Referring to fig. 1, an automatic polisher is provided, which comprises a turntable device 100 and a plurality of polishing devices 200, wherein the polishing devices 200 are arranged around the turntable device 100, the polishing devices 200 are provided with abrasive belts or grinding wheels for polishing, the turntable device 100 comprises a frame 170, a disc 110 and a motor, the disc 110 is arranged on the frame 170, the motor is used for driving the disc 110 to horizontally rotate, the disc 110 is provided with a plurality of robots 120, the robots 120 are matched with the polishing devices 200, and the robots 120 are used for driving products to approach the polishing devices 200 for polishing.
That is, when the automatic polishing machine works, the motor drives the disc 110 to rotate, so that the robot 120 moves to a polishing device 200 one by one or at intervals, and then the robot 120 holds the product against the abrasive belt or the grinding wheel on the polishing device 200 like a person, and further polishing is performed.
In this embodiment, since the turntable device 100 and the polishing device 200 are provided, the product can be arranged on the tray, so that the product is sequentially contacted with the polishing device 200 for polishing, and multiple polishing of a single surface of the product or multiple polishing of multiple surfaces of the product is completed, thereby being suitable for the requirements of the product polishing process.
In this embodiment, since the robot 120 is disposed on the turntable device 100, the robot 120 drives the product to approach the polishing device 200 to polish, on one hand, automatic taking and placing of the product can be realized, labor is saved, on the other hand, the angle and position of the product can be adjusted, the abrasive belt or the grinding wheel of the polishing device 200 can conveniently contact the surface to be polished of the product, the design of the fixture for fixing the product is simplified, meanwhile, the variety and number of fixtures for fixing the product are reduced, and further, the finished product is reduced.
The greatest special feature of this embodiment is also that the robot 120 is provided on the disc 110, because the prior art turntable device 100 is typically used in an automatic assembly machine.
On a common automatic assembly machine, the disc 110 is provided with clamps for positioning products, and assembly stations are arranged around the disc 110, so that parts are assembled on the products one by one, and in order to ensure accurate assembly, each clamp is uniformly indexed on the disc 110 to reduce positioning errors.
However, the above-mentioned structure of the jig can only ensure a deviation of at least ±0.2 mm, and the position error of the polishing apparatus 200 can result in a larger deviation, which makes it difficult to satisfy the polishing process requirements of up to ±0.1 in terms of the amount of polishable, that is, the assembly error has objectively resulted in the impossibility of arranging the polishing process in the existing structure of the disc 110.
In the present embodiment, since the robot 120 is disposed on the disc 110, the robot 120 can be programmed and disposed at a position opposite to each polishing device 200, and the robot 120 can be automatically adapted to each polishing device 200 according to a program by adjusting the program, and various errors existing in the prior art are ignored, so that the positions of each robot 120 and each polishing device 200 do not need to be strictly specified, the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the turntable device 100 can be applied to assembly and polishing.
In addition, since the plurality of robots 120 are provided on the disc 110, the automatic polishing machine may have various polishing forms.
Specifically, one product may be polished, or multiple products may be polished, which is only required to replace the fixture on the robot 120.
Of course, it is also possible to polish multiple pieces of a product at the same time, and only the robots 120 need to be grouped, so that the rotation angle of the disc 110 is the area of a group of robots 120.
Of course, due to the variety of polishing apparatuses 200, the product surface is subjected to polishing of multiple different processes, for example, one polishing apparatus 200 for removing scale and one polishing apparatus 200 for forming texture.
Therefore, the polishing device meets the actual conditions of multiple polishing positions and rich product types of products in the polishing process, and has good adaptability.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the turntable device 100 further comprises a transmission mechanism, which may include a worm 111 connected to the motor and a turbine connected to the disc 110.
In this embodiment, the motor drives the disc 110 to rotate through the worm wheel and the worm 111, the backlash between the worm 111 and the worm 111 is small, the accuracy of the rotation of the disc 110 is improved, and meanwhile, the worm wheel and the worm 111 are used for transmission, so that the transmission mechanism can be reduced, and the occupied space is reduced.
