Referring to fig. 1, an automatic polishing machine is provided, which includes a turntable device 100 and a plurality of polishing devices 200, wherein the plurality of polishing devices 200 are arranged around the turntable device 100, the polishing devices 200 are provided with abrasive belts or grinding wheels for polishing, the turntable device 100 includes a frame 170, a disc 110 disposed on the frame 170, and a motor, the motor is configured to drive the disc 110 to rotate horizontally, the disc 110 is provided with a plurality of robots 120, the plurality of robots 120 are disposed in a manner matching with the plurality of polishing devices 200, and the robots 120 are configured to drive products to polish near the polishing devices 200.
That is, when the automatic polishing machine works, the motor drives the disc 110 to rotate, so that the robot 120 moves to a polishing device 200 one by one or at intervals, and then the robot 120 holds a product like a person and abuts against a sanding belt or a grinding wheel on the polishing device 200, and then, polishing is performed.
In the embodiment, due to the arrangement of the turntable device 100 and the polishing device 200, products can be arranged on the tray, so that the products can be sequentially contacted and polished with the polishing device 200, multiple polishing of a single surface of the product or multiple polishing of multiple surfaces of the product can be completed, and the requirements of the product polishing process can be met.
In this embodiment, owing to set up robot 120 on carousel device 100, make robot 120 drive the product and be close to burnishing device 200 and polish, on the one hand, can realize getting of automation of product and put, save the manual work, on the other hand, the angle and the position of product can also be adjusted, make things convenient for burnishing device 200's abrasive band or emery wheel contact product to treat the polished surface, simplify the design of the anchor clamps of fixed product, simultaneously, reduce the kind and the quantity of the anchor clamps of fixed product, and then, reduce the finished product.
The greatest special feature of this embodiment is also the provision of the robot 120 on the puck 110, since the turntable device 100 is commonly used in the prior art for pick-and-place machines.
On a common automatic assembling machine, a disc 110 is provided with a fixture for positioning a product, assembling stations are arranged around the disc 110, and then parts are assembled on the product one by one, and in order to ensure accurate assembly, each fixture is uniformly divided on the disc 110 so as to reduce positioning errors.
However, the above-mentioned structure of the jig can only ensure a deviation of a minimum ± 0.2 mm, and the positional error of the polishing apparatus 200 causes a larger deviation, which makes it difficult to satisfy the requirement of the polishing process of a polished amount of at most ± 0.1, that is, in the existing structure of the disc 110, the assembly error has objectively caused the arrangement of the polishing process to be impossible.
In the embodiment, since the robot 120 is disposed on the disc 110, the robot 120 can be programmed and disposed at a position corresponding to each polishing apparatus 200, and the robot 120 can be automatically adapted to each polishing apparatus 200 according to a program by program adjustment, ignoring various errors that exist originally, so that the positions of each robot 120 and each polishing apparatus 200 do not need to be strictly specified, thereby reducing the assembly difficulty, and simultaneously, the turntable device 100 can be applied to both assembly and polishing.
In addition, since the plurality of robots 120 are provided on the disc 110, the automatic polishing machine may have various polishing forms.
Specifically, one product may be polished, or multiple products may be polished, which only requires replacing the jig on the robot 120.
Of course, it is also possible to polish a plurality of products simultaneously, and it is only necessary to group the robots 120, so that the rotation angle of the disc 110 is the area of one group of the robots 120.
Of course, due to the variety of the polishing apparatuses 200, the surface of the product is polished by a plurality of different processes, for example, one polishing apparatus 200 is used for removing scale and one polishing apparatus 200 is used for forming texture.
Therefore, the polishing device meets the actual conditions of multiple polishing positions and rich product types of products in the polishing process, and has good adaptability.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the turntable device 100 further includes a transmission mechanism, which may include a worm 111 connected to the motor and a worm wheel connected to the circular disk 110.
In this embodiment, the motor drives the disc 110 to rotate through the worm wheel and the worm 111, the backlash between the worm 111 and the worm 111 is small, the rotating precision of the disc 110 is improved, and meanwhile, the worm wheel and the worm 111 are used for transmission, so that the transmission mechanism can be reduced, and the occupied space is reduced.
Meanwhile, worm 111 turbine transmission belongs to a speed-reducing and torque-increasing transmission structure, and can adapt to the situation that the weight of the robot 120 arranged on the disc 110 is greatly increased.
Referring to fig. 4, the turntable device 100 may further include a detection mechanism, the detection mechanism includes a detection arm 112 rotating synchronously with the worm 111, and a detector 113 detecting the number of rotations of the detection arm 112, and the detector 113 is used for acquiring the rotation angle of the disk 110.
