本发明涉及流体输送装置领域内的一种容积泵,泵壳内设有圆柱形的泵腔,泵腔内偏心设置有转子;泵壳的一侧设有连通泵腔的进油口,其特征在于:所述转子上周向均匀开设有若干径向孔,径向孔中配合插入有柱塞,柱塞朝向泵腔的端部设有滚轮,转子上设有与径向孔连通的轴向出油孔,所述柱塞上设有轴向通孔,轴向通孔中设有单向阀,轴向出油孔中设有半圆柱形的配油轴,转子转动时,配油轴遮挡在所述径向孔容积逐渐增大的一侧。该装置利用容积变化实现进油和出油,进出油连续顺畅,内部泄漏小,滚轮在泵壳能能得到良好的润滑,使用可靠;该装置可制成小流量的油泵,可作为柴油机、汽油机等原动机的轴带油泵使用。

本发明涉及一种流体输送装置,特别涉及一种容积泵。
背景技术
现有技术的容积式泵中有一种叶片泵,其结构主要包括有泵壳,泵壳内 设有圆柱形的泵腔,泵腔内偏心设置有转子,转子上径向开设有若干槽,在 所述槽中一一对应插装有叶片,泵壳的一侧设有进油口,泵壳的另一侧设有 出油口,泵壳两端设有端盖,叶片与端盖相配合设置。其工作时,转子转动, 离心力使叶片甩出,叶片、泵壳和转子之间形成一个容积变化的空间,通过 进油口和出油口位置的设置,使进油口朝向容积逐渐变大的空间,出油口朝 向容积逐渐变小的空间,可实现从一侧吸油,另一侧排油。其不足之处在于: 该泵的叶片质量小,需要较高转速才能使叶片与泵壳内腔之间形成良好的密 封,叶片与泵壳之间容易过度磨损;此外,叶片两端、顶部形成多处密封面, 容易造成密封不良而影响泵的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种容积泵,使其内部泄漏小、运动件之间磨损 小。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种容积泵,包括泵壳,泵壳内设有圆 柱形的泵腔,泵腔内偏心设置有转子;泵壳的一侧设有连通泵腔的进油口, 所述转子上周向均匀开设有若干径向孔,径向孔中配合插入有柱塞,柱塞朝 向泵腔的端部设有滚轮,转子上设有与径向孔连通的轴向出油孔,所述柱塞 上设有轴向通孔,轴向通孔中设有单向阀,轴向出油孔中设有半圆柱形的配 油轴,转子转动时,配油轴遮挡在所述径向孔容积逐渐增大的一侧。
该装置工作时,转子单向转动,带动柱塞作圆周运动,离心力驱使柱塞 向外运动,滚轮贴靠在泵腔内壁上,柱塞运动时,在部分区域内会向外伸出, 此时,单向阀开启,同时配油轴遮挡径向孔内侧,泵壳内的油向径向孔内注 油,柱塞继续运动,柱塞径向向径向孔内侧移动,单向阀关闭,同时,径向 孔与轴向出油孔接通,可通过轴向出油孔向外排油;如此,循环运动,可不 断从进油口进油再从轴向出油孔排油。该装置运动平稳,进出油连续顺畅, 内部泄漏小,滚轮在泵壳能能得到良好的润滑,其噪音小、使用可靠;该装 置可制成小流量的油泵,可作为柴油机、汽油机等原动机的轴带油泵使用, 可显著减小运动噪音。
为减小泵腔内的磨损,所述泵腔内壁上设有耐磨衬管。耐磨衬管可以更 换,保证其工作可靠,使用寿命长。
为使得滚轮越过进油口对应的开口位置时,能无阻碍地通过,所述耐磨 衬管与进油口对应位置设有若干通油孔。也可以使滚轮直径远大于进油口的 孔径。
作为本发明的改进,所述单向阀包括设置经弹簧推挤安装在阀座内的阀 球,弹簧的另一端设有带有通孔的阀座,阀座螺纹连接在所述径向孔中。该 阀结构简单,制造安装方便。

如图所示1-2所示,为一种容积泵,其泵壳1内设有耐磨衬管6,耐 磨衬管6内侧为圆柱形的泵腔,泵腔内偏心设置有转子2;泵壳1的一侧设 有连通泵腔的进油口10,耐磨衬管6与进油口10对应位置设有若干通油孔9; 转子2上周向均匀开设有若干径向孔,径向孔中配合插入有柱塞3,柱塞3 朝向泵腔的端部经销轴11连接有滚轮4,转子2上设有与径向孔连通的轴向 出油孔8,柱塞3上设有轴向通孔,轴向通孔中设有单向阀5,所述单向阀5 包括设置经弹簧501推挤安装在阀座内的阀球502,弹簧的另一端设有带有 通孔的阀座503,阀座螺纹连接在所述径向孔中;轴向出油孔8中设有半圆 柱形的配油轴7,转子2转动时,配油轴7遮挡在所述径向孔容积逐渐增大 的一侧。