Meanwhile, worm 111 turbine transmission belongs to a speed-reducing and torque-increasing transmission structure, and can adapt to the situation that the weight of the disc 110 is greatly increased due to the fact that the robot 120 is arranged.
Referring to fig. 4, the turntable device 100 may further include a detection mechanism including a detection arm 112 rotating in synchronization with the worm 111, a detector 113 detecting the number of rotations of the detection arm 112, the detector 113 being for acquiring the rotation angle of the disc 110.
In this embodiment, by providing the detection arm 112 on the worm 111, when the detection arm 112 rotates to the detector 113, the detector 113 can confirm that the detection arm 112 passes through by means of light, induction, and the like, so that the number of rotations of the worm 111 can be accurately detected, and further, the rotation angle and the number of rotations of the disc 110 can be determined according to the number of teeth of the turbine, so that it is convenient to control the robot 120 to operate and whether to restart the robot 120 to perform the operation program.
It is necessary to detect the rotation angle of the disc 110, because the disc 110 is a reference for installation and adjustment of the robot 120, which may cause an overall shift in the coordinates of the robot 120, which is a key to the polishing quality after improvement.
Referring to fig. 2, the robot 120 includes a control box 121 and a multi-axis manipulator 122, the control box 121 and the multi-axis manipulator 122 are both located on the disc 110, the control box 121 is used for controlling the multi-axis manipulator 122 to act, and the multi-axis manipulator 122 is provided with a clamp, and the clamp fixes a product in a clamping or sucking manner.
In this embodiment, the control box 121 and the multi-axis manipulator 122 are both disposed on the disc 110, and the control box 121 and the multi-axis manipulator 122 are relatively stationary, so that the circuit arrangement can be simplified, and meanwhile, debugging and maintenance are also facilitated.
In addition, the use of the multi-axis robot 122 may increase the capabilities of the robot 120 so that more surfaces of the product may be polished, even cambered surface products may be polished with high quality, such as faucets having multiple cambered surfaces.
Referring to fig. 4, the turntable assembly 100 further includes a power supply mechanism at the center of the circular disk 110 for providing power support to the robot 120.
The power supply mechanism comprises a power supply frame 115, a power consumption frame 114 and a conductive ring 116, wherein the bottom end of the power supply frame 115 penetrates through the disc 110 and then is connected with the frame 170, the power consumption frame 114 is connected with the disc 110, the conductive ring 116 is arranged between the power supply frame 115 and the power consumption frame 114, and accordingly, the power supply frame 115 is necessarily positioned at the center of the disc 110, and rotation is not affected.
The power supply rack 115 and the power utilization rack 114 are not charged, but are not only rack bodies, but also corresponding wires, so that the use requirements are met.
Advantageously, by arranging the power supply mechanism at the center of the disc 110, the power supply mechanism comprises a power supply frame 115, a power utilization frame 114 and a conductive ring 116, so that power is conveniently supplied to the robot 120, and meanwhile, the influence of rotation of the disc 110 on a power supply line is not considered.
In some embodiments, the power consumption rack 114 may be made to be tubular, and the power consumption rack 114 is sleeved outside the power supply rack 115.
The power utilization frame 114 is tubular, and is sleeved outside the power supply frame 115, so that the power utilization frame 114 and the power supply frame 115 can be used to form a stand column to protect an internal conductive part, meanwhile, the lead of the robot 120 is directly connected with an interface on the power utilization frame 114, the installation is simplified, and the rotation of the disc 110 is not needed to be considered any more.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the turntable device 100 may further include a gas supply mechanism, where the gas supply mechanism includes a gas distribution assembly 117, and a gas supply pipeline that connects the gas distribution assembly 117 with a gas source, the gas distribution assembly 117 includes a fixed member 118 and a rotating member 119 that are connected to each other, the fixed member 118 is connected to the power supply frame 115 and the gas supply pipeline, the rotating member 119 is connected to the power utilization frame 114, and the rotating member 119 is configured with a joint.