In the embodiment, the detecting arm 112 is disposed on the worm 111, so that when the detecting arm 112 rotates to the detector 113, the detector 113 can confirm that the detecting arm 112 passes through the detector 113 through light, induction and the like, and thus, the number of turns of the worm 111 can be accurately detected, and further, the turning angle and the number of turns of the disc 110 can be determined according to the number of teeth of the worm wheel, thereby facilitating the control of the robot 120 and the determination of whether the robot 120 restarts to execute the action program.
It is necessary to detect the rotation angle of the disc 110, because the disc 110 is the installation and debugging reference of the robot 120, which causes the overall deviation of the coordinates of the robot 120, and is the key to affect the polishing quality after improvement.
Referring to fig. 2, the robot 120 includes a control box 121 and a multi-axis robot 122, the control box 121 and the multi-axis robot 122 are both located on the disc 110, the control box 121 is used to control the multi-axis robot 122 to operate, and the multi-axis robot 122 is provided with a gripper that holds a product in a gripping or sucking manner.
In this embodiment, both the control box 121 and the multi-axis robot 122 are disposed on the disk 110, and the control box 121 and the multi-axis robot 122 are relatively stationary, so that the circuit layout can be simplified, and the debugging and maintenance are facilitated.
In addition, with the multi-axis robot 122, the capability of the robot 120 may be improved so that more faces of the product may be polished, and even curved products may be polished with high quality, such as faucets with multiple curves.
Referring to fig. 4, the turntable device 100 further includes a power supply mechanism located at the center of the circular disk 110 for providing an electric support to the robot 120.
The power supply mechanism comprises a power supply frame 115, a power utilization frame 114 and a conducting ring 116, the bottom end of the power supply frame 115 penetrates through the disc 110 and then is connected with the rack 170, the power utilization frame 114 is connected with the disc 110, the conducting ring 116 is arranged between the power supply frame 115 and the power utilization frame 114, correspondingly, the power supply frame 115 is inevitably located at the center of the disc 110, and rotation is not influenced.
The power supply frame 115 and the power utilization frame 114 are not electrified, but are not only frame bodies, but also have corresponding wires to meet the use requirements.
Advantageously, by providing the power supply mechanism at the center of the disc 110, the power supply mechanism includes the power supply frame 115, the power utilization frame 114 and the conductive ring 116, so that the power supply to the robot 120 is facilitated, and at the same time, the influence of the rotation of the disc 110 on the power supply line is not considered.
In some embodiments, the power utilization frame 114 may be tubular, and the power utilization frame 114 is sleeved outside the power supply frame 115.
The power consumption rack 114 is tubular and is sleeved outside the power supply rack 115, the power consumption rack 114 and the power supply rack 115 can be used for forming a column to protect an internal conductive part, meanwhile, a lead of the robot 120 is directly connected to an interface on the power consumption rack 114, the installation is simplified, and the rotation of the disc 110 is not considered any more.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the turntable device 100 may further include a gas supply mechanism, the gas supply mechanism includes a gas distribution assembly 117, and a gas supply pipeline communicating the gas distribution assembly 117 with a gas source, the gas distribution assembly 117 includes a fixing member 118 and a rotating member 119 connected to each other, the fixing member 118 is connected to the power supply rack 115 and the gas supply pipeline, the rotating member 119 is connected to the power utilization rack 114, and the rotating member 119 is configured with a joint.
In this embodiment, because the air supply mechanism is provided, the fixture for fixing the product on the robot 120 can be powered and supported, the common air cylinder is convenient to use to fix the product, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Meanwhile, the air distribution assembly 117 and the air supply pipeline are arranged, the air distribution assembly 117 comprises a fixing part 118 and a rotating part 119 which are connected with each other, and the rotating part 119 is provided with a joint, so that an air cylinder on the clamp can be connected with the joint through an air pipe, compressed air supply is realized, and meanwhile, the air pipe can be prevented from being wound due to the rotation of the disc 110.
In addition, the fixing part 118 is connected with the power supply frame 115 and the air supply pipeline, and the rotating part 119 is connected with the power utilization frame 114, so that the power supply mechanism and the air supply mechanism are structurally shared, the structure is compact, and the occupied space is small.
In some embodiments, the gas supply line may include a positive pressure branch and a negative pressure branch.
Through making the air supply line include malleation branch road and negative pressure branch road to, anchor clamps can press from both sides tight product through the malleation, and anchor clamps also can absorb and fix the product through the negative pressure, and perhaps again, the fixed product of the mode that uses simultaneously to press from both sides tightly and absorb provides diversified selection, satisfies the actual demand.
