig. 6(a) and (b), the contents of at least some of the displayed evaluation labels differ from each other at least in part due to the difference in the categories of the articles, and the display order of at least some of the evaluation labels differs from each other. For example, an evaluation label of the clothing article, which is represented as a figure, is displayed at the forefront; the evaluation label of the electronic product article, which is expressed as a high-quality evaluation, is displayed at the top. Therefore, the display of at least part of different evaluation labels on different types of articles is realized, and the display sequence of at least part of evaluation labels on different types of articles is different, so that the display is personalized, the use requirement of a user can be met, and a new visual experience is provided.