In this embodiment, since the air supply mechanism is provided, power support can be provided for the fixture for fixing the product on the robot 120, so that the product can be fixed by using a common air cylinder conveniently, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Meanwhile, by arranging the air distribution assembly 117 and the air supply pipeline, and enabling the air distribution assembly 117 to comprise a fixed part 118 and a rotating part 119 which are connected with each other, the rotating part 119 is provided with a joint, so that an air cylinder on the clamp can be connected with the joint through an air pipe, the supply of compressed air is realized, and meanwhile, the air pipe can be prevented from being wound due to the rotation of the disc 110.
In addition, the fixing piece 118 is connected with the power supply frame 115 and the air supply pipeline, and the rotating piece 119 is connected with the power utilization frame 114, so that the power supply mechanism and the air supply mechanism are structurally shared, and the structure is compact and the occupied space is small.
In some embodiments, the air supply line may be made to include a positive pressure branch and a negative pressure branch.
Through making the air supply line include malleation branch road and negative pressure branch road to, anchor clamps can press from both sides tight product through malleation, and anchor clamps also can absorb and fix the product through the negative pressure, perhaps use simultaneously to press from both sides tight and fix the product with absorbing mode, provide diversified selection, satisfy actual demand.
Referring to fig. 5, 6, and 7, the rotating member 119 may include a cover 1191 and a ring 1192, where the cover 1191 cooperates with a top surface of the fixing member 118 to form a first cavity 1193, the ring 1192 is sleeved outside the fixing member 118, the ring 1192 cooperates with a side surface of the fixing member 118 to form a second cavity 1194, and the first cavity 1193 or the second cavity 1194 is communicated with the positive pressure branch.
The cover 1191 and the ring 1192 may be separate parts, and may be connected to each other or the fixing member 118 may be separately connected.
In the present embodiment, since the cover portion 1191 and the ring portion 1192 are provided to the rotary member 119, the first chamber 1193 and the second chamber 1194 are formed by the cover portion 1191 and the ring portion 1192, respectively, and further, the first chamber 1193 and the second chamber 1194 are communicated with the corresponding branches, respectively, the positive pressure branch and the negative pressure branch can be conveniently arranged without increasing the occupied space.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the turntable device 100 may further include a stabilizing mechanism including a plurality of support assemblies 130 and a fastening assembly 150, the plurality of support assemblies 130 for supporting a portion of the disc 110 where the robot 120 is mounted, and the fastening assembly 150 for intermittently fixing the disc 110 to the frame 170.
Of course, the support assembly 130 and the fastening assembly 150 need not be provided simultaneously, and may be selected and increased or decreased as desired.
In this embodiment, since the plurality of robots 120 are disposed on the disc 110, the mass carried by the disc 110 is greatly increased, which is extremely easy to cause deformation of the disc 110, and reduces the stability of the disc 110, so that the robots 120 cannot accurately act, and further, the polishing quality is affected.
The turntable device 100 is provided with a stabilizing mechanism, and the stabilizing mechanism is provided with a supporting component 130, so that the part of the disc 110 where the robot 120 is installed can be supported, deformation of the disc 110, in particular, deformation of the position where the robot 120 is installed is avoided, and therefore, the action of the accuracy of the robot 120 is ensured.
Meanwhile, the turntable device 100 can be further provided with a fastening assembly 150, so that the disc 110 is fixed with the frame 170, the disc 110 is prevented from rotating accidentally, the position change of the robot 120 is further avoided, and the polishing quality is ensured.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, preferably, the support assembly 130 includes a support wheel 131 and a bracket 132 to which the support wheel 131 is mounted.
In the present embodiment, since the supporting wheels 131 are provided, the blocking of the rotation of the disc 110 by the supporting assembly 130 can be reduced without affecting the normal assembly of the disc 110.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in some embodiments, the outer surface of the supporting wheel 131 may be tapered, and the small end of the supporting wheel 131 is directed toward the rotation center of the disc 110.
In the automatic polishing machine, the disc 110 rotates, the distances from the center of the disc 110 are different, and the rotation linear speeds are also different, so that the outer surface of the supporting wheel 131 is conical, the linear speed difference of different positions of the disc 110 can be adapted, and the blocking of the supporting wheel 131 to the rotation of the disc 110 is further reduced.