Referring to fig. 5, 6, and 7, the rotating member 119 may include a cover 1191 and a ring 1192, the cover 1191 cooperates with a top surface of the fixing member 118 to form a first chamber 1193, the ring 1192 is sleeved outside the fixing member 118, the ring 1192 cooperates with a side surface of the fixing member 118 to form a second chamber 1194, and the first chamber 1193 or the second chamber 1194 communicates with the positive pressure branch.
The cap 1191 and the ring 1192 may be separate pieces that may be connected to each other or the fastener 118 may be separately connected.
In this embodiment, since the cover 1191 and the ring 1192 form the first chamber 1193 and the second chamber 1194 respectively by making the rotating member 119 have the cover 1191 and the ring 1192, and further, the first chamber 1193 and the second chamber 1194 are respectively communicated with the corresponding branches, the positive pressure branch and the negative pressure branch are conveniently arranged without increasing the occupied space.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the turntable device 100 may further include a stabilizing mechanism, the stabilizing mechanism includes a plurality of supporting members 130 and a fastening member 150, the plurality of supporting members 130 are used for supporting a portion of the disc 110 where the robot 120 is installed, and the fastening member 150 is used for intermittently fixing the disc 110 to the frame 170.
Of course, the support member 130 and the fastening member 150 must be provided at the same time, and can be selected and increased or decreased as needed.
In this embodiment, because the plurality of robots 120 are disposed on the disc 110, the mass borne by the disc 110 is greatly increased, which is very easy to cause the disc 110 to deform, and the stability of the disc 110 is reduced, so that the robots 120 cannot perform precise actions, and further, the polishing quality is affected.
The turntable device 100 is provided with a stabilizing mechanism having a support assembly 130, which can support the portion of the disk 110 where the robot 120 is mounted, so as to prevent the disk 110 from deforming, particularly, prevent the portion where the robot 120 is mounted from deforming, thereby ensuring the precise operation of the robot 120.
Meanwhile, the turntable device 100 may further include a fastening assembly 150, so as to fix the disc 110 to the frame 170, prevent the disc 110 from rotating accidentally, further prevent the robot 120 from changing its position, and ensure the polishing quality.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, preferably, the support assembly 130 includes a support wheel 131 and a bracket 132 for mounting the support wheel 131.
In the embodiment, the supporting wheels 131 are provided, so that the obstruction of the supporting assembly 130 to the rotation of the disc 110 can be reduced, and the normal assembly of the disc 110 is not affected.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in some embodiments, the outer surface of the supporting wheel 131 may be tapered, and the small end of the supporting wheel 131 faces the rotation center of the disc 110.
In the automatic polishing machine, the disc 110 rotates, the distance from the center of the disc 110 is different, and the rotating linear speeds are different, so that the outer surface of the supporting wheel 131 is conical, the linear speed difference of different positions of the disc 110 can be adapted, and the obstruction of the supporting wheel 131 to the rotation of the disc 110 is further reduced.
In some embodiments, the supporting wheel 131 may include a central shaft 134 and a wheel body 133 rotatably sleeved on the central shaft 134, the bracket 132 is provided with a hinge portion connected to one end of the central shaft 134, and the bracket 132 is provided with an adjusting structure for adjusting the height of the other end of the central shaft 134.
In this embodiment, one end of the central shaft 134 is hinged to the bracket 132, and the bracket 132 is provided with an adjusting structure for adjusting the height of the other end of the central shaft 134, so that the included angle between the axis of the supporting wheel 131 and the horizontal plane can be adjusted, the supporting wheel 131 is ensured to be in line contact with the disc 110, and eccentric wear of the supporting wheel 131 is avoided.
In some embodiments of the adjusting structure, the adjusting structure may include a receiving groove 135 for receiving an end portion of the central shaft 134, and a first bolt 136 disposed in the receiving groove 135, the receiving groove 135 is disposed on the bracket 132, and an end portion of the first bolt 136 abuts against or is connected to the central shaft 134.
That is, the first bolt 136 is rotated to jack up, lift or suspend the end of the center shaft 134, and the end of the center shaft 134 is adjusted by raising and lowering the first bolt 136.
In this embodiment, by providing the receiving groove 135, the horizontal deflection of the end portion of the central shaft 134 can be easily limited, and meanwhile, the first bolt 136 is provided, so that the relative position between the first bolt 136 and the bracket 132 can be changed by rotating the first bolt 136, and then the central shaft 134 is pushed or lifted, so that the height position of the end portion of the central shaft 134 is changed, and the adjustment is completed.
