Abstract
本发明公开了一种铅膏脱硫搅拌装置,包括罐体,罐体内竖向轴接有搅拌轴,沿搅拌轴轴向依次固定有若干搅拌叶片组,搅拌叶片组包括若干搅拌叶片;搅拌叶片沿径向倾斜安装在搅拌轴上;其中上下方向相邻搅拌叶片的倾斜角度相同但倾斜方向相反;搅拌轴连接有旋转机构;罐体顶部成形有进料口,底部成形有出料口;配合每组搅拌叶片上方安装有环形导流板。本发明结构简单,使用方便可以实现脱硫剂和电池液快速混合均匀实现硫酸根的快速高效沉淀。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种机械领域,尤其涉及一种铅膏脱硫搅拌装置。
背景技术
传统的废铅酸电池回收中铅的回收方法是将电池极板破碎与焦炭混合,然后直接高温焙烧,将电池液铅还原为金属铅。但是这个过程中会产生的SO2、铅尘等有毒有害烟气,污染环境且能耗较高。因此本公司对其进行了改良,通过铅膏浆液与脱硫剂混合脱硫,但是其混合装置导致铅膏浆液与脱硫剂混合不够充分,脱硫效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种新型的铅膏脱硫搅拌装置,本发明结构简单,使用方便可以实现脱硫剂和电池液快速混合均匀实现硫酸根的快速高效沉淀。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种铅膏脱硫搅拌装置,包括罐体,罐体内竖向轴接有搅拌轴,沿搅拌轴轴向依次固定有若干搅拌叶片组,搅拌叶片组包括若干搅拌叶片;搅拌叶片沿径向倾斜安装在搅拌轴上;其中上下方向相邻搅拌叶片的倾斜角度相同但倾斜方向相反;搅拌轴连接有旋转机构;罐体顶部成形有进料口,底部成形有出料口;配合每组搅拌叶片上方安装有环形导流板。
进一步的改进,所述旋转机构为电机。
进一步的改进,废旧铅酸电池中的电池液与脱硫剂混合后自进料口加入罐体搅拌。
进一步的改进,所述脱硫剂为氢氧化钡。
进一步的改进,所述电池液与脱硫剂的摩尔比为1:1-1:2。

实施例1
如图1所示的一种铅膏脱硫搅拌装置,包括罐体1,罐体1内竖向轴接有搅拌轴2,沿搅拌轴2轴向依次固定有若干搅拌叶片组,搅拌叶片组包括若干搅拌叶片3;搅拌叶片3沿径向倾斜安装在搅拌轴2上;其中上下方向相邻搅拌叶片3的倾斜角度相同但倾斜方向相反;搅拌轴2连接有旋转机构4;罐体1顶部成形有进料口5,底部成形有出料口7;配合每组搅拌叶片3上方安装有环形导流板6。
旋转机构4为电机。
废旧铅酸电池中的电池液与脱硫剂混合后自进料口5加入罐体1搅拌。
脱硫剂为氢氧化钡。
电池液与脱硫剂的摩尔比为1:1-1:2。
本发明使用时,将电池液与脱硫剂混合加入罐体1再搅拌叶片3搅拌下混匀,由于上下方向相邻搅拌叶片3的倾斜角度相同但倾斜方向相反,导致搅拌时,相邻两层搅拌叶片组分别对溶液形成上推和下推的推力,从而使得溶液相互对流快速混匀。

1.一种铅膏脱硫搅拌装置,其特征在于,包括罐体(1),罐体(1)内竖向轴接有搅拌轴(2),沿搅拌轴(2)轴向依次固定有若干搅拌叶片组,搅拌叶片组包括若干搅拌叶片(3);搅拌叶片(3)沿径向倾斜安装在搅拌轴(2)上;其中上下方向相邻搅拌叶片(3)的倾斜角度相同但倾斜方向相反;搅拌轴(2)连接有旋转机构(4);罐体(1)顶部成形有进料口(5),底部成形有出料口(7);配合每组搅拌叶片(3)上方安装有环形导流板(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的铅膏脱硫搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述旋转机构(4)为电机。
3.如权利要求1所述的铅膏脱硫搅拌装置,其特征在于,废旧铅酸电池中的电池液与脱硫剂混合后自进料口(5)加入罐体(1)搅拌。
4.如权利要求3所述的铅膏脱硫搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述脱硫剂为氢氧化钡。
5.如权利要求3所述的铅膏脱硫搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述电池液与脱硫剂的摩尔比为1:1-1:2。
