Abstract

本发明提供一种废旧玻璃回收装置,包括第一粉碎装置、第二粉碎装置、熔炼装置、第一传送带、第二传送带;所述第一粉碎装置下端设有第一过滤网,所述第二粉碎装置上端设有第二进料口,下端设有第二过滤网,所述第一过滤网通过所述第一传送带与所述第二进料口连接,所述第二过滤网通过所述第二传送带与所述熔炼装置连接。本发明对玻璃进行了多次粉碎,有效地现有的粉碎机的粉碎效果欠佳,无法将玻璃彻底粉碎以进行有效地熔炼的问题。

一种废旧玻璃回收装置
技术领域
本发明涉及废旧玻璃回收技术领域,主要涉及一种废旧玻璃回收装置。
背景技术
废物回收是把人类活动过程中产生的废弃物进行处理和再次利用的收集过程。可根据废物的性质,或行业性质实行分类回收。如工矿业废物,以废金属为主;生活废物种类则较复杂,有有机物、无机制品、金属制品等。为了提高回收和处理废物的效率和效益,城市生活废物也应开展分类回收。可在城市街道设立装载纸张类、金属类、玻璃类、塑料制品类和无机杂品类的专门容器,为充分处理和利用废弃物提供条件。
玻璃的使用范围较广,废旧玻璃的回收需要将玻璃粉碎后进行熔炼,然而现有的粉碎机的粉碎效果欠佳,无法将玻璃彻底粉碎以进行有效地熔炼。
发明内容
本发明提供一种废旧玻璃回收装置,用以解决背景技术中提出的现有的粉碎机的粉碎效果欠佳,无法将玻璃彻底粉碎以进行有效地熔炼的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案 :一种废旧玻璃回收装置,包括第一粉碎装置、第二粉碎装置、熔炼装置、第一传送带、第二传送带;所述第一粉碎装置下端设有第一过滤网,所述第二粉碎装置上端设有第二进料口,下端设有第二过滤网,所述第一过滤网通过所述第一传送带与所述第二进料口连接,所述第二过滤网通过所述第二传送带与所述熔炼装置连接。
优选的,所述第一粉碎装置包括有第一进料口、第一机体,所述第一机体外壁连接第一电机,所述第一电机连接有转杆,所述转杆穿过所述第一机体连接有转轮,所述转轮上均匀连接有粉碎刀。
优选的,所述第一机体为横向的近似圆柱体结构。
优选的,所述第二粉碎装置包括第二机体,所述第二机体上端设有第二进料口和第二电机,所述第二电机下端连接碾磨柱,所述碾磨柱上半部为锥形结构,下半部为半球形结构,所述碾磨柱下方对称设置有碾磨板,所述碾磨板呈漏斗形结构,且底部设有第二过滤网。
优选的,所述碾磨柱上半部为光滑表面,下半部均匀设有碾磨珠。
优选的,所述熔炼装置包括第三机体、第三进料口,出料口。
优选的,所述第三机体内部设有多个燃烧器。
本发明操作简单,有效地解决了废旧玻璃回收过程中现有的粉碎机的粉碎效果欠佳,无法将玻璃彻底粉碎以进行有效地熔炼的问题。
与现有技术相对比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明设有两个粉碎装置,有效地解决了现有的粉碎机的粉碎效果欠佳,无法将玻璃彻底粉碎以进行有效地熔炼的问题。

实施例,请参阅图1,所述第一粉碎装置1包括有第一进料口12、第一机体13,所述第一机体13外壁连接第一电机14,所述第一电机14连接有转杆15,所述转杆15穿过所述第一机体13连接有转轮16,所述转轮16上均匀连接有粉碎刀17。

实施例,请参阅图1,所述第二粉碎装置2包括第二机体23,所述第二机体23上端设有第二进料口21和第二电机24,所述第二电机24下端连接碾磨柱25,所述碾磨柱25上半部为锥形结构,下半部为半球形结构,所述碾磨柱25下方对称设置有碾磨板26,所述碾磨板26呈漏斗形结构,且底部设有第二过滤网22。

本实施例中,将玻璃通过第一进料口放入第一机体,第一粉碎装置的粉碎刀会将玻璃粉碎成较小的颗粒通过第一过滤网落到第一传动带上,第一传送带将颗粒送入第二粉碎装置中。第二粉碎装置中的碾磨柱转动,并且和碾磨板配合,可以将这些颗粒碾磨成易于熔炼的粉末,合格的粉末经过过滤网和第二传送带进入熔炼装置进行熔炼。

1.一种废旧玻璃回收装置,其特征在于,包括第一粉碎装置(1)、第二粉碎装置(2)、熔炼装置(3)、第一传送带(4)、第二传送带(5);所述第一粉碎装置(1)下端设有第一过滤网(11),所述第二粉碎装置(2)上端设有第二进料口(21),下端设有第二过滤网(22),所述第一过滤网(11)通过所述第一传送带(4)与所述第二进料口(21)连接,所述第二过滤网(22)通过所述第二传送带(5)与所述熔炼装置(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧玻璃回收装置,其特征在于,所述第一粉碎装置(1)包括有第一进料口(12)、第一机体(13),所述第一机体(13)外壁连接第一电机(14),所述第一电机(14)连接有转杆(15),所述转杆(15)穿过所述第一机体(13)连接有转轮(16),所述转轮(16)上均匀连接有粉碎刀(17)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种废旧玻璃回收装置,其特征在于,所述第一机体(13)为横向的近似圆柱体结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧玻璃回收装置,其特征在于,所述第二粉碎装置(2)包括第二机体(23),所述第二机体(23)上端设有第二进料口(21)和第二电机(24),所述第二电机(24)下端连接碾磨柱(25),所述碾磨柱(25)上半部为锥形结构,下半部为半球形结构,所述碾磨柱(25)下方对称设置有碾磨板(26),所述碾磨板(26)呈漏斗形结构,且底部设有第二过滤网(22)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种废旧玻璃回收装置,其特征在于,所述碾磨柱(25)上半部为光滑表面,下半部均匀设有碾磨珠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧玻璃回收装置,其特征在于,所述熔炼装置(3)包括第三机体(31)、第三进料口(32),出料口(33)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种废旧玻璃回收装置,其特征在于,所述第三机体(31)内部设有多个燃烧器(34)。