In some embodiments, the bracket 132 may include a lower frame 138, an upper frame 137 that can be lifted relative to the lower frame 138, and a locking structure that locks the upper frame 137 and the lower frame 138, and the support wheel 131 is disposed on the upper frame 137 or the lower frame 138.
In this embodiment, the bracket 132 includes a lower frame 138 and an upper frame 137 that can be lifted relative to the lower frame 138, so that the height position of the supporting assembly 130 can be adjusted to meet the radial height difference of the disc 110 and to offset the gap caused by the wear of the supporting wheel 131.
In this embodiment, a locking mechanism is further provided to fix the upper frame 137 and the lower frame 138 after adjustment is completed, so as to provide sufficient supporting force.
In some embodiments, the upper frame 137 may be provided with a mounting portion 140, and the lower frame 138 may be provided with a limiting groove 141 for receiving the mounting portion 140.
In this embodiment, by providing the mounting portion 140 and the limiting groove 141, the lifting adjustment of the upper frame body 137 can be guided and limited, and the inclination angle of the supporting wheel 131 is prevented from being affected.
Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the mounting portion 140 has the function of connecting the lower frame 138, so as to simplify the structure and facilitate the mounting.
In some further embodiments, the lower frame 138 may be provided with a second bolt 139 for lifting the upper frame 137.
In this embodiment, the second bolt 139 is arranged and rotated to lift the second bolt 139 relative to the lower frame 138, so as to lift the upper frame 137, change the distance between the upper frame 137 and the disc 110, and provide different supporting forces.
In some expanded embodiments, the locking structure may include a plurality of third bolts 142 horizontally disposed, a long hole 144 for receiving the third bolt 142 therethrough, and a threaded hole for connecting the third bolt 142, wherein a length direction of the long hole 144 is disposed along an up-down direction.
In this embodiment, the elongated hole 144 is provided to facilitate the connection and locking of the third bolt 142 and the threaded hole, and is not affected by the lifting of the upper frame 137.
In some embodiments, two of the elongated holes 144 may be arranged in the up-down direction.
In this embodiment, the upper frame body 137 may be restricted by arranging the two elongated holes 144 in the up-down direction, so that the mounting part 140 is located in the restricting groove 141 without being separated.
Meanwhile, the two elongated holes 144 are arranged in the vertical direction, and the two elongated holes 144 are prevented from being communicated with each other, thereby reducing the influence on the strength of the bracket 132.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the bottom of the disc 110 may be provided with a circular rail 165 abutting the support wheel 131, and the bracket 132 is connected to the frame 170.
In this embodiment, by coupling the bracket 132 to the frame 170, the entire support assembly 130 is prevented from rotating with the disk 110, reducing the mass rotating with the disk 110, reducing power consumption, and also reducing rotational inertia.
In this embodiment, by providing the circular rail 165, the supporting wheel 131 is only in contact with the circular rail 165, so that the assembly is facilitated, and meanwhile, the subsequent maintenance is more smooth.
Simultaneously, in this embodiment, circular rail 165 also can be formed by the concatenation of a plurality of semi-rings, further reduces the dismouting degree of difficulty.
In some further embodiments, the circular rail 165 can be provided with a lug 166 for clamping the fastening assembly 150.
In this embodiment, the circular rail 165 is provided with the hanging lug 166 clamped by the fastening assembly 150, so that the parts of the disc 110 corresponding to the supporting assembly 130 and the fastening assembly 150 can be integrally disassembled and assembled, and the assembling difficulty is further reduced.
In some embodiments, the hanging lug 166 may include a lower cantilever 167 connected to the circular rail 165, and a horizontally disposed flat plate portion 168 located at a bottom end of the lower cantilever 167, and the flat plate portion 168 is used for clamping and fixing the fastening assembly 150 up and down.
In this embodiment, the flat plate portion 168 for holding the fastening unit 150 up and down is provided, so that the fastening unit can be clamped and fixed even if the rotation angles of the disc 110 are different, and there is no fear that the rotation angle deviation of the disc 110 affects the operation of the fastening unit 150.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, in some embodiments, the fastening assembly 150 may include a jaw 151 for vertically clamping and fixing the disc 110, and a power member 152 for moving the jaw 151.
In this embodiment, the clamping jaws 151 are fixed in an up-and-down clamping manner, so that the deviation of the rotation angle of the disc 110 can be ignored, and meanwhile, the supporting assembly 130 can support the disc 110 and limit the disc 110 from swinging upwards, so that the disc 110 and the frame 170 are fixed differently.
For the arrangement of the power member 152, since the power member 152 does not move with the disc 110, the form is various and is not limited to the form of cylinder, hydraulic or electromagnetic fixing, etc.
