Abstract
The invention provides a vertical type disc detection grinding device, which comprises: the device comprises a body, a grinding device and a control device, wherein the body is provided with a feeding position, an image detection position, an anti-bending detection position, a grinding position, a discharging position and a bad position; a feeding thimble arranged at the feeding position; an image detector, which is arranged at the image detection position; the anti-bending detector is arranged at the anti-bending detection position; a grinder arranged at the grinding position; a discharging thimble arranged at the discharging position; a bad thimble arranged at the bad position; and a vertical disc, which is arranged on the body and is provided with at least one containing groove, the containing groove can contain the micro drill bit, and the containing groove can sequentially pass through the feeding position, the image detection position, the bending resistance detection position, the grinding position, the discharging position and the bad position through the rotation of the vertical disc and finally return to the feeding position.

Technical Field

The main objective of the present invention is to provide a vertical type disc detecting and grinding apparatus, which comprises: the device comprises a body, a grinding device and a control device, wherein the body is provided with a feeding position, an image detection position, an anti-bending detection position, a grinding position, a discharging position and a bad position; a feeding thimble arranged at the feeding position; an image detector, which is arranged at the image detection position; the anti-bending detector is arranged at the anti-bending detection position; a grinder arranged at the grinding position; a discharging thimble arranged at the discharging position; a bad thimble arranged at the bad position; and a vertical disc, the vertical disc is arranged on the body, at least one containing groove is arranged on the vertical disc, the containing groove can contain the micro drill bit, and the containing groove can sequentially pass through the feeding position, the image detection position, the bending detection position, the grinding position, the discharging position and the bad position through the rotation of the vertical disc and finally return to the feeding position.
Preferably, after the micro-drill moves to the feeding position, the vertical disc rotates to move the micro-drill from the feeding position to the image detecting position.
Preferably, the image detector is a charge coupled device.
Preferably, the discharging position is provided with a discharging area, and when the micro drill bit passes through image detection, bending detection and grinding, and reaches the discharging position, the discharging thimble pushes the micro drill bit into the discharging area.
Preferably, the defective position is provided with a defective area, when the image detector detects a defective micro-drill, the discharging thimble does not operate when the defective micro-drill rotates to the discharging position, the defective micro-drill rotates to the defective position, and the defective micro-drill falls into the defective area through the operation of the defective thimble.

The vertical disc 17 is provided with at least one receiving slot 170, the receiving slot 170 can receive the micro drill A, and the receiving slot 170 sequentially passes through the feeding position 11, the image detection position 12, the anti-bending detection position 13, the grinding position 14, the discharging position 15, the bad position 16 and finally returns to the feeding position 11 by the rotation of the vertical disc 17.
After the microbit a moves to the feeding position 11, the microbit a will rotate from the feeding position 11 to the image detecting position 12 by the rotation of the vertical disc 17.
Referring to fig. 3, the image detecting position 12 is provided with an image detector 120 and a rotating wheel 121, the image detector 120 is a Charge Coupled Device (CCD), when the micro drill a rotates to the image detecting position 12, the rotating wheel 121 rotates and drives the micro drill a to rotate, the image detector 120 can detect whether the drill edge is welded in the standard position by 360 degrees through the rotation of the micro drill a, if the image detector 120 determines that the micro drill a is good, the vertical disc 17 rotates to rotate the micro drill a to the anti-bending detecting position 13.

If the image detector 120 detects that the micro drill A is defective, the discharge pin 150 will not operate when the defective product is moved to the discharge position 15, and the defective product will be moved to the defective position 16.
If the anti-bending detector 130 determines that the micro drill A is defective, the discharge pin 150 will not operate when the defective product is moved to the discharge position 15, and the defective product will be moved to the defective position 16.
The defective area 161 is provided with a defective thimble 160 and a defective area, when the micro drill A determined as defective rotates to the defective area 161, the defective thimble 160 will horizontally move to push the defective micro drill A out of the receiving slot 170, so that the defective product falls into the defective area 161.

the vertical disc is arranged on the body, at least one containing groove is arranged on the vertical disc, the containing groove can contain the micro drill bit, and the containing groove can sequentially pass through the feeding position, the image detection position, the bending detection position, the grinding position, the discharging position and the bad position through the rotation of the vertical disc and finally returns to the feeding position.
2. The vertical disc inspection and grinding apparatus of claim 1 wherein the vertical disc rotates to move the microbit from the feeding position to the image inspection position after the microbit is moved to the feeding position.
