1. A bamboo disinfection process is characterized in that: comprises the following production steps of the preparation method,
(1) preparing raw materials: the main materials in the bamboo disinfection process comprise: bamboo and a mildew-proof insect-proof liquid,
(2) mixing treatment: cleaning the outer surface of bamboo, cutting into segments, soaking the cut bamboo in a certain amount of alcohol, stirring the bamboo uniformly while soaking the bamboo in the alcohol,
(3) raw material disinfection: soaking bamboo in alcohol, taking out, draining, mixing with the mildew and insect preventing liquid at a ratio of 55: 45, adding the mixture into a microwave oven for heating, preheating the bamboo for a plurality of times in the heating process,
(4) drying raw materials: taking out the heated bamboo, draining, placing into a dryer, continuously drying for many times by the dryer, treating and purifying the tail gas generated during drying,
(5) cooling raw materials: drying the raw materials, adding into a cooling machine for cooling, turning over the bamboo during cooling,
(6) and (5) storing the finished product.
2. A bamboo sterilization process as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the alcohol in the step (2) is 95% medical alcohol, and the soaking time is 3-5 min.
3. A bamboo sterilization process as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the microwave oven in the step (3) is an industrial microwave oven, the preheating power is 10-30kw, the preheating time is 2-6min, the heating power is 40-50kw, the heating time is 6-10min, and the heating frequency is 2-4 times.

A bamboo sterilization process as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mildew and insect prevention liquid in the step (3) is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of wormwood leaf extract, 20-35 parts of camphor leaf extract, 15 parts of mint leaf extract and 30-70 parts of deionized water.
5. A bamboo sterilization process as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the dryer in the step (4) is a hot air dryer, the drying temperature is 70-90 ℃, and an activated carbon layer is arranged in the hot air dryer.

A bamboo disinfection process as claimed in claim 4 wherein: the preparation method of the wormwood leaf extract comprises the following steps: drying folium Artemisiae Argyi until water content is below 15%, mixing with anhydrous ethanol at a ratio of 1: 12, extracting at 40 deg.C for 35min, and filtering to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi extract.

A bamboo disinfection process as claimed in claim 4 wherein: the preparation method of the camphor leaf extract comprises the following steps: drying the cinnamomum camphora leaves until the water content is below 10%, adding absolute ethyl alcohol according to the material-liquid ratio of 1: 10, mixing, extracting for 30min at 45 ℃, and filtering to obtain the cinnamomum camphora leaf extract.

A bamboo disinfection process as claimed in claim 4 wherein: the preparation method of the mint leaf extract comprises the following steps: drying folium Menthae to water content below 20%, mixing with anhydrous ethanol at a ratio of 1: 8, extracting at 30 deg.C for 15min, and filtering to obtain folium Menthae extract.
9. A bamboo sterilization process as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cooler in the step (5) is an air cooler, and the cooling temperature is 45 ℃.