In some embodiments, the fastening assembly 150 may further include a seat 153 for connecting the power member 152 with the frame 170, wherein the seat 153 includes an upper seat 162, a lower seat 163, and a plurality of support bolts 164 for connecting the upper seat 162 with the lower seat 163, and the support bolts 164 are disposed between the upper seat 162 and the lower seat 163.
In this embodiment, by providing the supporting bolt 164, the relative height between the upper seat 162 and the lower seat 163 can be adjusted by rotating the supporting bolt 164, so that the clamping jaws 151 clamp the fixed disk 110 uniformly up and down.
In some embodiments, the latch 151 may include an upper latch 154, a lower latch 155, a first shaft 156 rotatably connecting the upper latch 154 to the housing 153, and a second shaft 157 connecting the lower latch 155 to the housing 153.
In the present embodiment, by providing the first shaft 156 rotatably connected to the upper jaw 154 and the second shaft 157 rotatably connected to the lower jaw 155 in the holder body 153, it is possible to prevent the thickness of the upper jaw 154 and the lower jaw 155 from being reduced when a single shaft is provided, and to prevent the strength of the upper jaw 154 and the lower jaw 155 from being affected.
In some embodiments, the power member 152 includes a cylinder and a push rod having a first link 158 hingedly coupled to the upper jaw 154 and a second link 159 hingedly coupled to the lower jaw 155.
In this embodiment, since the connecting rod is provided to connect the upper jaw 154 and the lower jaw 155, the movement of the push rod can be conveniently converted into the rotation of the upper jaw 154 and the lower jaw 155, and the transmission structure is simple and reliable.
In some embodiments, the push rod is provided with a third shaft 160, and the upper housing 162 is provided with a slide 161 that receives the third shaft 160.

2. An automatic polishing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said carousel (100) further comprises a transmission mechanism comprising a worm (111) connected to said motor and a worm wheel connected to said disk (110).

An automatic polishing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said carousel device (100) further comprises a detection mechanism, said detection mechanism comprises a detection arm (112) rotating synchronously with said worm (111), a detector (113) for detecting the number of rotations of said detection arm (112), said detector (113) is used for obtaining the rotation angle of said disk (110).

An automatic polishing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said robot (120) comprises a control box (121) and a multi-axis manipulator (122), said control box (121) and said multi-axis manipulator (122) being located on said disc (110), said control box (121) being used to control the action of said multi-axis manipulator (122), said multi-axis manipulator (122) being provided with a gripper that holds the product in a gripping or suction manner.

The automatic polishing machine according to claim 1, wherein the turntable device (100) further comprises a power supply mechanism located at the center of the disk (110), the power supply mechanism comprises a power supply frame (115), a power utilization frame (114) and a conductive ring (116), the bottom end of the power supply frame (115) penetrates through the disk (110) and then is connected with the rack (170), the power utilization frame (114) is connected with the disk (110), and the conductive ring (116) is arranged between the power supply frame (115) and the power utilization frame (114).
6. The automatic polishing machine according to claim 5, wherein the power consumption frame (114) is tubular, and the power consumption frame (114) is sleeved outside the power supply frame (115).

The automatic polishing machine according to claim 5, wherein the turntable device (100) further comprises a gas supply mechanism, the gas supply mechanism comprises a gas distribution assembly (117) and a gas supply pipeline for communicating the gas distribution assembly (117) with a gas source, the gas distribution assembly (117) comprises a fixing member (118) and a rotating member (119) which are connected with each other, the fixing member (118) is connected with the power supply frame (115) and the gas supply pipeline, the rotating member (119) is connected with the power consumption frame (114), and the rotating member (119) is provided with a joint.
8. The automated polisher in accordance with claim 7, wherein the air supply line comprises a positive pressure branch and a negative pressure branch.

The automatic polishing machine of claim 8, wherein the rotating member (119) comprises a cover portion (1191) and a ring portion (1192), the cover portion (1191) and the top surface of the fixing member (118) are matched to form a first cavity (1193), the ring portion (1192) is sleeved outside the fixing member (118), the ring portion (1192) and the side surface of the fixing member (118) are matched to form a second cavity (1194), and the first cavity (1193) or the second cavity (1194) is communicated with the positive pressure branch.

An automatic polishing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said carousel (100) further comprises a stabilizing mechanism comprising a plurality of supporting assemblies (130) and/or fastening assemblies (150), a plurality of said supporting assemblies (130) being used to support the portion of said disc (110) where said robot (120) is mounted, and a plurality of said fastening assemblies (150) being used to intermittently fix said disc (110) to said frame (170).
