Meanwhile, the major active ingredient of mangosteen nutshell is mangostin, which has excellent ultraviolet ray shielding, namely ultraviolet ray radiation resistance.
c) Cortex Phellodendri is a dry bark of phellodendron amurense belonging to Rutaceae, also called cortex Phellodendri. The Chinese medicinal composition has the advantages of deep yellow color, extremely bitter taste, effects of clearing heat, drying dampness, purging fire and detoxifying, contains a large amount of alkaloids, bitter substances, steroids and the like in main components, has antibacterial and mildewproof effects, has a certain inhibition effect on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, various moulds and the like, and can be combined with various plant Chinese medicaments in vivo and in vitro to play a role.
d) Tannin is a nontoxic organic polycarboxylic acid extracted from fructus kaki, fructus Punicae Granati or Galla chinensis. The antibacterial and mildewproof plant traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of radix scutellariae extract, 20-30 parts of mangosteen shell extract, 25-30 parts of phellodendron extract and 20-25 parts of tannic acid.

The modified fibrilia is characterized by being prepared by modifying the fibrilia by adopting the antibacterial and mildewproof plant traditional Chinese medicine composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2, and the modified fibrilia has antibacterial property, mildewproof property and ultraviolet-proof property.

The preparation method of the modified fibrilia is characterized by comprising the following steps: dissolving the antibacterial and antifungal plant traditional Chinese medicine composition as defined in claim 1 or 2 in water, and filtering to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine dissolved solution; weighing fibrilia according to a proportion, adding the fibrilia into the traditional Chinese medicine dissolving solution, heating to 70-85 ℃, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, washing until the pH value reaches neutral, and drying to obtain the modified fibrilia.

The method for preparing modified fibrilia as claimed in claim 4, further comprising the step of pretreating the fibrilia before adding the fibrilia into the traditional Chinese medicine dissolving solution, wherein the pretreatment comprises sequentially adding ionized water, caustic soda flakes, hydrogen peroxide and citric acid into the fibrilia, and the ionized water, the caustic soda flakes, the hydrogen peroxide and the citric acid form a pretreatment solution, and the pretreatment solution is treated under heating conditions and then washed with water to bleach the fibrilia and remove impurities in the fibrilia.

The method for preparing the modified fibrilia according to claim 7, wherein in the pretreatment solution, the concentration of the caustic soda flakes is 2g to 4g/L, the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is 3g to 5g/L, and the concentration of the citric acid is 0.5g to 1.5 g/L; the weight ratio of the pretreatment liquid to the fibrilia is 1:20-30 during pretreatment.
