The invention also discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly coating additive with the deodorization function, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the following raw materials: weighing emulsion, bamboo charcoal powder, diatomite, silver-loaded antibacterial silicon dioxide, silicon dioxide-coated titanium oxide powder, vermiculite, perlite, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and an ethanol solution according to the weight components, and selecting for later use;

s3, raw material dissolution: pouring the ethanol solution into a stirring kettle, sequentially adding the emulsion, the bamboo charcoal powder, the diatomite, the silver-loaded antibacterial silicon dioxide and the silicon dioxide-coated titanium oxide powder, stirring, and adjusting the rotation speed of the stirring kettle to 2500 revolutions per minute for 6 minutes;

The invention also discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly coating additive with the deodorization function, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the following raw materials: weighing emulsion, bamboo charcoal powder, diatomite, silver-loaded antibacterial silicon dioxide, silicon dioxide-coated titanium oxide powder, vermiculite, perlite, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and an ethanol solution according to the weight components, and selecting for later use;
s2, grinding into powder: adding vermiculite, perlite, aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide into a grinder, grinding the vermiculite, the perlite, the aluminum hydroxide and the magnesium hydroxide into powder by using the grinder, taking out the powder of the vermiculite, the perlite, the aluminum hydroxide and the magnesium hydroxide, adding an ethanol solution as a solvent for dissolving, mixing, stirring and grinding, and grinding into slurry for later use;
s3, raw material dissolution: pouring the ethanol solution into a stirring kettle, sequentially adding the emulsion, the bamboo charcoal powder, the diatomite, the silver-loaded antibacterial silicon dioxide and the silicon dioxide-coated titanium oxide powder, stirring, and adjusting the rotation speed of the stirring kettle to 300 revolutions per minute for 7 minutes;

s5, concentrating and preparing: and (4) heating and concentrating the mixed solution obtained in the step (S4), controlling the heating temperature at 70 ℃, then filtering, removing filter residues, collecting filtrate, and further concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain the environment-friendly coating additive.
Comparative experiment
A manufacturer of an environment-friendly coating additive respectively selects the environment-friendly coating additives prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 and market environment-friendly coating additives to carry out a comparison experiment, as can be seen from fig. 2, the environment-friendly coating additives prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 have good deodorization effects, and the deodorization effects of the market environment-friendly coating additives are general or very poor, the deodorization effect of the environment-friendly coating additives prepared by the invention is far higher than that of the market environment-friendly coating additives, as can be seen from fig. 3, the environment-friendly coating additives prepared in the embodiment 2 have the best deodorization effect and are the preferred scheme; the other two are acceptable.
In conclusion, the silver-loaded antibacterial silicon dioxide and the titanium oxide powder coated by the silicon dioxide are added into the paint, so that the paint has good antibacterial and bactericidal effects, the diatomite has the porosity of more than 85 percent, large surface area and strong water absorption capacity, has the functions of adjusting humidity and adsorbing toxic gases, and can effectively remove odor and achieve the aim of purifying air by utilizing the functions of super adsorption, humidity adjustment, deodorization, insect prevention and the like of the bamboo charcoal powder.

An environment-friendly paint additive with a deodorization function is characterized in that: the raw materials comprise by weight: 10-14 parts of emulsion, 5-7 parts of bamboo charcoal powder, 7-9 parts of diatomite, 4-6 parts of silver-loaded antibacterial silicon dioxide, 5-9 parts of silicon dioxide coated titanium oxide powder, 4-10 parts of vermiculite, 6-10 parts of perlite, 1-3 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 2-4 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 0.5-0.7 part of dispersing agent, 0.6-0.8 part of defoaming agent and 30-40 parts of ethanol solution.

The environment-friendly paint additive with deodorization function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the raw materials comprise by weight: 10 parts of emulsion, 5 parts of bamboo charcoal powder, 7 parts of diatomite, 4 parts of silver-loaded antibacterial silicon dioxide, 5 parts of silicon dioxide coated titanium oxide powder, 4 parts of vermiculite, 6 parts of perlite, 1 part of aluminum hydroxide, 2 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 0.5 part of dispersing agent, 0.6 part of defoaming agent and 30 parts of ethanol solution.

The environment-friendly paint additive with deodorization function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the raw materials comprise by weight: 12 parts of emulsion, 6 parts of bamboo charcoal powder, 8 parts of diatomite, 5 parts of silver-loaded antibacterial silicon dioxide, 7 parts of silicon dioxide coated titanium oxide powder, 7 parts of vermiculite, 8 parts of perlite, 2 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 3 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 0.6 part of dispersing agent, 0.7 part of defoaming agent and 35 parts of ethanol solution.

The environment-friendly paint additive with deodorization function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the raw materials comprise by weight: 14 parts of emulsion, 7 parts of bamboo charcoal powder, 9 parts of diatomite, 6 parts of silver-loaded antibacterial silicon dioxide, 9 parts of silicon dioxide coated titanium oxide powder, 10 parts of vermiculite, 10 parts of perlite, 3 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 4 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 0.7 part of dispersing agent, 0.8 part of defoaming agent and 40 parts of ethanol solution.
5. The environmentally friendly paint additive having deodorizing function according to claims 1 to 4, wherein: the defoaming agent is polydimethylsiloxane.

The environmentally friendly paint additive having deodorizing function according to claims 1 to 4, wherein: the dispersing agent is one or a combination of more of triethyl hexyl phosphoric acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, methyl amyl alcohol, cellulose derivatives, polyacrylamide, Gul gum and fatty acid polyglycol ester.
7. The environmentally friendly paint additive having deodorizing function according to claims 1 to 4, wherein: the additive accounts for 7-10% of the weight of the coating.