In some embodiments, the supporting wheel 131 may include a central shaft 134 and a wheel body 133 rotatably sleeved on the central shaft 134, the bracket 132 is provided with a hinge portion connected to one end of the central shaft 134, and the bracket 132 is provided with an adjusting structure for adjusting the height of the other end of the central shaft 134.
In this embodiment, by hinging one end of the central shaft 134 with the bracket 132, the bracket 132 is provided with an adjusting structure for adjusting the height of the other end of the central shaft 134, so that the included angle between the axis of the supporting wheel 131 and the horizontal plane can be adjusted, the supporting wheel 131 is ensured to be in line contact with the disc 110, and the supporting wheel 131 is prevented from being eccentric.
In some embodiments of the adjusting structure, the adjusting structure may include a receiving groove 135 for receiving an end portion of the central shaft 134, and a first bolt 136 disposed in the receiving groove 135, where the receiving groove 135 is disposed on the bracket 132, and an end portion of the first bolt 136 abuts against or is connected to the central shaft 134.
That is, the first bolt 136 is rotated, and the end of the center shaft 134 can be lifted, or suspended, and the end of the center shaft 134 can be adjusted by lifting and lowering the first bolt 136.
In this embodiment, by providing the accommodating groove 135, the horizontal deflection of the end portion of the central shaft 134 can be simply limited, and meanwhile, the first bolt 136 is provided, and further, the relative position between the first bolt 136 and the bracket 132 can be changed by rotating the first bolt 136, and further, the central shaft 134 is pushed or lifted, so that the height position of the end portion of the central shaft 134 is changed, and the adjustment is completed.
In some embodiments, the bracket 132 may include a lower frame 138, an upper frame 137 that can be lifted relative to the lower frame 138, and a locking structure that locks the upper frame 137 and the lower frame 138, and the supporting wheel 131 is disposed on the upper frame 137 or the lower frame 138.
In the present embodiment, the bracket 132 includes the lower frame 138 and the upper frame 137 that can be lifted with respect to the lower frame 138, so that the height position of the supporting assembly 130 can be adjusted to satisfy the height difference in the radial direction of the disc 110 and to counteract the gap generated by the abrasion of the supporting wheel 131.
In this embodiment, a locking mechanism is further provided to fix the upper frame 137 and the lower frame 138 after the adjustment is completed, so as to provide sufficient supporting force.
In some extended embodiments, the upper frame 137 may be provided with a mounting portion 140, and the lower frame 138 may be provided with a limiting groove 141 for accommodating the mounting portion 140.
In this embodiment, by providing the mounting portion 140 and the limiting groove 141, the lifting adjustment of the upper frame 137 can be guided and limited, so as to avoid affecting the inclination angle of the supporting wheel 131.
Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the mounting portion 140 has the function of connecting the lower frame 138, so that the structure is simplified and the installation is convenient.
In some extended embodiments, the lower frame 138 may be provided with a second bolt 139 that lifts the upper frame 137.
In this embodiment, by providing the second bolt 139 and rotating the second bolt 139, the second bolt 139 is lifted relative to the lower frame 138, and then the upper frame 137 can be lifted, so as to change the distance between the upper frame 137 and the disc 110, and provide supporting forces with different magnitudes.
In some extended embodiments, the locking structure may include a plurality of third bolts 142 disposed horizontally, a long hole 144 for accommodating the third bolts 142, and a threaded hole for connecting the third bolts 142, where the length direction of the long hole 144 is set up along the up-down direction.
In this embodiment, by providing the elongated hole 144, the third bolt 142 can be conveniently connected and locked with the threaded hole, and is not affected by the lifting of the upper frame 137.
In some extended embodiments, two of the elongated holes 144 may be arranged in the up-down direction.
In the present embodiment, by arranging the two elongated holes 144 in the up-down direction, the upper frame 137 can be restrained such that the mounting portion 140 is positioned in the restraining groove 141 without being separated.
Simultaneously, two rectangular holes 144 are arranged along the up-down direction, so that the two rectangular holes 144 are prevented from being communicated, and the influence on the strength of the bracket 132 is reduced.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8 and 9, a circular rail 165 abutting against the supporting wheel 131 may be disposed at the bottom of the disc 110, and the bracket 132 is connected to the frame 170.
