Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof half gooseneck type ventilating duct which is fixedly arranged on a bulkhead of a ship and comprises a half gooseneck, wherein the half gooseneck consists of a first straight pipe and a second straight pipe, the first straight pipe is vertically distributed, the second straight pipe is transversely distributed, and the upper end part of the first straight pipe is fixedly connected with the second straight pipe; the second straight pipe penetrates through the bulkhead, and the first straight pipe is positioned on the outer side of the bulkhead; a support component is fixedly arranged in the first straight pipe, a screw rod penetrates through the support component, and the screw rod is in threaded connection with the support component; the lower end of the screw rod is fixedly provided with a cover plate which can move up and down along with the screw rod and can seal the lower end of the first straight pipe; and a first steel wire mesh for preventing foreign objects from entering is fixedly arranged on the supporting component. The invention has the advantages of simple manufacture and low cost; the structure can better prevent water from entering the cabin; the opening and closing device is suitable for on-site operation, and the falling risk caused by climbing operation is avoided.

Technical Field

Background
Currently, shutters are commonly employed to achieve natural ventilation of the ship's cabin. However, the blind cannot meet the requirement of watertight performance in the using process, and the arrangement of the steps and the handles for opening and closing the blind also needs to be specially considered in the arrangement process. Preferably, the upper end surface of the cover plate is provided with a sealing element at a position corresponding to the lower end of the first straight pipe.
Preferably, a wrench for rotating the cover plate is fixedly arranged at the end part of the cover plate.
Preferably, the supporting component comprises a supporting seat and a plurality of supporting plates, the supporting seat is positioned in the middle of the supporting component, and two ends of each supporting plate are fixedly connected to the supporting seat and the inner wall of the first straight pipe respectively; the supporting seat is provided with an internal thread matched with the screw rod.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be more clearly and completely described in the following description of preferred embodiments, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a waterproof half-gooseneck type air funnel is fixedly arranged on a bulkhead 10 of a ship and comprises a half-gooseneck 20, wherein the half-gooseneck 20 is composed of a first straight pipe 21 which is vertically distributed and a second straight pipe 22 which is horizontally distributed.
In the present embodiment, the pipe diameter of the second straight pipe 22 is the same as that of the first straight pipe 21; the first straight tube 21 is perpendicular to the second straight tube 22.
The upper end part of the first straight pipe 21 is fixedly connected to the second straight pipe 22; the second straight pipe 22 is arranged through the bulkhead, and the first straight pipe 21 is positioned outside the bulkhead.
The outer wall of the second straight pipe 22 is provided with a web 11, and the web 11 is fixedly arranged on the bulkhead 10.
The first straight pipe 21 is fixedly provided with a support component 30, a screw 40 penetrates through the support component, and the screw 40 is in threaded connection with the support component 30.
In this embodiment, the supporting member 30 includes a supporting seat 31 and a plurality of supporting plates 32, the supporting seat 31 is located in the middle of the supporting member, and two ends of the supporting plates 32 are respectively and fixedly connected to the supporting seat 31 and the inner wall of the first straight tube 21. The support seat 31 is provided with an internal thread matched with the screw 40.
The lower end of the screw 40 is fixedly provided with a cover plate 50 which can move up and down along with the screw and can seal the lower end of the first straight pipe.
The upper end surface of the cover plate 50 is provided with a seal 51 at a position corresponding to the lower end portion of the first straight pipe. A wrench 52 for rotating the cover plate is fixedly arranged at the end of the cover plate 50.
The supporting member 30 is fixedly provided with a first steel wire mesh 61 for preventing foreign objects from entering. In this embodiment, the first steel wire mesh 61 is fixedly connected to the supporting plate 32.
A second steel wire mesh 62 for blocking foreign matters from entering is arranged in the second straight pipe 22; a plurality of baffles 60 are further arranged in the second straight pipe 22, the baffles 60 are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the second straight pipe 22, and the second steel wire mesh 62 is fixedly arranged on the baffles 60.
The upper end of the screw 40 is provided with a stopper for preventing the screw from falling out of the support member. In this embodiment, the blocking member is a cotter pin 41 inserted into the screw 40.
In this embodiment, the first steel wire net and the second steel wire net are made of stainless steel.

When ventilation is needed, force is applied to the wrench, the cover plate rotates, the cover plate drives the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod descends, and the cover plate leaves the lower end part of the first straight pipe, so that ventilation inside and outside the cabin can be quickly and conveniently achieved.
When the vent needs to be closed, force is applied to the wrench, the cover plate rotates, the cover plate drives the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod rises, and the cover plate seals the lower end part of the first straight pipe, so that the vent can be quickly and conveniently sealed.
According to the waterproof semi-gooseneck type ventilating duct, one end of the semi-gooseneck is positioned in the cabin, the other end of the semi-gooseneck is opened downwards, rainwater can be prevented from entering the cabin through the semi-gooseneck, and therefore the waterproof semi-gooseneck type ventilating duct has a watertight function.
The waterproof half gooseneck type ventilating duct of the invention has the advantages of meeting the natural ventilation requirement of the cabin, achieving more effective watertight requirement than a shutter, being simpler and more convenient to operate than the shutter, and saving steps and handles which are required to be installed for opening and closing the shutter.
The waterproof semi-gooseneck type ventilating duct has the advantages of being simple to manufacture and low in cost.
The waterproof half gooseneck type ventilating duct can better prevent water from entering the cabin due to the structural form; the opening and closing device is suitable for on-site operation, and the falling risk caused by climbing operation is avoided.

A waterproof half gooseneck type ventilating duct is fixedly arranged on a bulkhead of a ship and is characterized by comprising a half gooseneck, wherein the half gooseneck consists of a first straight pipe and a second straight pipe, the first straight pipe is vertically distributed, the second straight pipe is transversely distributed, and the upper end part of the first straight pipe is fixedly connected with the second straight pipe; the second straight pipe penetrates through the bulkhead, and the first straight pipe is positioned on the outer side of the bulkhead; a support component is fixedly arranged in the first straight pipe, a screw rod penetrates through the support component, and the screw rod is in threaded connection with the support component; the lower end of the screw rod is fixedly provided with a cover plate which can move up and down along with the screw rod and can seal the lower end of the first straight pipe; and a first steel wire mesh for preventing foreign objects from entering is fixedly arranged on the supporting component.
2. The waterproof gooseneck funnel of claim 1, wherein the upper end surface of the cover plate is provided with a sealing member at a position corresponding to the lower end portion of the first straight tube.
3. The waterproof gooseneck funnel of claim 1, wherein a wrench for rotating the cover is secured to an end of the cover.

The waterproof half gooseneck funnel according to claim 1, wherein the supporting member includes a supporting base and a plurality of supporting plates, the supporting base is located at a middle portion of the supporting member, and two ends of each supporting plate are respectively fixedly connected to the supporting base and an inner wall of the first straight tube; the supporting seat is provided with an internal thread matched with the screw rod.
5. The waterproof gooseneck funnel of claim 4, wherein the first wire mesh is fixedly attached to the support plate.
6. The waterproof gooseneck funnel according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the second straight tube is the same as the diameter of the first straight tube; the first straight pipe is perpendicular to the second straight pipe.

The waterproof half gooseneck funnel according to claim 1, wherein a second steel wire mesh for blocking foreign objects from entering is arranged in the second straight pipe; a plurality of baffles are further arranged in the second straight pipe, the baffles are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the second straight pipe, and the second steel wire mesh is fixedly arranged on the baffles.

10. The waterproof gooseneck funnel of claim 9, wherein the stop is a cotter pin threaded through the threaded rod.