In this embodiment, by coupling the bracket 132 to the frame 170, the entire support assembly 130 is prevented from rotating with the disk 110, reducing the mass rotating with the disk 110, reducing energy consumption, and also reducing rotational inertia.
In this embodiment, by arranging the circular rail 165, the supporting wheel 131 is only in contact with the circular rail 165, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance, and at the same time, makes subsequent maintenance smoother.
Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the circular rail 165 may be formed by splicing a plurality of semi-rings, so as to further reduce the difficulty of disassembly.
In some extended embodiments, the circular rail 165 may be provided with lugs 166 for the clamping of the fastening assembly 150.
In this embodiment, the circular rail 165 is provided with the hanging lugs 166 clamped by the fastening component 150, so that the parts of the disc 110 corresponding to the supporting component 130 and the fastening component 150 can be integrally assembled and disassembled, and the assembling difficulty is further reduced.
In some extended embodiments, the suspension loop 166 may include a lower cantilever 167 connected to the circular rail 165, and a flat plate portion 168 disposed horizontally at the bottom end of the lower cantilever 167, where the flat plate portion 168 is used to clamp and fix the fastening assembly 150 up and down.
In the present embodiment, by providing the flat plate portion 168 for vertically clamping and fixing the fastening member 150, the fastening member 150 can be clamped and fixed even if the rotation angle of the disc 110 is different, and there is no concern that the deviation of the rotation angle of the disc 110 will affect the operation of the fastening member 150.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, in some embodiments, the fastening assembly 150 may include a jaw 151 for clamping the disc 110 up and down, and a power member 152 for driving the jaw 151 to move.
In this embodiment, the clamping jaw 151 is fixed in a manner of clamping up and down, so that the deviation of the rotation angle of the disc 110 can be ignored, and at the same time, the same supporting function as the supporting component 130 can be achieved, and the disc 110 can be limited to deflect upwards, so that the disc 110 is fixed differently from the frame 170.
With respect to the arrangement of the power member 152, since the power member 152 does not move with the disc 110, the form is various and is not limited to the form of a cylinder, hydraulic or electromagnetic fixing, etc.
In some embodiments, the fastening assembly 150 may further include a base 153 for connecting the power member 152 with the frame 170, the base 153 including an upper base 162, a lower base 163, and a plurality of support bolts 164 for connecting the upper base 162 with the lower base 163, the support bolts 164 being disposed between the upper base 162 and the lower base 163.
In the present embodiment, by providing the support bolts 164, the relative heights of the upper and lower housings 162 and 163 can be adjusted by rotating the support bolts 164 so that the jaws 151 grip the fixed disk 110 in an up-down balanced manner.
In some embodiments, the jaw 151 may be made to include an upper jaw 154, a lower jaw 155, a first shaft 156 rotatably connecting the upper jaw 154 with the base 153, and a second shaft 157 connecting the lower jaw 155 with the base 153.
In the present embodiment, by providing the first shaft 156 rotatably coupled to the upper jaw 154 and the second shaft 157 rotatably coupled to the lower jaw 155 at the base 153, it is possible to avoid reducing the thickness of the upper jaw 154 and the lower jaw 155 when a single shaft is provided, and to avoid affecting the strength of the upper jaw 154 and the lower jaw 155.
In some embodiments, the power member 152 includes a cylinder and a pushrod provided with a first link 158 articulating the upper jaw 154, a second link 159 articulating the lower jaw 155.
In the embodiment, the connecting rod is arranged to connect the upper jaw 154 and the lower jaw 155, so that the movement of the push rod can be conveniently converted into the rotation of the upper jaw 154 and the lower jaw 155, and the transmission structure is simple and reliable.
In some embodiments, the push rod is provided with a third shaft 160, and the upper housing 162 is provided with a slide 161 that accommodates the third shaft 160.
In the present embodiment, since the third shaft 160 and the slide 161 are provided, the movement of the push rod can be limited and guided, so that the upper jaw 154 and the lower jaw 155 are clamped in the center, and at the same time, the upper jaw 154 and the lower jaw 155 are prevented from being slightly rotated as a whole after clamping.
